Abstract
The invention discloses a fixing structure of a recording device and the recording device, the fixing structure comprises: the loudspeaker fixing piece is provided with a front sound cavity and is connected with the battery fixing piece, and the loudspeaker fixing piece and the battery fixing piece are located on the same side face of the PCB. The fixing structure of the recording device provided by the invention can limit the battery and the loudspeaker on the same side surface of the PCB at the same time, does not waste and occupy too much internal space, perfectly solves the problem that the battery and the loudspeaker are difficult to be compactly fixed above the PCB due to the complicated and compact internal space of the recording device, and can be disassembled when the loudspeaker or the battery breaks down, thereby being convenient for maintenance.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Along with the change of people's demand, the recording device is moving towards portable, the small and exquisite rapid development, and color display screen and matrix microphone are used gradually on well high-end intelligence recording device product simultaneously to improve user's mutual experience and strengthen intelligent recording device's recording effect. This series of changes makes the space and structure inside the recording apparatus quite compact and complicated, so that it is difficult to compactly and efficiently fix the battery and speaker inside the recording apparatus above the PCB.
In order to solve the problem that a battery and a loudspeaker in a recording device in the prior art are difficult to be compactly and effectively fixed above a PCB, the invention provides a fixing structure of the recording device, which comprises: loudspeaker mounting 1, loudspeaker mounting 1 is equipped with preceding sound chamber 13 and is connected with battery mounting 2 on, and loudspeaker mounting 1 is located the same side of PCB board 4 with battery mounting 2.
Therefore, the loudspeaker and the battery in the recording device can be respectively fixed in the loudspeaker fixing piece and the battery fixing piece, and then the loudspeaker fixing piece and the battery fixing piece are integrally placed on the same side face of the PCB. Therefore, this fixed knot constructs can be simultaneously with battery and speaker restriction on the same side of PCB board, extravagant also do not occupy too much inner space, perfect solution because the complicated compactness of recording device inner space is difficult to the effectual problem of fixing in PCB board top of battery and speaker, and can dismantle this structure when speaker or battery break down, the maintenance of being convenient for.
The principles and construction of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the speaker holder is specifically composed of a first mounting plate and a holding member connected to the battery holder. The first mounting plate is square, the width of the first mounting plate is equal to or slightly larger than the width of the loudspeaker, and the length of the first mounting plate is equal to or slightly larger than the width of the battery. A square loudspeaker installation groove 11 is formed in the installation surface of the first installation plate and used for placing a loudspeaker, and therefore the shape and the size of the loudspeaker installation groove are matched with those of the loudspeaker. When the speaker is placed in the speaker mounting groove, the opening of the speaker mounting groove 11 fixes a cover plate 12 to prevent the speaker in the speaker mounting groove from being damaged. Meanwhile, an open front sound cavity 13 is arranged below the loudspeaker mounting groove 11, the front sound cavity 13 is communicated with the loudspeaker mounting groove 11, only the sound of the loudspeaker can be transmitted out from the front sound cavity, and the opening of the front sound cavity is arranged on the side face of the first mounting plate. In order to enable the loudspeaker holder and the battery holder to be tightly connected, the fixing components are a first fixing strip 14 and a second fixing strip 15 which are arranged on the first mounting plate and have the same shape and size. The first fixing strip 14 and the second fixing strip 15 are arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the first mounting plate, and the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip are opposite in position, parallel to each other and in the same plane with the first mounting plate. And in consideration of the function of the front sound cavity, when the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip are designed, the front sound cavity is sandwiched between the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip, and the opening of the front sound cavity 13 is opposite to the extending direction of the first fixing strip 14 and the second fixing strip 15. A plurality of mounting holes 16 are formed in the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip at intervals, grooves are further formed in the positions where the mounting holes 16 are formed, and therefore the battery fixing piece 2 can be conveniently and quickly located to the positions where the mounting holes are formed. The screw passes through the battery fixing piece 2, the mounting hole 16 and the loudspeaker fixing piece 1 to be connected, and the length of the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip is smaller than or equal to that of the battery fixing piece.
Specifically, battery mounting 2 is a second mounting panel that bends down and form battery mounting groove 21, and the second mounting panel is squarely and as thin as possible, and four sides are to same side bending to perpendicular to second mounting panel to form a square battery mounting groove, the battery is pasted in the bottom of battery mounting groove by heat-resisting glue. And the edge of the bending edge at the other two sides of the second mounting plate is provided with an extension folding edge which is vertically and integrally connected with the bending edge, one extension folding edge is buckled on the bottom surface of the loudspeaker fixing piece, the other extension folding edge is pressed by a third fixing strip 3, and the third fixing strip is provided with a plurality of mounting holes and is positioned on the same side surface of the PCB with the battery fixing piece.
Therefore, the loudspeaker is installed on the loudspeaker fixing piece, the battery is installed on the battery fixing piece, then the extending folding edge of the battery fixing piece is buckled on the bottom surface of the loudspeaker fixing piece, the supporting leg on the battery fixing piece corresponds to the mounting hole on the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip, meanwhile, the third fixing strip is pressed on the other extending folding edge, and the third fixing strip is integrally placed above the front surface of the PCB. In order to protect the PCB and facilitate fixing, the PCB 4 is fixed on the aluminum plate 5, the edge of the aluminum plate is provided with a threaded hole corresponding to the mounting hole, so that the screw penetrates through the mounting hole on the first fixing strip, the second fixing strip and the third fixing strip and the threaded hole on the aluminum plate to fix the fixing structure on the aluminum plate, and a gap exists between the fixing structure and the aluminum plate and between the PCB and the battery to facilitate heat dissipation. Therefore, the design of the loudspeaker fixing piece and the battery fixing piece avoids the interference of other parts, the fit clearance between the loudspeaker fixing piece and the battery fixing piece is small, the fit is very compact, and the utilization rate of the inner space of the recording equipment is improved to the maximum extent.
In other embodiments, the dimensions of the speaker holder and the battery holder are designed according to the dimensions of the battery and the speaker in the recording apparatus, and the length and width of the dimensions are not fixed, and the design is made in consideration of the overall effect. In addition, in the embodiment, the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip are integrated with the first mounting plate, in other embodiments, the first fixing strip and the second fixing strip can be independently assembled together, and the fixing mode of the battery is not limited to adhesion.
