Abstract
本发明公开了一种免洗消毒液及其制备方法,包含以下重量百分含量的组分:乙醇60~80%、聚六亚甲基双胍0.05~0.1%、保湿剂1~5%、护肤剂1~5%、植物提取物5~10%、赋脂剂0.5~2%、pH调节剂0.01~0.5%、稳定剂0.5~2%,去离子水余量。本发明所述免洗消毒液具有以下优点:(1)具有良好的抑菌、灭菌效果;(2)添加了多种保湿护肤成分,不但能够抵消酒精对手的伤害,还可以形成一层保护膜,达到长时间保湿润肤的功效;(3)本发明加入一定量的植物提取物,部分植物提取物具有自然的植物芳香,且有协同抑菌以及保养皮肤的功效,成分天然安全不刺激。

技术领域
本发明涉及消毒液领域,尤其是一种免洗消毒液及其制备方法。
背景技术
在疾病的传染过程中,手是传播微生物极其重要的环节和途经,而手消毒剂的使用可将皮肤上的细菌控制在一定的范围内,使之对他人不构成传播疾病的危险,洗手液作为一种针对手部清洗的皮肤清洁剂,对预防疾病、保障身体健康极为重要。
市场上的消毒洗手液主要分为冲洗型和免洗型,冲洗型需要借助水冲洗,而在没有水的情况下,则具有很大的局限性,而免洗洗手液因其携带方便、免水洗、随时随地可以清洁双手受广大消费者的青睐。免洗洗手液主要消毒成分为乙醇,因醇类易挥发,不会残留,使用起来较为安全,而且醇类消毒剂对病原微生物有很好的杀灭作用,其原理是醇类可凝固蛋白质,从而导致微生物死亡,近年来,复合醇消毒液较为流行,在免洗洗手液中添加双胍类物质,这类化合物可以改变细菌细胞膜的通透性,将他们与乙醇复配能够提高其杀菌效果和杀菌速度,同样适用于皮肤消毒。而乙醇或双胍类等抗菌剂存在一定刺激性,长期使用可能会导致手部皮肤干燥、粗糙,破坏皮肤的天然保护屏障。因此,市场中需要一款既能够满足抗菌灭菌需要,又能够具有保湿护肤功效的免洗消毒液产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种免洗消毒液及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种免洗消毒液,包含以下重量百分含量的组分:乙醇60~80%、聚六亚甲基双胍0.05~0.1%、保湿剂1~5%、护肤剂1~5%、植物提取物5~10%、赋脂剂0.5~2%、pH调节剂0.01~0.5%、稳定剂0.5~2%,去离子水余量。
作为本发明所述免洗消毒液的优选实施方式,所述保湿剂为甘油、1,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇和氨基酸保湿剂中的一种或多种。
作为本发明所述免洗消毒液的优选实施方式,所述护肤剂为烟酰胺、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、泛醇和霍霍巴油中的一种或多种。
作为本发明所述免洗消毒液的优选实施方式,所述植物提取物为玫瑰提取物、陈皮提取物、燕麦多肽提取物、山茶花提取物、芦荟提取物、牡丹根皮提取物、积雪草苷和银杏叶提取物中的一种或多种。
作为本发明所述免洗消毒液的优选实施方式,所述赋脂剂为脂肪酸甘油酯和乙基纤维素中的一种或多种。
作为本发明所述免洗消毒液的优选实施方式,所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾混合物,调节pH值至6.0~7.5。
作为本发明所述免洗消毒液的优选实施方式,所述稳定剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
本发明还提供了上述一种免洗消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)向水中加入聚六亚甲基双胍、乙二胺四乙酸二钠搅拌均匀至固体完全溶解后得到第一混合物;
b)向乙醇中加入步骤a)得到的第一混合物搅拌均匀后得到第二混合物;
c)向步骤b)得到的第二混合物中依次加入植物提取物、保湿剂、护肤剂和赋脂剂,混合均匀后,即得免洗消毒液。
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的免洗消毒液中,在原材料的选取上,注重保湿护肤理念。本发明中添加天然的氨基酸保湿剂,它可降低产品对皮肤的刺激性、促进皮肤的修复、降低自由基的伤害,同时添加甘油、1,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇辅助保湿增效;本发明中加入烟酰胺护肤剂,烟酰胺具有深层锁水功能,能够协同保湿,同时它也可以修复受损的角质层脂质屏障,提高皮肤抵抗力;加入霍霍巴油护肤剂,可按摩及保护皮肤,避免水分流失,滋养深层呵护肌肤;添加抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯,起到皮肤抗氧化的作用;泛醇则可柔润肌肤,有效改善肌肤粗糙现象;本发明中加入赋脂剂,可在肌肤表面形成一层保护膜,在保护皮肤免受外界干扰的同时也将皮肤的水分锁住达到保湿的功效。酒精对皮肤有一定的刺激性,经常使用对使用者的皮肤带来负担,本品添加了多种保湿护肤成分,不但能够抵消酒精对手的伤害,还可以起到一定程度的保湿润肤功效。
(2)本发明的主要消毒成分为乙醇和双胍类消毒剂,醇类消毒剂可凝固蛋白质,从而导致微生物死亡,对病原微生物有很好的杀灭作用;而在乙醇中添加双胍类物质,这类化合物可以改变细菌细胞膜的通透性,将他们与乙醇复配能够提高其杀菌效果和杀菌速度,使各组分在充分发挥各自的作用的基础上,能够进一步协同增效,科学搭配,形成合力,弥补了单一组分的作用时杀菌谱窄、杀菌效率低的缺陷,达到一种协同杀菌的效果。
(3)本发明的免洗消毒液,采用多种植物提取物,牡丹根皮提取物、陈皮提取物和积雪草苷具有良好的抑菌抗菌能力,能够协同抗菌;玫瑰提取物、燕麦多肽提取物、山茶花提取物、芦荟提取物和银杏叶提取物则具有保湿护肤、镇静抗敏的功效,是天然安全的保湿护肤成分;另外,植物提取物还能增加免洗手消毒液的特殊芳香气味,气味清新自然,持久留香。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方案对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细的说明。

免洗消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)向水中加入聚六亚甲基双胍、乙二胺四乙酸二钠搅拌均匀至固体完全溶解后得到第一混合物;
b)向乙醇中加入步骤a)得到的第一混合物搅拌均匀后得到第二混合物;
c)向步骤b)得到的第二混合物中依次加入植物提取物、保湿剂、护肤剂和赋脂剂,混合均匀后,即得免洗消毒液。
1.感官指标
实施例1—7的免洗消毒液的感官指标均为:外观无分层,无悬浮物或沉淀,无明显机械杂质的均匀产品,无异味。
2.皮肤刺激性实验
样品:将实施例1—7制得的免洗手消毒液进行混合。
试验方法:选择6只皮肤完好的健康家兔,在试验前24h,用脱毛剂将家兔背部脊柱两侧的毛去掉,不得损伤皮肤,去毛范围,左、右各约3cm×3cm;次日将受试物(浓度一般为皮肤消毒应用液的5倍或原液0.5ml(g)涂在一侧皮肤上,另一侧涂溶剂作为对照,在涂抹后4h,用水或无刺激的适宜溶剂清洗,除去残留物。每天涂抹一次,连续涂抹14d。在每次涂抹后24h观察结果,按表2、表3评分。为了便于受试物的涂抹和结果观察,必要时应剪毛。对照区的处理方法同试验区。
按下列公式计算每天每只动物平均积分(刺激指数),并以表2判定皮肤刺激强度。

试验结果:该样品对家兔多次皮肤刺激试验每天每只动物积分均值为0.10,根据《消毒技术规范》皮肤刺激强度分级,属于无刺激性。
3.杀菌实验
试验分为试验组1~7,试验组1~7分别采用实施例1~7制备得到的免洗消毒液,选取金黄色葡萄球菌 (ATCC 6538)、大肠杆菌 (8099)、白色念球菌(ATCC 10231)作为实验菌种制备菌悬液进行定量杀菌实验。此过程按照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)的方法步骤进行,在此不再赘述。

4.稳定性实验
加速试验:将原包装样品置37~40℃恒温箱内3个月,保持相对湿度>75%,进行杀菌性能测试,经测试,实施例1~7样品对金黄色葡萄球菌 (ATCC 6538)、大肠杆菌 (8099)、白色念球菌(ATCC 10231)的杀灭对数值均大于5。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制,但凡采用等同替换或等效变换的形式所获得的技术方案,均应落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种免洗消毒液及其制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下重量百分含量的组分:乙醇60~80%、聚六亚甲基双胍0.05~0.1%、保湿剂1~5%、护肤剂1~5%、植物提取物5~10%、赋脂剂0.5~2%、pH调节剂0.01~0.5%、稳定剂0.5~2%,去离子水余量。
2.如权利要求1所述的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、1,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇和氨基酸保湿剂中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述护肤剂为烟酰胺、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、泛醇和霍霍巴油中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述植物提取物为玫瑰提取物、陈皮提取物、燕麦多肽提取物、山茶花提取物、芦荟提取物、牡丹根皮提取物、积雪草苷和银杏叶提取物中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述赋脂剂为脂肪酸甘油酯和乙基纤维素中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾混合物,调节pH值至6.0~7.5。
7.如权利要求1所述的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
8.一种如权利要求1~7任一项所述的免洗消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
向水中加入聚六亚甲基双胍、乙二胺四乙酸二钠搅拌均匀至固体完全溶解后得到第一混合物;
向乙醇中加入步骤a)得到的第一混合物搅拌均匀后得到第二混合物;
向步骤b)得到的第二混合物中依次加入植物提取物、保湿剂、护肤剂和赋脂剂,混合均匀后,即得免洗消毒液。
