The invention discloses a coal mill powder amount adjusting device and a working method thereof, wherein the coal mill powder amount adjusting device comprises a coal powder pipe, a coal mill body, an adjuster sleeve, a powder amount adjuster and a connecting rod; the coal powder pipe is connected with an outlet of the coal mill body, the regulator sleeve is fixed at the top of the coal mill body, the bottom of the regulator sleeve is communicated with the top of the coal mill body, the top of the regulator sleeve is sealed, the upper side of the powder quantity regulator is located in the regulator sleeve, the lower end of the powder quantity regulator is inserted into the coal mill body, the lower end of the connecting rod penetrates through the top of the regulator sleeve and is connected with the upper end of the powder quantity regulator after being inserted into the regulator sleeve, and the device and the working method thereof can meet the regulation requirement of the fineness of the pulverized coal.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of thermal power generation, and relates to a coal mill powder amount adjusting device and a working method thereof.
Background
At present, most of power plants need to be blended and burnt during operation, and after the burning coal type of the boiler is changed, in order to ensure the stable burning of the boiler and the safety and the economical efficiency of the burning of the boiler, the fineness of the pulverized coal needs to be adjusted within a reasonable range according to the coal type, and the fineness of the pulverized coal of raw coal can be adjusted by adjusting the folding baffle of the separator. However, in the operation of the unit, the adjustment requirement of the fineness of the pulverized coal cannot be met only by adjusting the folding baffles of the separators, and the folding baffles of part of the separators of the unit are difficult to adjust, so that the safe and economic operation of the boiler is influenced.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a coal mill powder amount adjusting device and a working method thereof, and the device and the working method thereof can meet the requirement of adjusting the fineness of coal powder.
In order to achieve the aim, the coal mill powder amount adjusting device comprises a coal powder pipe, a coal mill body, an adjuster sleeve, a powder amount adjuster and a connecting rod;
the coal dust pipe is connected with the outlet of the coal mill body, the regulator sleeve is fixed at the top of the coal mill body, the bottom of the regulator sleeve is communicated with the top of the coal mill body, the top of the regulator sleeve is sealed, the upper side of the powder quantity regulator is located in the regulator sleeve, the lower end of the powder quantity regulator is inserted into the coal mill body, and the lower end of the connecting rod penetrates through the top of the regulator sleeve and is connected with the upper end of the powder quantity regulator after being inserted into the regulator sleeve.
The coal feeder and the coal dropping pipe are also included; the coal feeder is connected with the upper end of the coal dropping pipe, and the lower end of the coal dropping pipe is connected with the inlet of the coal mill body.
The device also comprises an adjuster hand wheel; the upper end of the connecting rod is connected with the regulator hand wheel.
The connecting rod is a screw rod and is connected with the top of the adjuster sleeve through threads.
The separator folding baffle is arranged in the coal mill body.
The device also comprises a purging air source and a purging air channel; the outlet of the purging air source is communicated with the inlet of the purging air channel, and the outlet of the purging air channel is communicated with the regulator sleeve.
And a blowing air control valve is arranged on the blowing air channel.
The purging medium in the purge gas source is nitrogen.
The working method of the coal mill powder amount adjusting device comprises the following steps:
when the fineness of the coal powder output by the coal mill body needs to be adjusted, the length of the powder quantity adjuster extending into the coal mill body is adjusted through the connecting rod, and the shielding quantity of the powder quantity adjuster on the coal powder is adjusted to adjust the fineness of the coal powder output by the coal mill body.
When the length of the powder quantity regulator extending into the coal mill body is increased, the fineness of the coal powder is thinned, and when the length of the powder quantity regulator extending into the coal mill body is decreased, the fineness of the coal powder is thickened.

Referring to fig. 1, the coal pulverizer powder amount adjusting device of the invention comprises a coal pulverizer body 1, a coal dropping pipe 2, a coal powder pipe 3, a powder amount adjuster 4, a separator deflecting baffle 5, a purging air channel 6, an adjuster hand wheel 7, an adjuster sleeve 8, a purging air control valve 9 and a coal feeder 10;
The outlet of the purging air source is communicated with the inlet of the purging air channel 6, the outlet of the purging air channel 6 is communicated with the regulator sleeve 8, the purging air channel 6 is provided with a purging air control valve 9, the powder quantity regulator 4 is positioned at two sides of the coal powder pipe 3, and the purging medium is nitrogen.
When the coal pulverizer works, the length of the powder quantity regulator 4 extending into the coal pulverizer body 1 is changed through the regulator hand wheel 7, when the extending length of the powder quantity regulator 4 is increased, the fineness of the coal powder is thinned, and when the extending length of the powder quantity regulator 4 is decreased, the fineness of the coal powder is thickened.
In the adjusting process, the adjuster hand wheel 7 adjusts the powder amount adjuster 4 to a proper position according to the burning coal type and the test result of the coal powder fineness.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
in the operation process of a power station boiler, when coal blending is required to be carried out, the type of raw coal entering a coal bunker is changed frequently, the raw coal in the coal bunker enters a coal feeder 10 and then enters a coal mill body 1 through the coal feeder 10 and a coal dropping pipe 2 to be ground, the ground raw coal enters a hearth through a coal powder pipe 3 to be burned, the fineness of coal powder corresponding to different types of raw coal is different, the stretching length of a powder quantity regulator 4 is changed by adjusting a regulator hand wheel 7, the fineness of the coal powder is thinned when the stretching length of the powder quantity regulator 4 is increased, and the fineness of the coal powder is thickened when the stretching length of the powder quantity regulator 4 is decreased. The powder quantity regulator 4 is fixed through the regulator sleeve 8, and the accuracy of the powder quantity regulator 4 in regulating the fineness of the pulverized coal is guaranteed, so that the fineness of the raw coal pulverized coal is controlled within a reasonable range, and the safety and the economical efficiency of boiler combustion are guaranteed.
In order to prevent the pulverized coal from being accumulated on the powder quantity regulator 4, the combustion risk exists, the potential safety hazard exists, the blowing air channel 6 is arranged on the powder quantity regulator 4, the blowing process is controlled through the blowing air control valve 9, the pulverized coal accumulated on the powder quantity regulator 4 is removed, and the potential safety hazard is eliminated.

1. A coal mill powder amount adjusting device is characterized by comprising a coal powder pipe (3), a coal mill body (1), an adjuster sleeve (8), a powder amount adjuster (4) and a connecting rod;

4. The coal pulverizer pulverized-quantity adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein the connecting rod is a screw rod, and the connecting rod is connected with the top of the adjuster sleeve (8) through threads.
5. The coal mill pulverized coal quantity adjusting device according to claim 1, characterized in that a separator deflector (5) is provided in the coal mill body (1).

The coal pulverizer powder amount adjusting device according to claim 1, further comprising a purge gas source and a purge air duct (6); the outlet of the purging air source is communicated with the inlet of the purging air channel (6), and the outlet of the purging air channel (6) is communicated with the regulator sleeve (8).
