Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a body position collecting pad for a hospital patient, a body position management system and a body position management method.
Background
With the accelerated aging process of the global population, the survival time of the elderly and chronic patients with diseases is prolonged, and the care of the patients lying in bed for a long time also becomes the biggest burden of hospitals and families. In bedridden patients, pressure injury is the most common complication, which not only causes local tissue damage of the patient and increases the pain of the patient, but also when the damage is worsened to a necrotic ulcer stage, the damage can reach the bone surface deeply, bacteria easily enter the blood circulation to cause septicemia and endanger the life of the patient. Research shows that: the prevalence rate of the pressure injury of inpatients in China is 1.57 percent, the incidence rate of the pressure injury of old patients is 3.34 percent, and the incidence rate of the pressure injury of the old patients lying in bed for a long time is up to 25.7 percent. Pressure injuries cause pain and a heavy economic burden on patients, and their treatment consumes a large amount of medical resources. Each medical institution takes the prevalence rate or incidence rate of the pressure injury as an important nursing quality monitoring index and actively explores the influence factors of the pressure injury. The compression time also determines the damage degree of the tissue, the long-time high-pressure effect inevitably leads to the occurrence of pressure damage, and researches show that the tissue can be irreversibly damaged after the compression strength of more than 9.3kPa lasts for 2 hours.
At present, the main method for preventing and treating the pressure injury is to turn over a patient effectively at regular time or directly use a pressure reduction mattress for the patient. According to the recommendation of the American council for pressure sore consultation in the guidelines, the optimal posture change scheme of the patient using the common mattress is 2 h/time to achieve the purpose of preventing the pressure injury. However, frequent turnover is a great consumption of nursing resources, and the current turnover management work cannot completely reach the goal suggested by a nursing guide. The daily turnover workload of nurses is large, and the nursing management of effective turnover of the nurses on patients is directly influenced. Taking a neurology ward of a certain three hospitals as an example, the ward has 50 beds, each nurse nurses at least 8-10 persons in the daytime (7 h), and 24-50 persons in the nighttime (7 h) are different.
In addition, nursing staff cannot scientifically and accurately record the duration time of the compression of a patient, at present, nurses only rely on clinical experience or guidelines to recommend the patient to turn over at a certain frequency, and as the nurses nurse a plurality of patients and the turning-over time of the patients is different, the patients may be turned over when not determined, and the patients are managed to turn over when not determined.
In addition, the spontaneous turnover of the patient must be taken into account, which can lead to repeated nursing of the turnover and increase the nursing cost. In practical situations, a part of patients (58% -61%) have spontaneous turnover phenomena. If the patient turns over spontaneously, the turn-over time is recalculated. However, the patients turn over for 2 h/time (or 4 h/time) recommended by the existing nursing guidelines, and the patients do not consider to turn over spontaneously, nurses only rely on time frequency to carry out turning over nursing, so that the patients are nursed repeatedly, and the burden and nursing resources of the patients are increased.
