Background
The automatic and high-efficiency production mode is a common ideal for all factories, and in industry 3.0, the main work is to change the machine station into an automatic machine, while in industry 4.0 nowadays, the big data is combined with the application of artificial intelligence (automatic acquisition of data such as production, quality, equipment state and energy consumption), and in industry 3.0 to industry 4.0, the following problems occur:
1. although existing equipment in a factory has automation capacity, many equipment does not have network communication capacity, and the equipment is relatively closed and cannot throw out information of the equipment.
2. When the control system connects with each production device, the production devices have various communication protocols, for example: modbus TCP, MC Protocol, OMRON PLC, MQTT, OPC and the like lack a unified format, and engineers who rely on relevant professions mostly build the same information and information items in a communication program development and verification mode, so that the work content is very complicated, and from development to complete verification, excessive time and labor cost are needed, and the intelligentization of a factory is hindered.
Therefore, how to promote the automation equipment to the intelligent factory is a topic that the related industries are demanding to improve.

Detailed Description
In order to solve the problem that the conventional automatic production line cannot find abnormality in real time, the inventor of the present invention has made many years of research and development to improve the scaling of the conventional automatic production line, and then introduces in detail how to use a real-time monitoring and managing method and system for an automatic production line to achieve the most efficient function requirement.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a block diagram of a real-time monitoring management system of an automatic production line according to the present invention. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a real-time monitoring and managing method of an automatic production line according to the present invention.
The real-time monitoring and managing method of the automatic production line provided by the invention is used for the real-time monitoring and managing system 100 of the automatic production line 180, in which at least the transmission equipment 140 and 160 are connected with a plurality of production equipment 130 and 150. The real-time monitoring and managing system 100 is provided with a host 110, wherein the host 110 is electrically connected to a plurality of transmission devices 140 and 160 and a plurality of production devices 130 and 150 of the automation line 180. The real-time monitoring and managing method of the automation line 180 of the present disclosure includes the following steps: the method comprises the steps of starting a real-time monitoring management system of an automatic production line (step S210), defining a code of a workpiece to be processed (step S220), processing the workpiece to be processed (step S230), collecting processing information and transmission information of the workpiece to be processed passing through a transmission device and production devices (step S240), establishing a time sequence waveform diagram of the workpiece to be processed passing through the transmission device and the production devices (step S250), comparing and analyzing the time sequence waveform diagram of the workpiece to be processed with a standard time sequence waveform diagram (step S260), judging whether the transmission device or the production device of the automatic production line is abnormal or not (step S270), and carrying out production line optimization adjustment according to a judgment result (step S280).
Further, the host 110 is provided with a logic unit 112, a timing module building unit 114, an analysis unit 116, and a database unit 118. The logic unit 112 gives each of the workpieces to be processed 120 a unique code, and the host 110 receives a notification, waiting, transmission, and reception Analog Signal (Analog Signal) transmitted from the plurality of production apparatuses 130, 150 to each other. The timing module building unit 114 builds a timing waveform of the workpiece 120 passing through the automatic production line 180 according to the time sequence. The analysis unit 116 compares and analyzes the timing waveform of the workpiece to be processed with a standard timing waveform stored in the database unit 118 to determine whether an abnormality occurs in the transport equipment 140, 160 or the plurality of production equipment 130, 150 of the automatic production line 180.
In detail, after the operator starts the real-time monitoring management system 100 of the automatic production line 180, the logic unit 112 of the host computer 110 defines the unique code of the workpiece 120 to be processed. Next, the whole automatic production line 180 starts to perform the processing procedure of the workpiece 120, and the host 110 collects the processing information and the transmission information of the workpiece 120 passing through the transmission devices 140 and 160 and the production devices 130 and 150 during the processing of the automatic production line 180, wherein the processing information and the transmission information include Analog signals (Analog signals) transmitted, waited, transmitted and received by the production devices 130 and 150.
