Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于防治牧区羊无浆体病的药物组合物,原料由牛羊用全日粮配合饲料、中药提取物组合物、土霉素、甘露寡糖、微量元素和矿物质组合物、诱食剂组合物、酒糟渣粉末、糖蜜组成;所述中药提取物组合物由常山提取物、青蒿提取物、草果提取物、当归提取物、何首乌提取物组成;所述微量元素和矿物质组合物由亚硒酸钠、贝壳粉、海盐、麦饭石粉、钙基膨润土组成;所述诱食剂组合物由海带粉、辣椒粉、黑芝麻粉组成。该药物组合物在具有驱虫抗病、治疗羊无浆体病的药效基础上,兼具补血养血、恢复患病动物的血液循环系统功能的作用;其次,还能为患病羊只补充能量,有效增强羊只食欲和消化吸收功能,促进生长,提升免疫力和抗应激能力,保障患病动物尽早恢复和保持健康的生理状态,具有使用简单、方便等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及兽药技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于防治牧区羊无浆体病的药物组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
无浆体病是由无浆体引起的反刍动物的一种慢性和急性传染病,其特征为高热、贫血、消瘦、黄疸和胆囊肿大。本病的临床特点是发热、贫血、黄疽和消瘦。呈世界性分布。绵羊和山羊的死亡率达17%。对牛、羊有致病力的无浆体有以下3种:边缘无浆体边缘亚种、边缘无浆体中央亚种和绵羊无浆体。无浆体几乎没有细胞浆,其大小约为0.3-1微米,多位于细胞边缘,呈致密的、圆形或椭圆形的包涵体,革兰氏染色阴性,姬姆萨染色呈紫红色,主要寄生于红细胞胞浆中,一个红细胞中有含1个的,也有含2~3个的。根据超微结构和代谢特点,现将其列入立克次氏体目。本病多发于高温、夏秋季节。我国南方于4~9月份多发,北方在7月份以后多发。病的分布呈现地域性特点,沿河流的草场或牧场多见。本病的传播媒介主要是蜱,约20余种。多数是机械性传播。牛虻、厩蝇和蚊类等多种吸血昆虫及消毒不彻底的手术、注射器、针头等也可以机械性传播本病。患病动物和带菌动物为主要传染源,病愈动物可成为带菌者,当时可复发。感染后,可长期带病原常呈隐性经过,形成持续性感染免疫,对再感染有一定的抵抗力,若有严重应激(动物体况衰弱或体质下降)可引起本病的复发或爆发。
病羊常表现为体温升高、衰弱无力、贫血和黄疸、萎顿厌食、失重很明显。血液检查可见红细胞总数、血红素和血细胞压容积均减少。感染后20~60d,在染色的血片中可观察到许多红细胞中存在无浆体。
本病死亡率较低,也有混合感染或继发感染可增加其死亡率。本病主要结合临床发病情况以及血液检查等进行综合诊断。发现病羊后需及时隔离,加强护理,供给足够的饮水和饲料,每天喷药驱杀吸血昆虫。
舔砖是在放牧和舍饲过程中,根据生产实际需要,给反刍草食家畜补充矿物质元素、非蛋白氮、可溶性糖等养分的一种简单有效的方式,可通过提高采食量和饲料利用率,促进生长,提高经济效益。特别是在冬季和早春气候寒冷,牧草枯黄,秸杆老化的季节,舍饲饲喂青干草、农作物秸秆和青贮料等粗饲料的情况下,补饲舔砖显得尤其重要。在我国,由于舔砖的生产处于初始阶段,技术落后,舔砖的生产配方主要以物质组成进行分类,没有统一的标准。当前,国内尚未有一种专门针对羊无浆体病动物体况,并通过抗虫、免疫调控手段改善病羊生长性能的功能性舔砖产品。
现有的营养型和矿物型舔砖产品,多是通过添加常规饲料原料、微量元素和矿物质,提高舔砖中营养物质含量、补充和增加动物营养摄入,但是对于无浆体血液感染、体温升高、体能下降、应激反应低下的病羊补饲效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种羊用抗无浆体病舔砖及其制备方法,兼具抗虫、提供多种营养物质、改善胃肠道环境、增强免疫功能及提高生产性能的功效。
本发明目的的技术方案是提供了1.一种用于防治牧区羊无浆体病的舔砖,其特征在于:原料包括牛羊用全日粮配合饲料、中药提取物组合物、土霉素、甘露寡糖、微量元素和矿物质组合物、诱食剂组合物、酒糟渣粉末、糖蜜;
中药提取物组合物包括常山提取物、青蒿提取物、草果提取物、当归提取物、何首乌提取物;所述微量元素和矿物质组合物包括:亚硒酸钠、贝壳粉、海盐、麦饭石粉、钙基膨润土;所述诱食剂组合物包括:海带粉、辣椒粉、黑芝麻粉;各种组分重量份构成:
牛羊用全日粮配合饲料700-900份、中药提取物组合物300-500份、土霉素5-10份、甘露寡糖250-350份、微量元素和矿物质组合物400-620份、诱食剂组合物500-800份、酒糟渣粉末50-130份和糖蜜200-400份;
所述中药提取物组合物的重量分数为:常山提取物80-120份、青蒿提取物120-180份、草果提取物50-100份、当归提取物20-50份、何首乌提取物30-50份;
所述微量元素和矿物质组合物的重量分数为:亚硒酸钠2-5份、贝壳粉48-95份、海盐200-280份、麦饭石粉70-120份、钙基膨润土80-120份;
所述诱食剂组合物重量分数为:海带粉180-300份、辣椒粉120-200份、黑芝麻粉200-300份。
进一步地,原料按以下重量份数组成:牛羊用全日粮配合饲料800份、中药提取物组合物400份、土霉素7.0份、甘露寡糖300份、微量元素和矿物质组合物500份、诱食剂组合物600份、酒糟渣粉末100份和糖蜜300份。
进一步地,其中所述中药提取物组合物及重量份数组成:常山提取物100份、青蒿提取物150份、草果提取物80份、当归提取物30份、何首乌提取物40份;
进一步地,其中所述微量元素和矿物质组合物及重量份数组成:亚硒酸钠3份、贝壳粉70份、海盐230份、麦饭石粉100份、钙基膨润土100份。
进一步地,其中所述诱食剂组合物及重量份数组成:海带粉200份、辣椒粉150份、黑芝麻粉250份。
本发明还提供了一种牧区羊无浆体病防治专用舔砖的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、中药提取物组合物的制备:按重量份数依次称取所述常山提取物、青蒿提取物、草果提取物、当归提取物及何首乌提取物,充分混匀,备用;
步骤2、微量元素和矿物质组合物的制备:按重量份数依次称取所述亚硒酸钠、贝壳粉、海盐、麦饭石粉及钙基膨润土,充分混匀,备用,其中海盐研磨粉碎,过200目筛;
步骤3、诱食剂组合物的制备:按重量份数依次称取所述海带粉、辣椒粉及黑芝麻粉,充分混匀;
步骤4、基础饲料和药物添加剂的制备:按重量份数依次称取所述牛羊用全日粮配合饲料、酒糟渣粉末、土霉素及甘露寡糖,充分混匀,备用;
步骤5、在基础饲料和药物添加剂中,加入上述步骤1、步骤2、步骤3得到的各混合物,合并混匀,得终混合物;
步骤6、按重量份数称取糖蜜,加热熔解,冷却后加入搅拌机,搅拌3分钟左右;再将步骤5得到的终混合物加入搅拌机,搅拌混匀,得到待压制的舔砖混合料;
步骤7、将步骤6的待压制舔砖混合料放入压制模具中,压制成形舔砖,每块重量约6.0kg,舔砖规格为长16cm×宽16cm×高16cm立方体,中间孔径为3.0cm,室温下风干,防水防潮袋包装。
本发明的技术优势如下:
(1)本发明加入的中药提取物常山提取物(君药)和青蒿提取物(臣药),具有抗疟驱虫、清热解热和凉血止血之功效,其中的常山提取物还具有抗阿米巴原虫和钩端螺旋体的作用,退热效果优于阿司匹林。考虑到中药常山提取物具有低毒,通过添加草果提取物(佐药)来中和缓解其毒性,其次,草果还可使患病动物胃肠粘膜分泌亢进,增强食欲。针对羊无浆体病患病动物和带菌动物的血液循环系统受到破坏,机体免疫功能受损,所添加的当归提取物(使药)具有改善骨髓微循环、刺激骨髓造血、促进造血干祖细胞增殖分化、增加血细胞的生成数量之功效;所添加的何首乌提取物(使药)还具有升高外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板的作用,可用于血小板减少和再生障碍性贫血,调节和改善机体免疫功能。本发明直接采用中药提取物进行配伍,进一步明确了药物有效成分,提高了复合物各组方药物之间协同作用,更利于中药活性成分的释放和吸收,提高了药物的利用率。其次,相较于添加传统中药原药材,有效提取物的添加提高了舔砖的适口性,更易于舔砖成形。
(2)添加多种矿物质及微量元素能够预防牛羊养殖中因矿物质缺乏引起的免疫力下降和营养吸收障碍。本发明配方中添加的微量元素和矿物质组合物,营养较为均衡,载体麦饭石(硅酸盐矿物质)和粘接剂钙基膨润土,为无毒无害、具有一定生物活性的复合矿物及药用岩石,可为牛羊提供所需的全部常量元素和微量元素;亚硒酸钠是动物生长、发育、代谢必需的微量元素,还兼具辅助提高病畜免疫功能的作用;海盐含有海水中的常量及微量元素,其添加还可调控动物舔食量。其次,本发明在制备方法中,将贝壳粉混入载体麦饭石和粘结剂膨润土中,能够增强麦饭石和膨润土微孔隙中的粘接性;有助于土霉素(驱虫抗菌剂)、甘露寡糖(提高动物机体免疫力和抗应激能力)、酒糟渣粉末(增强食欲、调控瘤胃发酵活动,改善和增强肠道功能)和饲料,吸附于麦饭石和贝壳粉上,并通过膨润土固定成形;同时,能够增强舔砖的坚固性,有效预防雨水的冲刷,降低营养元素的流失和溶解。
(3)针对无浆体病患病羊只具有厌食萎顿、贫血黄疸、体重下降的临床特征,根据羊只采食特性,本发明将开胃健脾、养血补血的中药提取物与诱食剂、海盐、糖蜜等和载体物质加工成舔砖,营养较为全面,能够有效增强羊只食欲和消化吸收功能,促进生长,并具有使用简单、方便等优点。添加的海盐、糖蜜及诱食剂,均为医食同疗的成分,诱食剂的芳香气味能引诱牛羊舔食舔砖,同时,还可掩盖中药提取物的药味,提高舔砖适口性;海盐兼具补充微量元素和诱食剂的双重功效,羊只在舔食过程中,海盐能促进动物分泌大量唾液,并具有抑制瘤胃泡沫产生的作用;糖蜜为制糖工业的副产品,主要成分是糖类,除此之外还含有维生素、矿物质、粗蛋白质等物质,为优质的饲料原料;海带粉富含甘露醇、岩藻多糖、膳食纤维、钙元素、碘及碘化物,其中的矿物质和多种微量元素是以有机态形式存在的,不易发生氧化,可以更有效的弥补配合饲料营养成分的不足,促进动物生长,增强动物的抗病能力,有效提升饲料报酬;其次海带粉的水溶粘稠性,还有利于舔砖固型。
本发明提供的舔砖,富含中药提取物、驱虫抗菌剂、酵母细胞壁提取物、可溶性纤维、糖类、矿物质和微量元素等成分,在具有驱虫抗病药效的前提下,还能为患病动物提供能量,提升免疫力和抗应激能力,保障患病动物尽早恢复和保持健康的生理状态。

以下将结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
该发明提供了一种防治牧区羊无浆体病的舔砖,其中所用的试验原料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。为了使本技术领域的技术人员能够更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例进一步阐述本发明:
实施例一:防治牧区羊无浆体病的舔砖的制备
材料:牛羊用全日粮配合饲料(宝发农牧,净含量40kg/袋,购自固原宝发农牧有限责任公司)。常山提取物(常山酮含量5%)、草果提取物(纯度规格为10:1提取物)及何首乌提取物(纯度规格为10:1提取物),购自陕西新天域生物科技有限公司;青蒿提取物(纯度98%),购自湖南绿洲植物资源开发有限公司;当归提取物(食品级,10:1提取物),购自陕西帕尼尔生物科技有限公司。土霉素(≧98%,CAS79-57-2),购自上海麦克林生化科技有限公司。甘露寡糖(食品级,纯度99%,产品编号15516382283),购自郑州百思特食品添加剂有限公司。亚硒酸钠片,购自山东希力药业有限公司(1.0mg/片,国药准字H37023197,批号20190845)。贝壳粉(食品级,600目,批号20190516),购自河北辉浩环保科技有限公司。海盐(NaCl含量≧96%),购自天津长芦海晶集团有限公司。麦饭石粉(600目,饲料添加用),购自河北石家庄市灵寿县天隆矿产品加工厂。钙基膨润土(600目,饲料添加用),购自河北石家庄托玛琳矿产品有限公司。辣椒和黑芝麻,购自兰州黄河药材市场,自行研磨成粉。海带粉(褐藻糖胶含量≧98%),购自陕西陕西新天域生物科技有限公司。酒糟渣为啤酒酒糟渣,购自兰州黄河啤酒有限公司。糖蜜为甜菜糖蜜,购自中粮屯河股份有限公司。

牛羊用全日粮配合饲料900份

中药提取物组合物500份,其中:常山提取物120份、青蒿提取物180份、草果提取物100份、当归提取物50份、何首乌提取物50份;
微量元素和矿物质组合物400份,其中:亚硒酸钠2份、贝壳粉48份、海盐200份、麦饭石粉70份、钙基膨润土80份;
诱食剂组合物500份,其中:海带粉180份、辣椒粉120、黑芝麻粉200;
酒糟渣粉末50份;
糖蜜400份。

一种防治牧区羊无浆体病的舔砖制备方法
步骤1.分别按上述配方及4倍重量份数(2块舔砖用量)称取原料
步骤1.1中药提取物组合物
常山提取物、青蒿提取物、草果提取物、当归提取物、何首乌提取物,充分混匀,备用;
步骤1.2微量元素和矿物质组合物
亚硒酸钠、贝壳粉、海盐(研磨粉碎,过200份目筛)、麦饭石粉、钙基膨润土,充分混匀,备用;
步骤1.3诱食剂组合物
海带粉、辣椒粉、黑芝麻粉,充分混匀,备用;
步骤1.4基础饲料和药物添加剂
牛羊用全日粮配合饲料、酒糟渣粉末、土霉素、甘露寡糖,充分混匀,备用;
步骤2.在混匀的基础饲料和药物添加剂中,依次加入上述中药提取物混合物(1.1)、微量元素和矿物质混合物(1.2)及诱食剂混合物(1.3),合并混合、充分混匀,得终混合物;
步骤3.搅拌压制:按重量份数称取糖蜜,加热熔解,冷却后加入搅拌机,搅拌3分钟左右;再将上述2得到的终混合物加入搅拌机,搅拌混匀,得到待压制的舔砖混合料;
步骤4.将待压制舔砖混合料放入压制模具中,压制成形舔砖2块,每块重量约6.0kg,舔砖规格为长16cm×宽16cm×高16cm立方体,中间孔径为3.0cm。室温下风干,防水防潮袋包装。
试验表明,上述实施例制备的舔砖密度介于1.70~1.80g/cm3,室温下回潮率均小于0.25%,24h浸水损失率介于25%~30%。结果表明,按照上述配伍组合制备的舔砖,其压制密度可降低舔砖的遇水损失率,并能有效防止药物型舔砖易潮解的问题。
本发明提供的防治牧区羊无浆体病药物型舔砖一年四季都可补饲,生长期的羊还可通过舔舐补充微量元素提高其生长性能。
实施例二:该实施例还对舔砖体内药效评价
为了进一步说明本发明的实质,申请人对本申请舔砖进行了如下试验。
试验所用舔砖由中国农业科学院兰州畜牧与兽药研究所自制,内含中药提取物、微量元素与矿物质、基础饲料与药物添加成分。舔砖规格为长16cm×宽16cm×高16cm立方体,中间孔径为3.0cm,重量约6.0kg/块。
试验地点及羊群:选取甘肃省张掖市肃南裕固族自治县皇城羊场的放牧羊。
感染阳性羊只纳入标准:
试验前,先进行羊群无浆体病流行病学调查,对疑似病羊(皮毛上可见蜱、体质较弱、失重、体温升高)颈静脉采血10mL,取1滴血样做血涂片,用于染色镜检;其余用肝素钠抗凝,置4℃冰箱冷藏保存,待检。若在染色的血片中可观察到许多红细胞中存在无浆体,大小约为0.3~1μm,多位于细胞边缘,呈致密的、圆形或椭圆形的包涵体,革兰氏染色阴性,姬姆萨染色呈紫红色,主要寄生于红细胞胞浆中,一个红细胞中有含1个的,也有含2~3个的;同时,血常规检查结果为红细胞总数、血红素和血细胞压容积均减少,可确诊为无浆体阳性感染。
试验1药物型舔砖对牧区放牧羊的疗效观察试验
(1)试验方法:
将80只试验纳入羊只(感染阳性)随机分成4组,每组20只;分别采用本发明实施例一中配方4制备的舔砖、配方5制备的舔砖、配方6制备的舔砖及长效土霉素注射液(对照药,山东优维药业有限公司生产,批号20191027)进行治疗。其中,长效土霉素注射液的规格:50mL,含土霉素10g(1000万单位),肌肉注射,用量0.05~0.1mL/kg体重,每天1次,连用1周,休药期为28天。配方3组、配方4组及配方5组,分别在归牧后的羊圈舍内提供药物型舔砖,4块/圈舍,1块/5只羊,自由舔食,连用1周,评价舔砖的驱虫效果。
(2)疗效判断:
治愈:临床症状消失,精神、食欲、体温、呼吸等均恢复正常,增重明显,贫血黄疽等症状消失,血液中无浆体转阴率≧95%;高效:临床症状消失,精神、食欲、体温、呼吸等均恢复正常,增重明显,贫血、黄疽等症状消失,血液中无浆体转阴率≧80%;有效:临场症状减轻,食欲、体温恢复正常,贫血黄疽等症状均有所减轻,血液中无浆体转阴率≧50%;无效:上述症状均有改善,血液中无浆体转阴率≦10%,需改用其他药物进行治疗。
(3)试验结果
采用本发明实施例一的配方4、配方5和配方6药物型舔砖,对40只纳入标准的阳性感染羊只进行治疗,有效率均可达100%,治愈率分别为70%、85%和80%;其中配方4获得了85%的较好治愈率,优于对照组75%的治愈率,转阴效果显著,康复期为1周,且相较于土霉素对照组,无28天休药期要求。
结果如表1所示:

试验2药物型舔砖对牧区放牧羊血液指标和生产性能的影响
(1)试验用舔砖:依据试验1药物型舔砖的疗效结果,选择配方5制备的舔砖进行生产性能的药物影响试验。
(2)试验方案与步骤:
对20只纳入试验羊(感染阳性)只进行统一编号、随机分组,即感染对照组(无舔砖组)和舔砖试验组,每组10只。白天将两组羊并入大群放牧,傍晚归牧后按组圈养休息。试验组羊只,圈舍提供舔砖供其自由舔食,共计投放5块舔砖(1块/2只羊),自由饮水;感染对照组羊只,不提供舔砖,归牧圈养后提供全日粮牛羊配合饲料,自由饮水。试验开始后,第1天,每只羊分别空腹称重,记为初始体重;空腹状态下从颈静脉采血10mL,用于涂片、染色、镜检及进行血常规检测。第30天,每只羊分别空腹称重,计算1~30天的平均日增重;空腹状态下从颈静脉采血10mL,用于涂片、染色、镜检及进行血常规检测。试验结束(第60天),每只羊分别空腹称重,记为终末体重,计算30~60天的平均日增重;空腹状态下颈静脉采血10mL,用于涂片、染色、镜检及进行血常规检测。
整个试验期间,每天观察记录羊只精神、活动、采食饮水、毛色等健康相关状况,试验周期2个月。另设健康对照组(单独圈养),选取10只健康羊只,归牧圈养后提供全日粮牛羊配合饲料,称重时间点、采血时间点,同上。
数据统计分析:试验获得数据采用SPSS 19.0版统计软件进行分析,并表示为平均值±SEM。数据先通过ANOVA单向方差分析进行分析,然后Student的双尾t检验用于试验组和对照组之间的比较。P值小于0.05(P<0.05)被认为具有统计学意义。
(3)试验结果:
相较于感染对照组羊只,舔砖组感染羊只舔食药物型舔砖1周后,食欲及精神恢复良好,采食及运动状况明显改善,贫血、发白黏膜及黄疸等症状基本消失;血涂片结果亦表明,舔砖组转阴效果显著,红细胞胞浆中无浆体数量显著减少。
舔食30天后,毛色及光泽逐渐恢复,生长、增重明显优于感染对照组(P<0.05),平均日增重略低于健康对照组。舔食60天后,舔砖试验组和健康对照组羊只增重效果显著优于感染对照组(P<0.01),而且舔砖试验组的30~60天的平均日增重效果优于健康对照组(P>0.05)。
结果表明,同等放牧条件下,药物型舔砖具有明显的促生长效果,可显著提高试验组羊只后期生长发育水平,增重明显,同时抗病力及免疫力显著增强。(表2)

注:与感染对照组相较,**表示差异极显著(P<0.01),*表示差异显著(P<0.05)。
此外,该药物型舔砖对感染羊只的红细胞、血红蛋白恢复,具有明显的提升效果(P<0.05,P<0.01)。相较于感染对照组,舔砖组于30d、60d的血常规指标,基本恢复至正常水平。该结果与血涂片结果相一致。(表3)

实施例三:舔砖所含中药组合物的体外药效评价
鉴于本发明加入的中药提取物常山提取物和青蒿提取物,是我国抗疟驱虫、清热解热和凉血止血的传统用药,其中的常山提取物还具有抗阿米巴原虫和钩端螺旋体的作用。所以本次体外药理学试验,选择优选份数的常山提取物、青蒿提取物及两者的组合,进行体外无浆体灭杀试验研究。
1.含无浆体血液采集:用无菌注射器采集疑似感染羊只鲜血10mL(颈静脉处),先取1滴血样做血涂片,染色镜检;若在染色的血片中可观察到许多红细胞中存在无浆体,大小约为0.3~1μm,多位于细胞边缘,呈致密的、圆形或椭圆形的包涵体,革兰氏染色阴性,姬姆萨染色呈紫红色,主要寄生于红细胞胞浆中,一个红细胞中有含1个的,也有含2~3个无浆体的,可确诊感染阳性,所采集鲜血样品可用作药理学试验。
2.药物及其浓度设置
药物对照1:血虫净(1.0g,注射用三氮脒,批号191105,兰州正丰药业有限公司),药液浓度3.0μg/L。
药物对照2:土霉素注射液(规格:50mL,含土霉素10g,0.2g/mL,批号20191027,山东优维药业有限公司),药液浓度3.0μg/L。
中药常山提取物:药液浓度l.0g/L
中药青蒿提取物:药物浓度1.5g/L
中药常山+青蒿组合物:常山1.0+青蒿1.5g/L
空白对照组:0.9%生理盐水
3.试验方法:
取6张载玻片,分别滴加感染阳性羊只血样l滴;再分别滴加上述药液各1滴;药液与鲜血充分混匀后,置高倍镜和油镜下观察。
判定标准:红细胞胞浆中的无浆体停止运动或脱落,则判定为药物敏感。
4.试验结果
(1)血虫净:无浆体3分钟后停止运动,并逐渐脱落;
(2)盐酸土霉素:无浆体5分钟后停止运动,并逐渐脱落;
(3)常山提取物:无浆体1分钟后停止运动,并逐渐脱落;
(4)青蒿提取物:无浆体4分钟后停止运动,并逐渐脱落;
(5)常山+青蒿中药组合物:无浆体1.5分钟后停止运动,并逐渐脱落;
(6)生理盐水:无浆体20min后仍附着在红细胞胞浆或边缘,并具有很强的运动性。
结果表明,本发明选用的中药提取物及其组合物,原料来源于植物,制备方法简单,其对无浆体的体外药物敏感性高于传统化药三氮脒和盐酸土霉素,且无休药期要求,有望避免化药、抗生素残留及对牧场环境的污染。
因此,需要说明的是,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内虽然上面结合本发明的优选实施例对本发明的原理进行了详细的描述,本领域技术人员应该理解,上述实施例仅仅是对本发明的示意性实现方式的解释,并非对本发明包含范围的限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于防治牧区羊无浆体病的药物组合物,其特征在于:原料由牛羊用全日粮配合饲料、中药提取物组合物、土霉素、甘露寡糖、微量元素和矿物质组合物、诱食剂组合物、酒糟渣粉末、糖蜜组成;
中药提取物组合物由常山提取物、青蒿提取物、草果提取物、当归提取物、何首乌提取物组成;所述微量元素和矿物质组合物由亚硒酸钠、贝壳粉、海盐、麦饭石粉、钙基膨润土组成;所述诱食剂组合物由海带粉、辣椒粉、黑芝麻粉组成,其中:
牛羊用全日粮配合饲料700-900份、中药提取物组合物300-500份、土霉素5-10份、甘露寡糖250-350份、微量元素和矿物质组合物400-620份、诱食剂组合物500-800份、酒糟渣粉末50-130份和糖蜜200-400份;
所述中药提取物组合物的重量分数为:常山提取物80-120份、青蒿提取物120-180份、草果提取物50-100份、当归提取物20-50份、何首乌提取物30-50份;
所述微量元素和矿物质组合物的重量分数为:亚硒酸钠2-5份、贝壳粉48-95份、海盐200-280份、麦饭石粉70-120份、钙基膨润土80-120份;
所述诱食剂组合物重量分数为:海带粉180-300份、辣椒粉120-200份、黑芝麻粉200-300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于防治牧区羊无浆体病的药物组合物,其特征在于:原料由牛羊用全日粮配合饲料800份、中药提取物组合物400份、土霉素7.0份、甘露寡糖300份、微量元素和矿物质组合物500份、诱食剂组合物600份、酒糟渣粉末100份和糖蜜300份组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于防治牧区羊无浆体病的药物组合物,其特征在于:其中所述中药提取物组合物由常山提取物100份、青蒿提取物150份、草果提取物80份、当归提取物30份、何首乌提取物40份组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于防治牧区羊无浆体病的药物组合物,其特征在于:其中所述微量元素和矿物质组合物由亚硒酸钠3份、贝壳粉70份、海盐230份、麦饭石粉100份、钙基膨润土100份组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于防治牧区羊无浆体病的药物组合物,其特征在于:其中所述诱食剂组合物由海带粉200份、辣椒粉150份、黑芝麻粉250份组成。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的用于防治牧区羊无浆体病的药物组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、中药提取物组合物的制备:按重量份数依次称取所述常山提取物、青蒿提取物、草果提取物、当归提取物及何首乌提取物,充分混匀,备用;
步骤2、微量元素和矿物质组合物的制备:按重量份数依次称取所述亚硒酸钠、贝壳粉、海盐、麦饭石粉及钙基膨润土,充分混匀,备用,其中海盐研磨粉碎,过200目筛;
步骤3、诱食剂组合物的制备:按重量份数依次称取所述海带粉、辣椒粉及黑芝麻粉,充分混匀;
步骤4、基础饲料和药物添加剂的制备:按重量份数依次称取所述牛羊用全日粮配合饲料、酒糟渣粉末、土霉素及甘露寡糖,充分混匀,备用;
步骤5、在基础饲料和药物添加剂中,加入上述步骤1、步骤2、步骤3得到的各混合物,合并混匀,得终混合物;
步骤6、按重量份数称取糖蜜,加热熔解,冷却后加入搅拌机,搅拌3分钟;再将步骤5得到的终混合物加入搅拌机,搅拌混匀,得到待压制的舔砖混合料;
步骤7、将步骤6的待压制舔砖混合料放入压制模具中,压制成形舔砖,每块重量6.0kg,舔砖规格为长16cm×宽16cm×高16cm立方体,中间孔径为3.0cm,室温下风干,防水防潮袋包装。
