Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a recipe compliance analysis method, which includes the following steps:
and S1, acquiring the formula information of the formula to be detected.
In this embodiment, the recipe information includes the recipe raw materials used and the raw material components included in each recipe raw material.
And S2, according to the formula information, searching corresponding regulation information from a regulation database, and displaying the regulation information.
And S3, determining the compliance result of the formula to be tested according to the rule information and the formula information.
In the embodiment, if the raw material components are in the limited usage amount, whether the raw material components are in the limited usage amount range needs to be judged, and if the raw material components are out of the limited usage amount range, the raw material components are not in compliance; if forbidden components exist in the raw material components, the raw material components are not in compliance; compliance results will only show compliance if the raw material composition is fully compliant with all regulatory information.
In one embodiment, the finding out the corresponding regulation information from the regulation database according to the formula information specifically includes:
s21, obtaining formula raw materials according to the formula information;
s22, obtaining raw material components according to the formula raw materials;
and S23, according to the raw material components, searching out the corresponding regulation information of the raw material components from a regulation database.
In this embodiment, the regulatory information may include a risk substance corresponding to the raw material component, EWG data, a purpose of use, a limitation component, whether or not a forbidden component is contained, a risk substance, a condition of use range, a label, and the like. Wherein the banned component is a substance that cannot be used as a cosmetic raw material. The limited component is a substance that can be used as a cosmetic raw material under limited conditions.
In one embodiment, the determining the compliance result of the recipe to be tested according to the rule information and the recipe information specifically includes:
s31, obtaining the component content of the raw material components in the formula information according to the formula information;
and S32, determining the compliance result of the component content according to the component content and the formula information.
In one embodiment, if the raw material component is methanol, which is the limiting substance in the cosmetic component, methanol is mainly absorbed through the respiratory tract and the gastrointestinal tract. It can also be partially absorbed by the skin. After being absorbed into the body, the methanol can be rapidly distributed in various tissues of the body, wherein the content of the methanol in cerebral medullary fluid, blood, bile and urine is the highest, the content of the methanol in aqueous humor and vitreous humor is also higher, and the content of the methanol in bone marrow and fat is the lowest. Methanol has obvious accumulation effect, and methanol which is not oxidized is discharged out of the body through respiratory tract and kidney, and part of methanol is slowly discharged through gastrointestinal tract. Methanol is mainly oxidized by alcohol dehydrogenase at 1/7 for ethanol, and the final metabolic products are formaldehyde and formic acid. Formaldehyde is rapidly metabolized to formic acid, and metabolic acidosis and eye damage caused by acute poisoning are mainly related to the content of formic acid. Methanol inhibits certain oxygenated alcohol systems in the body, inhibiting the aerobic breakdown of sugars, causing the accumulation of lactic and other organic acids, which can cause acidosis. Methanol mainly acts on central nervous system, has obvious anesthetic effect, and can cause encephaledema; has special selection function on optic nerve and retina, causes optic nerve atrophy, and causes binocular blindness. Therefore, a maximum allowable methanol concentration of 2000mg/kg is specified in regulatory information. If the concentration of the components exceeds 2000mg/kg, the components are judged to be not in compliance.
In one embodiment, if the raw material component is hydroquinone (hydroquinone), which is a limiting substance in cosmetic compositions, the acute toxicity of hydroquinone is primarily responsible for hematopoietic changes such as leukopenia. Dermatitis was observed in patients exposed to alkaline hydroquinone solutions, and skin pigmentation was reduced by exposure to free hydroquinone, and the redness was observed after prolonged exposure to hydroquinone and gradually recovered after cessation of exposure. Animal experiments show that hydroquinone acetone solution is applied on the skin every day, and skin cancer is generated when the total amount reaches 20.0mg, so that hydroquinone is dangerous as a freckle removing and sterilizing agent. Hydroquinone is one of the major intermediate metabolites produced by the metabolism of benzene in the human body, and these benzene metabolites are directly related to the tumorigenic properties of benzene, such as leukemia. Hydroquinone is also one of the most effective substances in the benzene metabolites to inhibit DNA synthesis. In addition, 1-methylhydroquinone and 2-methylhydroquinone have the property of absorbing ultraviolet light, so that they are likely to be used as sunscreens, and animal experiments show that these two compounds exhibit a reduced growth. Thus, it is prescribed in the regulatory information that the maximum permissible hydroquinone concentration in cosmetics is 2%, the permissible use range and the limiting conditions are oxidation colorants for hair dyeing. If the concentration of the component content exceeds 2%, the component is judged to be not in compliance.
