Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a power theft detecting method, including,
and step S10, measuring live wire current and zero line current outside the electric energy meter, and reading the live wire current and the zero line current of the electric energy meter.
Specifically, the current of the fire and zero line outside the electric energy meter can be measured through the current measuring clamp, and the current of the fire and zero line inside the electric energy meter can be read through the RS485 meter reading line.
And step S20, establishing an abnormal electricity utilization judgment model according to the measured current and the current read from the electric energy meter.
Specifically, the established abnormal electricity utilization judgment model is used for calculating the internal and external currents of the electric energy meter, and the essence is that the calculated deviation value is used for subsequent judgment through calculation of the current deviation value.
And step S30, judging the type of electricity stealing according to the abnormal electricity judgment model.
Specifically, the electricity stealing type of the electric energy meter is judged based on the current calculation result of the step S20.
In a further embodiment of the electricity stealing detection method according to this embodiment, a deviation value is calculated according to the current outside the electric energy meter and the current of the electric energy meter, and a deviation value threshold is set to determine the external electricity metering state of the electric energy meter.
Specifically, because the measurement error is not considered, the user normally uses electricity, the currents of the live wire and the zero line inside and outside the electric energy meter are equal, and the deviation of any two measured values is zero, the essence of constructing the abnormal electricity utilization judgment model is to calculate the current deviation value, and because the measurement error exists in the actual measurement, the deviation value threshold value is set to make up for the influence caused by the measurement error.
In a further embodiment of the electricity stealing detection method according to this embodiment, if the deviation value is less than or equal to the deviation value threshold, the external electricity metering of the electric energy meter is normal, otherwise, the external electricity metering of the electric energy meter is abnormal.
Specifically, according to the actual situation of the user, the offset threshold value may be optionally set to be F ═ 0.5, or may be set to be a numerical value such as 0.6 or 0.4, if the offset K is not greater than F, it is obtained that the electricity consumption metering of the user is normal, and no electricity stealing behavior exists, if the offset K > F, the electricity consumption metering of the user is abnormal, and it is only clear that the electricity consumption of the user is abnormal at this time, and it is not clear whether the electricity stealing behavior exists, because there may be a situation that the electric energy meter fails.
In a further embodiment of the electricity stealing detection method according to this embodiment, the measurement deviation value of the external fire and zero line of the electric energy meter, and the measurement deviation value of the external fire and zero line of the electric energy meter are obtained according to the calculation of the current deviation value.
Specifically, the deviation value is calculated as
Figure BDA0003335659550000041
In which the live current I of the user is measuredL testZero line current I of the userN measurement(ii) a And simultaneously reading parameters of the electric energy meter: live line current IL meterZero line current IN meter
According to IL test、IN measurementCalculating the measurement deviation of the external fire zero line of the electric energy meter; i isL test、IL meterCalculating the current deviation of a live wire outside the electric energy meter and inside the electric energy meter; i isL meter、IN meterCalculating the meter deviation of the internal fire zero line of the electric energy meter; i isN measurement、IN meterAnd calculating the current deviation of the zero line between the outside of the electric energy meter and the inside of the electric energy meter. Setting the former as I1The latter being I2And calculating the current deviation value K.
In a further embodiment of the electricity stealing detection method according to this embodiment, if the electric energy meter has no uncapping record, the measurement deviation value of the external fire zero line of the electric energy meter is qualified, the deviation value of the external fire current of the electric energy meter and the live line current of the electric energy meter is out of tolerance, and the external live line current of the electric energy meter is greater than the live line current of the electric energy meter, it is determined that the external fire terminal of the electric energy meter is in short circuit to steal electricity, otherwise, it is determined that the sampling fault of the live line current is detected.
Specifically, because the conditions of electricity stealing outside the meter and electricity stealing inside the meter exist, the detection result can be more accurate by adding the cover opening record on the basis of the deviation value. The electric energy meter uncapping record here, accessible RS485 reads the inside operating data of electric energy meter, including electric energy meter basic data such as live wire electric current, zero line electric current, the number of times of uncapping and the time of uncapping recently, and the record of uncapping can be based on the number of times of uncapping and the time of uncapping and draw.
Here, since the absolute value is obtained from the calculated value of the current deviation value, although it is possible to calculate whether the deviation value exceeds the preset deviation value, the magnitude of the live wire current inside and outside the meter is unclear, and by comparing the live wire current inside and outside the meter, not only the position where electricity stealing occurs can be specifically determined, but also whether a fault exists in the current sampling of the electric energy meter can be determined.
In a further embodiment of the electricity stealing detection method according to this embodiment, if the cover-opening record of the electric energy meter is not available, the deviation value of the current of the live wire outside the electric energy meter from the current of the live wire outside the electric energy meter is qualified, the deviation value of the measurement of the current of the live wire and the zero wire outside the electric energy meter is out of tolerance, and the current of the live wire outside the electric energy meter is smaller than the current of the zero wire outside the electric energy meter, it is determined that the live wire outside the electric energy meter is overtopped.
Specifically, whether electricity stealing occurs in a live wire outside the electric energy meter is mainly judged, if the situation that a current deviation value of the live wire outside the electric energy meter is qualified with that of the live wire of the electric energy meter and a measurement deviation value of a live wire and a zero wire outside the electric energy meter is out of tolerance exists, whether the current of the live wire is smaller than that of the zero wire is judged according to measured current data outside the meter, and if the current of the live wire is smaller than that of the live wire, the situation that electricity stealing occurs when the live wire is crossed around the live wire can be obtained.
In a further embodiment of the electricity stealing detection method according to this embodiment, if the electric energy meter has no lid opening record and the deviation value of the current of the zero line between the outside of the electric energy meter and the electric energy meter is out of tolerance, it is determined that the current of the zero line has a sampling fault.
Specifically, under the condition that the electric energy meter has no record of a switch, the currents of the inner and outer zero lines of the electric energy meter are the same, and the condition that the current deviation value is out of tolerance does not exist.
In a further embodiment of the electricity stealing detection method according to this embodiment, if the electric energy meter has an uncapped record, the deviation value of the current of the live wire between the outside of the electric energy meter and the electric energy meter is out of tolerance, and the current of the live wire outside the electric energy meter is greater than the current of the live wire of the electric energy meter, it is determined that the live wire current loop in the electric energy meter steals electricity.
Specifically, when the electric energy meter has the record of being opened the lid to the inside and outside live wire electric current of table is out of tolerance, and the live wire electric current outside the table is greater than the live wire electric current in the table, shows that the electric current in the table is used by unnecessary consumer, can obtain the live wire return circuit in the table and take place the condition of stealing the electricity then.
According to the technical scheme, the abnormal power utilization studying and judging model is established according to the live wire current and the zero line current outside the single-phase electric energy meter, the read measured data and the read fault recording data in the electric energy meter, the electricity stealing type and the electric energy meter fault, the electric energy meter fault and the wiring error can be accurately studied and judged, the processing is convenient for workers, and the working efficiency is improved.
