Abstract
本发明涉及一种含有氟酰胺和百菌清的杀菌组合物的用途,所述组合物含有氟酰胺和百菌清,所述氟酰胺和百菌清的重量比为1:15至15:1。该组合物用于防治农作物根腐病的防治。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有增效作用的杀菌组合物用于农作物根腐病防治的用途,尤其涉及一种含有氟酰胺和百菌清的杀菌组合物用于农作物根腐病防治的用途。
(二)背景技术
百菌清(Chlorothalonil)是低毒广谱保护性杀菌剂。它通过与真菌细胞中的3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶发生作用破坏酶的活力,从而使真菌细胞的新陈代谢受到破坏而丧失生命力。
氟酰胺(Flutolanil)属酰苯胺类杀菌剂,作用机制是在呼吸作用的电子传递链中作为琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂,抑制天门冬氨酸盐和谷氨酸盐的合成。氟酰胺活性极高,具有保护和治疔活性,可用于观赏植物、水稻、谷类、马铃薯、甜菜、蔬菜、花生、水果等病害的防治,推荐剂量下对观赏植物、谷类、水稻、蔬莱和水果安全。
中国专利CN102524256A公开了含有百菌清和氟酰胺的组合物,并公开了其在防治炭疽病、叶斑病、煤污病、苹果斑点落叶病中具有协同作用。
作物根腐病是一种常见作物病害,会造成根部腐烂,吸收水分和养分的功能逐渐减弱,最后全株死亡。作物根腐病的防治一直是作物病害防治的难题,防治较为困难。
(三)发明内容
本发明的目的在于筛选对作物根腐病具有优异的防效的农药组合物,已解决现有技术中根腐病防治困难的问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种含有氟酰胺和百菌清的杀菌组合物用于防治作物根腐病的用途,所述组合物含有氟酰胺和百菌清,所述氟酰胺和百菌清的重量比为1:15至15:1。
优选地,所述氟酰胺和百菌清的重量比为1:10至10:1,更优选为1:5至5:1,例如1:5、1:4、1:3、1:2、1:1、2:1、3:1、4:1、5:1。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述作物根腐病包括三七、烟草、西瓜、甜瓜、西葫芦、花生、甜菜、烟草、大豆、草莓等作物根腐病;优选为三七、烟草、西葫芦、甜菜根腐病;优选所述作物根腐病由Fusarium solani、Fusariumculmorum、Fusarium oxysporum等病原菌引起。
本发明组合物的施药方式是本领域技术人员所熟知的,例如可通过拌种、种子包衣、土壤喷雾、灌根等方式施用。当拌种或种子包衣施用时,其用量为有效成分10-100克/100kg种子;当土壤喷雾、灌根施用时,其用量为20-100克有效成分每亩。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述组合物可制备成农药上允许的任意一种剂型,例如可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、或种子处理悬浮剂。
在具体应用时,所述氟酰胺和百菌清在上述剂型中的质量百分含量为5~80%。
上述剂型的制备方法是本领域技术人员所熟知的,在制剂制备中所用到的助剂和/或载体包括:溶剂、乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、粘合剂、崩解剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、警戒色、成膜剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、pH调节剂、填料和/或载体等中的一种或多种。例如:
所述分散剂可以选用木质素磺酸盐、苯乙烯-马来酸盐共聚物、甘油脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂醇中的一种或多种;
所述润湿剂可以选用三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚氧乙烯月桂基醚羧酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、异辛醇琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠、二辛基磺基琥珀酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚磷酸酯盐、山梨聚糖脂肪酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯中的一种或多种;
所述粘合剂可以选用阿拉伯胶、黄原胶、羧乙基纤维素、明胶、淀粉、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种;
所述增稠剂可以选用硅酸镁铝、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、阿拉伯胶、黄原胶、聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种;
所述防冻剂可以选用乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇等中的一种或多种;
所述消泡剂可以选用磷酸异丁酯、正-辛醇、硅酮中的一种或多种;
所述成膜剂可以选用聚乙烯醇、聚醋酸乙烯酯、羧甲基纤维素、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠中的一种或多种;
所述载体可以选用水、硅藻土、高岭土、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、膨润土、中的一种或多种;

采用以下实施例对本发明做进一步解释,单这些实施例并不是对本发明的限定,通过将上述方案进行简单的调整进而得到的方案,同样在本申请的保护范围之内。
室内生物测定实施例:
室内生物测定实例1:氟酰胺和百菌清复配对西葫芦根腐病的毒力测定
试验对象:西葫芦根腐病[Fusarium solani(Mart.)App.et Wollenw.formacucurbitae]。
试验方法:参照《农药室内生物测定试验准则NY/T1156.2-2006》,采用含药培养基法。
3、数据统计和效果评价:根据试验数据计算菌丝生长抑制率(%),求出毒力回归方程,计算EC50。采用共毒系数法(CTC)来评价药剂混用的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用。
氟酰胺和百菌清及二者不同比例的混配组合对西葫芦瓜根腐病的毒力测定结果见表1,表1中“氟∶百”为“氟酰胺:百菌清”的简写。

室内生测结果表明:氟酰胺与百菌清以1∶15、1∶10、1∶5、1∶1、5∶1、10∶1、15∶1比例进行混配,其对西葫芦根腐病菌表现出相加或增效作用,以1∶15~10∶1之间的比例混配具有增效作用。
室内生物测定实例2:氟酰胺和百菌清复配对甜菜根腐病的毒力测定
试验对象:甜菜根腐病[Fusarium culmorum Sacc.]。
试验方法:参照《农药生物测定试验准则NY/T 1156.2-2006》,采用含药培养基法。
数据统计和效果评价:根据试验数据计算菌丝生长抑制率(%),求出毒力回归方程,计算EC50。采用共毒系数法(CTC)来评价药剂混用的增效作用,CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用。

制剂实施例:
本发明组合物可以用已知的方法制备成悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、种子处理悬浮剂等,以下用具体实例进行说明。
制剂实施例1:
将氟酰胺3g、百菌清15g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3g、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚6g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.5g乙二醇4g、水补足100g。混合预粉碎、混匀后,再经湿法研磨、均化,制得本发明组合物18%悬浮剂。
制剂实施例2:
将氟酰胺20g、百菌清20g、异辛醇琥珀酸酯磺酸钠7g、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂醇7g、硫酸铵5g、羧乙基纤维素1.5g、硅藻土至100g。先预粉碎混匀,再经气流粉碎、造粒,制得本发明组合物40%水分散粒剂。
制剂实施例3:
将氟酰胺5g、百菌清25g、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠8g、三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚2g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.5g丙二醇5g、水补足100g。混合预粉碎,再经湿法研磨、均化,制得本发明组合物30%悬浮剂。
制剂实施例4:
将氟酰胺30g、百菌清6g、油脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚4g、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠5g、凹凸棒土加至100g。混匀超细粉碎,制得本发明组合物36%可湿性粉剂。
制剂实施例5:
将氟酰胺5g、百菌清5g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3g、十二烷基苯磺酸钙4g、丙二醇5g、警戒色4g、聚乙烯醇7g、阿拉伯胶0.5g、水补足100g。混合预粉碎,再经湿法研磨、均化,制得本发明组合物10%种子处理悬浮剂。
制剂实施例6:
氟酰胺2g、百菌清10g、木质素磺酸钠2g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4g、丙三醇5g、警戒色4g、聚乙烯醇7g、黄原胶0.5g、水补足100g。混合预粉碎,再经湿法研磨、均化,制得本发明组合物12%种子处理悬浮剂。
以上所述并非是对本发明的限制,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明实质范围的前提下,还可以做出若干变化、改型、添加或替换,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种含有氟酰胺和百菌清的杀菌组合物用于防治作物根腐病的用途,其特征在于:所述组合物含有氟酰胺和百菌清,所述氟酰胺和百菌清的重量比为1:15至15:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于:所述氟酰胺和百菌清的重量比为1:10至10:1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用途,其特征在于:所述组合物配制成农药上允许的任意一种剂型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于:所述组合物制备成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂或种子处理悬浮剂。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的用途,其特征在于:所述组合物在剂型中的质量百分含量为5~80%。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的用途,其特征在于,所述作物根腐病包括三七、烟草、西瓜、甜瓜、西葫芦、花生、甜菜、烟草、大豆、草莓根腐病。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于所述作物根腐病优选三七、烟草、西葫芦、甜菜根腐病。
8.权利要求6或7所述的用途,其特征在于,所述根腐病由病原菌Fusarium solani、Fusarium culmorum或Fusarium oxysporum引起。
