Abstract
The invention provides a construction project financial data management and control method and a construction project financial data management and control system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the set calculation parameter items are used for acquiring data of each parameter item, and the data are classified and summarized to form systematic calculation analysis data; acquiring the system analysis data according to the screening conditions, and analyzing the income and the cost according to a set period; acquiring income and cost analysis data of a plurality of periods, and calculating the benefit in the time interval; the system comprises a cost and income analysis module, an assessment module, a calculation parameter item data module and a classification display module. According to the method, project basic data are constructed, the data are correlated, the basic data are taken as a support, and automatic cost analysis is performed, so that the precise management and control of project cost are realized, the full life cycle management is performed on the project financial data, and finally the reduction of the project cost and the improvement of benefits are realized.

2. and the parameter item calculating data module receives the feedback data port, imports data, generates a data table and stores the data table.
The classification display module comprises a plurality of classification summarizing labels, the classification summarizing labels comprise item labels, the classification display module is further connected with an independent cache server, initialization is carried out during display output, all data under items in the parameter item data calculation module are obtained based on the item labels and stored in the cache server, and then when screening and inquiring are carried out through other classification summarizing labels, data are obtained from the cache server, and the cache server clears the cache when the classification display module is reloaded.
The system is also provided with an editing module which is respectively connected with the calculation parameter item data module and the cost income analysis module and used for acquiring various data types in the current parameter item data module and correspondingly making an editing label to be displayed on an editing interface, the editing module is provided with a formula editing plug-in, a financial formula needing to be calculated is designed based on the editing label and the content of the plug-in and is input into the cost annual income analysis module, and after the system is initialized, the system can automatically execute the financial data type of the calculation logic output design, so that the flexible processing of financial fine management and control is realized.
