the method for producing the plastic glasses legs comprises the steps of producing by using a plastic glasses leg die, wherein the plastic glasses leg die comprises a die body, a feed inlet is formed in the middle of the die body, a main flow channel is formed in the upper portion of the die body in the horizontal direction, the feed inlet is communicated with the main flow channel, a plurality of branch flow channels are formed in the die body in the vertical direction and are respectively communicated with the main flow channel, the upper end of each branch flow channel in the plurality of branch flow channels is a forming end of a glasses leg non-crotch sleeve end, and the lower end of each branch flow channel in the plurality of branch flow channels is a forming end of a glasses leg crotch sleeve end;
the method comprises the following steps:
s1, assembling the plastic leg mold on an injection molding machine and aligning a feed inlet with a glue outlet of the injection molding machine;
s2, starting an injection molding machine, and punching the glue solution out of the glue outlet and sending the glue solution into a feed inlet of the plastic mirror leg mold by the injection molding machine;
the glue solution in the S3 and S2 enters the main flow channel from the feed inlet and fills the main flow channel;
s4, enabling the glue solution to flow into the plurality of sub-runners from the main runner respectively to form a plurality of glasses legs;
s5, closing the injection molding machine, taking out the plastic assembly mold and taking out the molded product from the plastic assembly mold;
and S6, taking out the plurality of temples on the molded product by using a cutter.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the plastic glasses leg mold has the advantages that the feeding hole is formed in the middle of the plastic glasses leg mold, the glue solution enters the main runner upwards after entering the feeding hole, then enters the sub-runners to be respectively molded into the plastic glasses legs, and finally the non-crotch set ends of the plastic glasses legs are taken out of a molded product;
in conclusion, the invention has the advantages of saving labor, improving production efficiency and the like.

the method comprises the following steps:
s1, assembling the plastic leg mold on an injection molding machine and aligning the feeding hole 2 with a glue outlet of the injection molding machine;
s2, starting an injection molding machine, and punching the glue solution out of the glue outlet and sending the glue solution into a feeding hole 2 of the plastic leg mold by the injection molding machine;
the glue solution in the S3 and S2 enters the main channel 3 from the feed inlet 2 and fills the main channel 3;
s4, respectively enabling the glue solution to flow into the sub-runners 4 from the main runner 3 to form a plurality of glasses legs, enabling the flow direction of the glue solution to be from the feed inlet 2 to the main runner 3, then to the non-crotch cover ends of the sub-runners 4, and finally to the crotch cover ends of the sub-runners 4, enabling the glue solution to be respectively formed in the connecting passages 6 of the feed inlet 2, the feed inlet 2 and the main runner 3, the main runner 3 and the sub-runners 4, and finally forming a formed product 5;
s5, closing the injection molding machine, taking out the plastic assembly mold and taking out the molded product 5 from the plastic assembly mold;
s6, the temples on the formed product 5 are taken out by the knife, namely, the temples are separated from the formed product 5 by cutting the non-crotch cover end of the temples by the knife.
