In this manner, the operator can more conveniently adjust the position of the sleeve 84.

When the pregnant woman is delivered and the medical staff pushes the backup plate 4 to swing downwards for resetting, the piston plate 116 moves leftwards for resetting to pump water in the small cylinder 122 back into the large cylinder 114 through the one-way pipe 123, the liquid outlet pipe 121 pumps water discharged into the L-shaped pipe 133 through the three-way pipe 132, the water stops limiting the driving piston 138, the piston rod 134 moves rightwards for resetting through the water pushing the driving piston 138 due to the action of the sixth spring 135, the piston rod 134 moves rightwards for resetting and is separated from the locking rod 136, and the locking rod 136 moves rightwards for resetting to be incompletely contacted with the arc-shaped rack 131 due to the action of the seventh spring 137. Thus, the hollow rod 83, the movable block 82 and the sleeve 84 are fixed without repeated twisting of the fastening bolt 86 by medical staff, and the convenience and the rapidness are realized.
Referring to fig. 1,2, 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9, the device further comprises a collecting frame 14, a handle 15 and a magnet 16, wherein the magnet 16 is fixedly connected to the right part of the inner side of the placing seat 3, the collecting frame 14 is slidably placed between the right sides of the front side and the rear side of the inner side of the placing seat 3, the collecting frame 14 is in contact with the magnet 16, and the handle 15 is fixedly connected to the middle of the lower part of the outer right side of the collecting frame 14.
The contact plate is characterized by further comprising a sliding rod 17, a contact plate 18 and an L-shaped rotating rod 19, wherein the sliding rod 17 is connected to the front side and the rear side of the left part of the placing seat 3 in a sliding penetrating manner, the sliding rod 17 moves inwards to limit the backup plate 4, the L-shaped rotating rod 19 is connected to the upper part of the left side of the front side and the rear side of the outer side of the placing seat 3 in a rotating manner, the L-shaped rotating rod 19 is in contact with the sliding rod 17, and the contact plate 18 is fixedly connected to the outer end of the sliding rod 17.
When a pregnant woman is delivered, substances such as amniotic fluid or cervical mucus and the like appearing during delivery can fall into the collecting frame 14, and then after the delivery of the pregnant woman is completed, medical staff can pull the handle 15 to move rightwards, the handle 15 moves rightwards to drive the collecting frame 14 to move rightwards, the collecting frame 14 moves rightwards to be separated from contact with the magnet 16, the collecting frame 14 continues to move rightwards to be separated from contact with the placing seat 3, the substances such as amniotic fluid or cervical mucus and the like in the collecting frame 14 can be poured out, after the substances such as amniotic fluid or cervical mucus and the like are completely poured out, the collecting frame 14 is placed back onto the placing seat 3, the handle 15 is pushed to drive the collecting frame 14 to move leftwards to reset, the collecting frame 14 is reset to be contacted with the magnet 16, and the magnet 16 is used for sucking and fixing the collecting frame 14. Therefore, substances such as amniotic fluid or cervical mucus can be prevented from falling onto the ground to influence the surrounding environment.
When the backup plate 4 swings upwards to a proper position, the L-shaped rotating rod 19 can be pulled to swing upwards to be separated from the sliding rod 17, then the contact disc 18 is pushed to move inwards, the contact disc 18 moves inwards to drive the sliding rod 17 to move inwards, the sliding rod 17 moves inwards to be in contact with the backup plate 4, the sliding rod 17 limits the backup plate 4, then the L-shaped rotating rod 19 is loosened, and the L-shaped rotating rod 19 swings downwards to reset to limit the contact disc 18 due to the action of gravity. When the backup plate 4 is required to swing downwards for resetting, the L-shaped rotating rod 19 is pulled to swing upwards to be separated from contact with the contact disc 18, the contact disc 18 is pulled to move outwards to drive the sliding rod 17 to move outwards for resetting, the sliding rod 17 moves outwards for resetting to be separated from contact with the backup plate 4, the L-shaped rotating rod 19 is loosened, and the L-shaped rotating rod 19 swings downwards for resetting to be contacted with the sliding rod 17 due to the action of gravity. In this way, during childbirth of the pregnant woman, the locking rod 136 cannot be matched with the arc-shaped rack 131 to fix the movable block 82 and the hollow rod 83 due to the phenomenon that the backup plate 4 swings downwards can be avoided.
