本发明公开了一种用于高速铁路的高压电缆实时监测与预警系统,包括设于电缆工作井和交叉互联箱内的护层环流监测模块、局部放电监测模块、短路故障监测模块、负荷电流监测模块、电缆表面温度监测模块与取能互感器,以及设于塔杆和电缆层支架上的水位传感器、烟雾传感器、有害气体传感器与环境温湿度传感器,上诉的所有监测模块与传感器均与传感器信号总线相连,传感器信号总线由于数据采集装置相连,所述的数据采集装置包括装置主机与高压电缆接地箱,装置主机内设有数据采集单元、通讯单元与电源单元,数据采集装置通过GPRS通讯和LAN网络与数据管理平台相连,数据管理平台包括报警单元、预警单元与监测单元。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于高速铁路的高压电缆实时监测与预警系统。
背景技术
目前,对高压电缆运行维护的方式主要包括巡查、停电检修和在线检测三个方面,从经济角度和技术角度来说,计划性的巡检和停电检修存在局限性,尤其在检修间隔周期之间无法及时获知高压电缆的运行状态信息,而在线检测可以全面掌握高压电缆的运行状态,可有效辨识高压电缆护层接地环流、绝缘状态﹑异常过热等情况的发生,及时提出预警信息,消除故障隐患阀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种连接方便的一种用于高速铁路的高压电缆实时监测与预警系统。
一种用于高速铁路的高压电缆实时监测与预警系统,包括设于电缆工作井和交叉互联箱内的护层环流监测模块、局部放电监测模块、短路故障监测模块、负荷电流监测模块、电缆表面温度监测模块与取能互感器,以及设于塔杆和电缆层支架上的水位传感器、烟雾传感器、有害气体传感器与环境温湿度传感器,上诉的所有监测模块与传感器均与传感器信号总线相连,传感器信号总线由于数据采集装置相连,所述的数据采集装置包括装置主机与高压电缆接地箱,装置主机内设有数据采集单元、通讯单元与电源单元,数据采集装置通过GPRS通讯和LAN网络与数据管理平台相连,数据管理平台包括报警单元、预警单元与监测单元。
作为进一步改进,所述的数据采集装置包括光纤测温装置。
作为进一步改进,所述的光纤测温装置包括传感光缆,传感光缆与双向耦合器相连,双向耦合器与若干个光电雪崩二极管相连,每个光电雪崩二极管均通过一个放大器与信号采集处理卡相连,信号采集处理卡与DTS主计算机以及工控机相连。
作为进一步改进,所述的传感光缆内设有光纤温度传感器。
作为进一步改进,所述的双向耦合器与激光组件相连。
作为进一步改进,所述的光电雪崩二极管的数量为2个。
有益效果:
通过预警系统研发,能有效地对高压电缆线路运行状态进行综合监测,对设备缺陷、故障及时预警、报警,避免电力事故发生、扩大,确保高压电缆线路安全、可靠、稳定地运行。同时,利用该系统可以有针对性的进行设备停电检修,减少了停电检修的时间,提高了供电可靠性。

如图1所示,一种用于高速铁路的高压电缆实时监测与预警系统,包括一种用于高速铁路的高压电缆实时监测与预警系统,包括设于电缆工作井和交叉互联箱内的护层环流监测模块、局部放电监测模块、短路故障监测模块、负荷电流监测模块、电缆表面温度监测模块与取能互感器,以及设于塔杆和电缆层支架上的水位传感器、烟雾传感器、有害气体传感器与环境温湿度传感器,上诉的所有监测模块与传感器均与传感器信号总线相连,传感器信号总线由于数据采集装置相连,所述的数据采集装置包括装置主机与高压电缆接地箱,装置主机内设有数据采集单元、通讯单元与电源单元,数据采集装置通过GPRS通讯和LAN网络与数据管理平台相连,数据管理平台包括报警单元、预警单元与监测单元。
其中,所述的数据采集装置包括光纤测温装置。
其中,所述的光纤测温装置包括传感光缆,传感光缆与双向耦合器相连,双向耦合器与若干个光电雪崩二极管相连,每个光电雪崩二极管均通过一个放大器与信号采集处理卡相连,信号采集处理卡与DTS主计算机以及工控机相连。
其中,所述的传感光缆内设有光纤温度传感器。
其中,所述的双向耦合器与激光组件相连。
其中,所述的光电雪崩二极管的数量为2个。
通过预警系统研发,能有效地对高压电缆线路运行状态进行综合监测,对设备缺陷、故障及时预警、报警,避免电力事故发生、扩大,确保高压电缆线路安全、可靠、稳定地运行。同时,利用该系统可以有针对性的进行设备停电检修,减少了停电检修的时间,提高了供电可靠性。

1.一种用于高速铁路的高压电缆实时监测与预警系统,其特征在于,包括设于电缆工作井和交叉互联箱内的护层环流监测模块、局部放电监测模块、短路故障监测模块、负荷电流监测模块、电缆表面温度监测模块与取能互感器,以及设于塔杆和电缆层支架上的水位传感器、烟雾传感器、有害气体传感器与环境温湿度传感器,上诉的所有监测模块与传感器均与传感器信号总线相连,传感器信号总线由于数据采集装置相连,所述的数据采集装置包括装置主机与高压电缆接地箱,装置主机内设有数据采集单元、通讯单元与电源单元,数据采集装置通过GPRS通讯和LAN网络与数据管理平台相连,数据管理平台包括报警单元、预警单元与监测单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于高速铁路的高压电缆实时监测与预警系统,其特征在于,所述的数据采集装置包括光纤测温装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于高速铁路的高压电缆实时监测与预警系统,其特征在于,所述的光纤测温装置包括传感光缆,传感光缆与双向耦合器相连,双向耦合器与若干个光电雪崩二极管相连,每个光电雪崩二极管均通过一个放大器与信号采集处理卡相连,信号采集处理卡与DTS主计算机以及工控机相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于高速铁路的高压电缆实时监测与预警系统,其特征在于,所述的传感光缆内设有光纤温度传感器。
