Referring to fig. 6, an exploded view of an adjustment mechanism in a seat assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. In some embodiments of the present application, the driving member 141 includes a screw structure 1411, and the screw structure 1411 is connected to the screw 1431 through the transmission member 142 to control the rotation of the screw 1431.
As shown in the drawings, in particular, the screwing structure 1411 includes a screwing cap 1411a and a screwing shaft 1411b, the screwing cap 1411a may be disposed at two ends of the screwing shaft 1411b to facilitate a user to perform a screwing operation with two hands, the screwing shaft 1411b is connected to the transmission member 142 through the reduction gear set 144, in particular, the input gear 1441 of the reduction gear set 144 is connected to the screwing shaft 1411b, the output gear 1442 is provided with a first insertion port 1442a, one end of the screw 1431 is provided with a second insertion port 1431a, two ends of the transmission member 142 are provided with insertion ports 1421, and the insertion ports 1421 are respectively inserted into the first insertion port 1442a and the second insertion port 1431a to achieve torque transmission between the screwing shaft 1411b and the screw 1431.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the screw cap 1411a may be disposed on only one end of the screw shaft 1411b, and the other end of the screw shaft 1411b is disposed with a socket for connecting with the socket 1421 of the transmission member 142.
By providing the screw structure 1411, and connecting the screw structure 1411 with the screw 1431 through the transmission member 142, the manual adjustment of the expansion member 120 is realized, so that the user can adjust the supporting force of the flexible supporting member 130 while sitting or leaning on the flexible supporting member 130, which helps to adjust the flexible supporting member 130 to a comfortable state.
In other embodiments of the present application, the driving member 141 may further include a motor, and the motor is connected to the screw 1431 through the transmission member 142 to control the rotation of the screw 1431.
The screw 1431 is driven by the motor, so that the automatic adjusting function of the flexible supporting piece 130 is realized, and the adjusting convenience is improved.
With continued reference to FIG. 6, according to some embodiments of the present application, the driving member 141 is connected to the transmission member 142 via a reduction gear set 144.
The driving member 141 is connected to the transmission member 142 through the reduction gear set 144, which on one hand can make the operation of the driving member 141 easier and more labor-saving, and on the other hand can ensure that the expansion member 120 rotates slowly, so as to adjust the flexible supporting member 130 to the most suitable and comfortable state.
Referring to fig. 2 again, according to some embodiments of the present application, the transmission member 142 includes a flexible transmission shaft disposed along an edge of the bracket 110 and having two ends respectively connected to the driving member 141 and the adjusting member 143.
The flexible transmission shaft can be a flexible coupling, a serpentine spring coupling, a radial multi-layer plate spring coupling, an elastic ring pin coupling, a nylon pin coupling, a rubber sleeve coupling and the like. The both ends of flexible drive shaft are connected with axle or gear respectively, utilize elastic deformation of elastic element to transmit the moment of torsion between two axles, and flexible drive shaft has the flexible characteristics, consequently can set up flexible drive shaft along the edge of support 110, makes flexible drive shaft hide inside support 110 casing, optimizes transmission structure to make seat subassembly 100's appearance clean and tidy pleasing to the eye.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present application, the bottom of the bracket 110 is provided with a mounting portion 111, and the driving member 141 is disposed on the mounting portion 111.
A fixing rib 112 is disposed on one side of the mounting portion 111, a limiting groove 1121 is formed in the fixing rib 112 from a side close to the mounting portion 111 to a side close to the bracket 110 in an extending manner, and the flexible transmission shaft is disposed in the limiting groove 1121.
The installation part 111 is arranged at the bottom of the support 110, the driving part 141 is installed and fixed, the fixing rib 112 is arranged on one side in the installation part 111, the limiting groove 1121 is formed in the fixing rib 112 from one side close to the installation part 111 to one side close to the support 110 in an extending mode, the flexible transmission shaft is arranged in the limiting groove 1121, the limiting groove 1121 limits the flexible transmission shaft, specifically, when torque transmitted by the flexible transmission shaft acts on the adjusting part 143, a part of force perpendicular to the axis can be generated, and the force perpendicular to the axis on the flexible transmission shaft can be offset through the limiting effect of the limiting groove 1121 on the flexible transmission shaft, so that the stability of the flexible transmission shaft is guaranteed.
In some embodiments of the present application, the flexible support 130 is an elastic material.
Specifically, the flexible supporting member 130 may be made of synthetic fibers or natural fibers with good elasticity, such as nylon fibers, polyethylene fibers, and carbon fibers, or made of plastic materials with good elasticity, such as latex, so that the flexible supporting member 130 has the characteristics of uniform elasticity, high flexibility, high elasticity, good durability, and the like, and thus the flexible supporting member 130 may generate elastic deformation of a corresponding degree according to the posture of the rider and the applied forces of different magnitudes through its own elasticity, so that the flexible supporting member 130 may fully contact and be attached to the hip, waist, or back of the rider, thereby providing good supporting effect for the rider and ensuring the riding comfort.
Referring again to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, the flexible supporting member 130 is a linear structure or a belt-like structure.
The linear configuration represents a cross-section of the flexible support 130 that is circular, elliptical, semi-circular, or otherwise arcuate. The ribbon-like structure represents a cross-section of the flexible support 130 in the shape of a square, rectangle, parallelogram, trapezoid, or other polygon.
When the flexible supporting member 130 is of a linear structure or a belt-shaped structure, and the supporting structure of the seat cushion or the backrest is mesh cloth, the flexible supporting member 130 can be inserted into the mesh cloth, so that the concealment is improved, and the appearance is neat.
As shown in fig. 1, for convenience of explanation of the structure of the flexible support 130, the rope 131 is used as the flexible support 130, and the rope 131 may be a rope having a linear structure or a rope having a belt-like structure. The rope 131 is generally a steel rope, which helps to ensure the structural strength and improve the supporting effect.

The expansion fitting 150 may be symmetrically disposed with respect to the expansion element 120 to ensure that the flexible supports 130 are evenly distributed and supported at the same position, thereby ensuring the comfort of sitting and leaning.
By providing the expansion fitting 150, the problems of high mold opening cost of the bracket 110 and low assembly efficiency of the flexible supporting member 130 and the bracket 110 due to the need of providing the mounting structure of the flexible supporting member 130 on the bracket 110 can also be avoided.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the configuration of the expansion fitting 150 and the expansion element 120 of the seat assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. In some embodiments of the present application, the expansion element 120 is provided with a first fixing portion 122, the expansion fitting 150 is provided with a second fixing portion 151, and the two ends of the flexible supporting member 130 are provided with connecting members 1311, wherein the connecting members 1311 are respectively connected with the first fixing portion 122 and the second fixing portion 151.
As shown in the figures, in particular, the first fixing portion 122 and the second fixing portion 151 may respectively include a first groove 1221 and a second groove 1511, and the connecting member 1311 may be a clamping block, and the flexible supporting member 130 is fixedly connected between the expansion member 120 and the expansion fitting member 150 by clamping the clamping blocks at two ends in the first groove 1221 and the second groove 1511, respectively.
It is understood that, in some other embodiments of the present application, the first fixing portion 122 and the second fixing portion 151 may also be bolts or fixing columns, and the two ends of the flexible supporting member 130 are wound around the bolts or fixing columns to achieve the fixed connection, and of course, the first fixing portion 122 and the second fixing portion 151 may also be through holes, and the two ends of the flexible supporting member 130 are fixed by passing the two ends of the flexible supporting member 130 through the through holes and knotting.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the first fixing portion 122 and the second fixing portion 151 may further include a first guide groove 1222 and a second guide groove 1512, respectively, and each of the first guide groove 1222 and the second guide groove 1512 may be a strip-shaped groove, and a portion of each of two ends of the flexible support 130 is clamped in the first guide groove 1222 and the second guide groove 1512, respectively, so as to guide the extending direction of the flexible support 130, and ensure uniform distribution among the plurality of flexible supports 130, thereby achieving a comfortable and stable supporting effect.
It can be understood that, in other embodiments of the present application, an arrangement of clamping structures may also be used for guiding, specifically, the clamping structure includes two arc-shaped clamping walls disposed opposite to each other, a clamping space is formed between the two arc-shaped clamping walls, a clamping pressure inlet is formed between the top ends, the flexible support 130 is pressed into the clamping space through the clamping pressure inlet, so that the two arc-shaped clamping walls clamp the flexible support 130, and the arrangement of a plurality of such clamping structures plays a role in guiding the flexible support 130.
According to another aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a seat support comprising a support structure and the seat assembly 100 described above, the support structure being disposed on the bracket 110, and the flexible support 130 being connected to the support structure.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the support structure includes a mesh, and the flexible support abuts against a back side of the mesh.

Claims (18)

1. A seat assembly, comprising: a stent, an expansion member, a flexible support member and an adjustment mechanism;
the expansion piece is movably arranged at the edge of one side of the bracket, one end of the flexible supporting piece is connected with the expansion piece, and the other end of the flexible supporting piece is connected with the edge of the other side of the bracket;
the adjusting mechanism is connected with the expansion piece and used for driving the expansion piece to move so as to adjust the flexible supporting piece.
2. The seat assembly of claim 1, wherein the adjustment mechanism includes a drive member, a transmission member, and an adjustment member;
the driving piece is arranged at the bottom end of the bracket;
the adjusting piece is arranged at one side edge of the bracket and is connected with the expansion piece;
the driving piece is connected with the adjusting piece through the transmission piece so as to drive the adjusting piece to drive the expansion piece to move.
3. The seat assembly of claim 2, wherein the adjustment member comprises a threaded rod and a slide;
the screw rod is rotationally arranged at the edge of one side of the bracket, and the sliding block is sleeved on the thread of the screw rod and is in sliding fit with the bracket, so that the screw rod is driven to slide when rotating;
the surface of the sliding block is provided with an abutting part, and the surface of the expansion piece is provided with a matching part;
the driving medium with the screw rod is connected, when the driving medium drives the screw rod rotates, butt portion with cooperation portion cooperation drive the extension piece rotates, in order to right flexible support piece adjusts.

The seat assembly of claim 3, wherein the abutment portion has a spiral surface and the engagement portion has a rotation guide surface, the spiral surface being in abutting engagement with the rotation guide surface such that sliding movement of the spiral surface causes rotation of the rotation guide surface.
5. The seat assembly of claim 3, wherein the adjusting member further comprises a fixing seat, the fixing seat is disposed at one side edge of the bracket, and both ends of the screw rod are rotatably connected to the fixing seat;
the fixed seat is provided with a sliding guide part, and the sliding guide part is matched with the sliding block to guide the sliding block.
6. The seat assembly of claim 3, wherein the expansion element is rotationally coupled to the threaded rod.
7. The seat assembly of claim 3, wherein the drive member includes a screw structure that is coupled to the screw via the drive member to control rotation of the screw.
8. The seat assembly of claim 3, wherein the drive member includes a motor connected to the screw via the transmission member to control rotation of the screw.
9. The seat assembly of claim 2, wherein the drive member is connected to the transmission member by a reduction gear set.
10. A seat assembly according to claim 2, wherein the drive member comprises a flexible drive shaft disposed along an edge of the bracket and having opposite ends connected to the drive member and the adjustment member, respectively.
11. The seat assembly of claim 10, wherein the bottom end of the bracket is provided with a mounting portion on which the drive member is disposed;

14. The seat assembly of claim 13, further comprising an expansion fitting disposed on an opposite side of the bracket from the expansion member, wherein the flexible support member is connected at each end to the expansion member and the expansion fitting.

The seat assembly of claim 14, wherein the expansion element has a first fixed portion and the expansion fitting has a second fixed portion, and wherein the flexible support member has connecting members at opposite ends thereof, the connecting members being connected to the first fixed portion and the second fixed portion, respectively.
16. A seat support comprising a support structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 15, the support structure being provided on the bracket, the flexible support being connected to the support structure.
17. The seat support of claim 16,
the supporting structure comprises a mesh cloth, and the flexible supporting piece is abutted against the back surface of the mesh cloth; or the like, or, alternatively,
the supporting structure comprises a mesh cloth, the flexible supporting piece is a linear structure or a belt-shaped structure, and the flexible supporting piece is connected with the mesh cloth in an inserting manner; or the like, or, alternatively,
the support structure includes a support pad, the flexible support member is disposed in the support pad.
18. A seat comprising a seat support as claimed in claim 16 or 17.
