本发明实施例涉及植物生长调节剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高效果实着色剂,按重量百分比包括以下组分:二氢茉莉酸丙酯1%‑50%、酒石酸二胆碱1%‑50%、蛋氨酸1%‑50%、EDDHA‑Fe1%‑50%、酸碱调节剂1%‑10%、乳化剂1%‑80%、溶剂余量。本发明实施例的有益效果为:该果实诱导着色剂能促使果实快速着色,增加糖度,提高果实品质;通过促进植株光合作用,促进果实中干物质积累,提高果实充盈度,防止软果。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物生长调节剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高效果实着色剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
二氢茉莉酸丙酯可以有效促进植物体内脱落酸及乙烯的合成和提前表达,因为乙烯是促进果实着色的关键物质,市场上有直接喷施乙烯利的市售产品,外源施加类乙烯成份,达到着色效果,但因其对施药技术要求严格,极容易出现软果、掉果、果实不耐储存等不利影响,所以其在使用时严格受限,并且,现有普通的着色剂,着色效率低,无法通过提升果实充盈度从而提升果品,果实耐储存性差。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供了一种高效果实着色剂,按重量百分比包括以下组分:二氢茉莉酸丙酯1%-50%、酒石酸二胆碱1%-50%、蛋氨酸1%-50%、EDDHA-Fe1%-50%、酸碱调节剂1%-10%、乳化剂1%-80%、溶剂余量。
优选的,按重量百分比包括以下组分:二氢茉莉酸丙酯2%-10%、酒石酸二胆碱2%-10%、蛋氨基1%-5%、EDDHA-Fe1%-5%、酸碱调节剂1%-10%、乳化剂20%-50%、溶剂余量。
优选的,所述乳化剂为失水山梨醇单棕榈酸酯、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯二油酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨糖醇酐单棕榈酸酯、四乙二醇单月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺油酸酯、失水山梨糖醇月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)油醇醚、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐三油酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯(4EO)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯十六烷基醚、聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯、烷基糖苷的至少一种。
优选的,所述乳化剂为蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)油醇醚、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯、烷基糖苷中的至少一种。
优选的,所述溶剂的重量百分比为1%-50%。
优选的,所述溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、水、丙三醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙酮、甘油、丁酮、正丙醇、异丙醇中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述溶剂为水、甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、正丙醇、异丙醇中的1-3种。
优选的,所述酸碱调节剂包括碱性调节剂和酸性调节剂,所述碱性调节剂包括氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钙、碳酸钠、焦硫酸钾、碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种,所述酸性调节剂包括柠檬酸、酒石酸、水杨酸、富马酸、苹果酸、乙酸中的一种或多种有机酸。
优选的,所述碱性调节剂包括氢氧化钠、焦硫酸钾中的1-2种,所述酸性调节剂包括柠檬酸、酒石酸、水杨酸中的1-2种。
优选的,高效果实着色剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将二氢茉莉酸丙酯与溶剂混合,加入乳化剂,在20-100摄氏度的温度范围内螯合搅拌,螯合2-6小时后,得到溶液一;
步骤二、将碱性调节剂溶解于水中,加入蛋氨酸、酒石酸二胆碱和EHHDA-Fe得到溶液二;
步骤三、将酸性调节剂溶解于溶剂中,得到溶液三;
步骤四、将步骤一中的溶液一与步骤三中的溶液三在缓慢搅拌条件下混合,做好放热处理,待搅拌充分并静至2-4小时后,缓慢加入溶液二,搅拌静至得到高效果实着色剂。
本发明实施例的有益效果为:
二氢茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)是植物内源激素茉莉酸的衍生物,内源激素茉莉酸做为植物抗逆物质在植物体内可迅速传播表达并释放促使植物内源乙烯及脱落酸的合成信号,从而促进植物内源乙烯及脱落酸合成及提前表达,而乙烯做为植物果实着色的必要前体,在达到一定量时可以促使果实着色表观体现;
外源喷施二氢茉莉酸丙酯,旨在提供植物内源茉莉酸相似物,促使植物果实成熟期缩短,使作物应激反应提升,迅速吸收营养,为果实提供足够量的干物质积累,促进果实可溶性糖分增加及积累;外源喷施二氢茉莉酸丙酯可以同时促进内源脱落酸、乙烯的合成及提前表达并促使果实内可溶性糖份积累,有效促进了果实自然转色成熟,优势明显;
乙烯做为着色过程中必要内源激素前体,可溶性糖分积累做为着色过程的必要营养前体,两者协同,果实着色才能够更加自然,果品更加优秀,糖酸比更高,耐储存性更强。
EDDHA-Fe为植物生长提供可高效利用的铁离子,铁是光合作用、生物固氮和呼吸作用中的细胞色素和非血红素铁蛋白的组成;
酒石酸二胆碱,是一种新型胆碱类化合物,胆碱含量高,性状稳定,且酒石酸二胆碱抗氧化性强,可有效促进植株光合作用及干物质积累,提高果实充盈度,防止软果;
蛋氨酸是一种单一氨基酸,是植物乙烯合成的前体物质,可为果实着色期乙烯的合成提供充足前体物质来源;
该果实诱导着色剂组合物稳定、持效期长、效果稳定,不含乙烯利,不会出现脱粒、落叶等副作用;能促使果实快速着色,增加糖度,提高果实品质;通过促进植株光合作用,促进果实中干物质积累,特别是果实中糖分的积累,促进转色;几种物质配合的高效果实着色剂可达到着色迅速、果实充盈、果实糖酸比增加、增加果品、提高耐储存性等效果。
具体实施方式
下面将结合发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种高效果实着色剂,按重量百分比包括以下组分:二氢茉莉酸丙酯2.5%、酒石酸二胆碱3%、蛋氨酸0.5%、EDDHA-Fe2.5%、酸碱调节剂4%、乳化剂29.5%、溶剂余量。将二氢茉莉酸丙酯与溶剂混合,加入乳化剂,在20-100摄氏度的温度范围内螯合搅拌,螯合2-6小时后,得到溶液一;然后将蛋氨酸溶解于碱性水溶液中,加入酒石酸二胆碱和EHHDA-Fe得到溶液二;然后用溶剂溶解酸性调节剂,形成溶液三;最后将溶液一与溶液三在缓慢搅拌条件下混合,待搅拌充分并静至2-4小时后,缓慢加入溶液二,搅拌静做好放热处理,自然冷却,得到高效果实着色剂。
实施例2
一种高效果实着色剂,按重量百分比包括以下组分:一种高效果实着色剂,按重量百分比包括以下组分:二氢茉莉酸丙酯5%、酒石酸二胆碱4%、蛋氨酸0.8%、EDDHA-Fe3%、酸碱调节剂6%、乳化剂36%、溶剂余量。将二氢茉莉酸丙酯与溶剂混合,加入乳化剂,在20-100摄氏度的温度范围内螯合搅拌,螯合2-6小时后,得到溶液一;然后将蛋氨酸溶解于碱性水溶液中,加入酒石酸二胆碱和EHHDA-Fe得到溶液二;然后用溶剂溶解酸性调节剂,形成溶液三;最后将溶液一与溶液三在缓慢搅拌条件下混合,待搅拌充分并静至2-4小时后,缓慢加入溶液二,搅拌静做好放热处理,自然冷却,得到高效果实着色剂。
实施例3
一种高效果实着色剂,按重量百分比包括以下组分:一种高效果实着色剂,按重量百分比包括以下组分:二氢茉莉酸丙酯10%、酒石酸二胆碱9%、蛋氨酸1.2%、EDDHA-Fe6%、酸碱调节剂10%、乳化剂44%、溶剂余量。将二氢茉莉酸丙酯与溶剂混合,加入乳化剂,在20-100摄氏度的温度范围内螯合搅拌,螯合2-6小时后,得到溶液一;然后将蛋氨酸溶解于碱性水溶液中,加入酒石酸二胆碱和EHHDA-Fe得到溶液二;然后用溶剂溶解酸性调节剂,形成溶液三;最后将溶液一与溶液三在缓慢搅拌条件下混合,待搅拌充分并静至2-4小时后,缓慢加入溶液二,搅拌静做好放热处理,自然冷却,得到高效果实着色剂。
对比实验
为进一步检验本发明的果实着色剂在作物上的实际效果,发明人在作物上作进一步的对比实验。
(1)实验对象
实验地设在郑州某苹果园,实验地势平坦,肥力中等且均匀,土壤有机质含量为12.1g/kg,pH=7.2。对同一茬的处于生长期长势均匀的苹果果树平等的分为5个区,每区100株果树,分别用实施例1着色剂、实施例2着色剂、实施例3着色剂、40%乙烯利水剂,在苹果采摘前45天和30天时,避阳光直射条件,各均匀喷施一次,以叶面表层形成一层水雾但不下滴为准。剩下一个区做对照实验,对照实验以清水做同样处理。采收时,在每个区随机摘取100个苹果,对果实着色程度、可溶性糖含量、有机酸含量进行检测,结果如表1、表2和表3所示。
色指数计算公式:着色指数 (%)= (∑各级果粒数×各级代表值)/(总粒数×最高级代表值)×100%。

由表1和表2可知,实施例1-3中的着色剂对苹果着色的影响效果均好于对照组,也好于单一组40%乙烯利水剂;用实施例1-3中的着色剂处理过的苹果,着色指数从60%多提高到90%多。本发明产品可以有效促进果实着色,经试验研究可知,在果实着色前期喷施能促使果实一周之内快速着色,可使果实提早7-9天上市。
表3中数字没有特别说明时,为测定的10次实验平均值
由表3可知,实施例1-3着色剂对苹果的影响效果均好于对照组,也好于单一组;用实施例1-3着色剂处理过的苹果,苹果果实中的可溶性糖含量最大提高11.82%,有机酸含量最高下降23.08%,由此可知,本发明产品能有效增加苹果的糖度,使果实中有机酸含量下降,改善了果实口感,提高了果实品质。
用本发明的着色剂处理过的苹果进行光合作用测试,实验表明,该着色剂能增进作物的生理活性,促进作物生长,光合作用强度可增加50%以上。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种高效果实着色剂,其特征在于,按重量百分比包括以下组分:二氢茉莉酸丙酯1%-50%、酒石酸二胆碱1%-50%、蛋氨酸1%-50%、EDDHA-Fe1%-50%、酸碱调节剂1%-10%、乳化剂1%-80%、溶剂余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效果实着色剂,其特征在于,按重量百分比包括以下组分:二氢茉莉酸丙酯2%-10%、酒石酸二胆碱2%-10%、蛋氨酸1%-5%、EDDHA-Fe1%-5%、酸碱调节剂1%-10%、乳化剂20%-50%、溶剂余量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高效果实着色剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为失水山梨醇单棕榈酸酯、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯二油酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨糖醇酐单棕榈酸酯、四乙二醇单月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺油酸酯、失水山梨糖醇月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)油醇醚、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐三油酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯(4EO)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯十六烷基醚、聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯、烷基糖苷的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高效果实着色剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯(20EO)油醇醚、聚氧乙烯(20EO)山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯、烷基糖苷中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高效果实着色剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂的重量百分比为1%-50%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高效果实着色剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、水、丙三醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙酮、甘油、丁酮、正丙醇、异丙醇中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高效果实着色剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为水、甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、正丙醇、异丙醇中的1-3种。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高效果实着色剂,其特征在于,所述酸碱调节剂包括碱性调节剂和酸性调节剂,所述碱性调节剂包括氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钙、碳酸钠、焦硫酸钾、碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种,所述酸性调节剂包括柠檬酸、酒石酸、水杨酸、富马酸、苹果酸、乙酸中的一种或多种有机酸。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种高效果实着色剂,其特征在于,所述碱性调节剂包括氢氧化钠、焦硫酸钾中的1-2种,所述酸性调节剂包括柠檬酸、酒石酸、水杨酸中的1-2种。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一项所述的高效果实着色剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将二氢茉莉酸丙酯与溶剂混合,加入乳化剂,在20-100摄氏度的温度范围内螯合搅拌,螯合2-6小时后,得到溶液一;
步骤二、将碱性调节剂溶解于水中,加入蛋氨酸、酒石酸二胆碱和EHHDA-Fe得到溶液二;
步骤三、将酸性调节剂溶解于溶剂中,得到溶液三;
步骤四、将步骤一中的溶液一与步骤三中的溶液三在缓慢搅拌条件下混合,做好放热处理,待搅拌充分并静至2-4小时后,缓慢加入溶液二,搅拌静至得到高效果实着色剂。
