The powder quantity regulator 4 is fixed through the regulator sleeve 8, and the accuracy of the powder quantity regulator 4 in regulating the fineness of the pulverized coal is guaranteed, so that the fineness of the raw coal pulverized coal is controlled within a reasonable range, and the safety and the economical efficiency of boiler combustion are guaranteed.
In order to prevent the pulverized coal from being accumulated on the powder quantity regulator 4, the combustion risk exists, the potential safety hazard exists, the blowing air channel 6 is arranged on the powder quantity regulator 4, the blowing process is controlled through the blowing air control valve 9, the pulverized coal accumulated on the powder quantity regulator 4 is removed, and the potential safety hazard is eliminated.
