Background
Towel products are daily textiles with large quantity and wide range. The use frequency is high in daily life, and bacteria are easy to breed when the bathroom shower is often placed in an environment with high humidity, such as a bathroom. Meanwhile, the towel is one of necessities in daily life and is in direct contact with human skin in the use process, so that people have higher and higher requirements on hand feeling, skin comfort and safety of the towel. Therefore, people purposefully and selectively add some raw materials in the towel processing process, so that the existing towel has some special functions, such as sterilization and bacteriostasis, whitening and moisturizing skin, moisture absorption and ventilation and the like, and the requirements of people are met.
Wormwood, alias: xiaomao, Bingtai, Thalassia, Xiangai, Qi ai, ai Xiao, ai Hao, etc., are perennial herb with chrysanthemum leaf, dark green surface and grey back side with antler hair. The invention provides a wormwood skin-nourishing towel which has the characteristics of lasting antibiosis, good skin affinity and no toxic or side effect on a human body.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a wormwood skin care towel which comprises a wormwood extract modified textile material woven by wormwood modified fibers prepared from wormwood extracts and yarns blended by natural fibers.
Further, the content of the wormwood extract in the wormwood fiber composite textile material is 2-15 wt%, and preferably 10 wt%.
Further, the natural fiber may be selected from cotton, hemp, and the like.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the wormwood skin-nourishing towel, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of the modifier: adding the wormwood extract, AS powder, zeolite powder and chitosan into water, stirring and dissolving, adding starch tertiary amino alkyl ether after ultrasonic treatment, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution with the concentration of 20-25 wt%; then heating the mixed solution at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 1-2 hours to obtain a modifier; wherein the mass ratio of the wormwood extract, the AS powder, the zeolite powder, the chitosan and the starch tertiary amino alkyl ether is 10-20: 5-7: 1-2.5: 1.5-4.5: 2-5;
(2) preparing the wormwood modified fiber: uniformly mixing the pretreated silk fiber, the modifier, the coupling agent and the auxiliary agent in a reaction kettle, slowly heating to 80-85 ℃, preserving heat for 2-3 hours, washing with water, and drying to obtain wormwood modified fiber; wherein the mass ratio of the silk fiber, the modifier, the coupling agent and the auxiliary agent is 100: 7-10: 0.2-1: 0.5-1.5;
(3) preparing the wormwood skin-nourishing towel: blending the natural fiber and the wormwood modified fiber, and cutting and hemming after spinning.
Further, the mass ratio of the wormwood extract, the AS powder, the zeolite powder, the chitosan and the starch tertiary amino alkyl ether is 15:6:2:3: 3.5.
Further, the wormwood extract is prepared by the following method: crushing and shearing cleaned and dried wormwood plants into powder, placing the powder into a reaction kettle, adding an extraction solvent, extracting for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 55-75 ℃, filtering, purifying, and evaporating and concentrating to obtain the wormwood leaf extract.
Further, the mass ratio of the wormwood plant to the extraction solvent is 5-10: 100-200; preferably 5: 100.
Further, the extraction solvent is ethanol, water, butylene glycol, or the like, preferably ethanol.
Further, the purification can be carried out by a conventional method of adsorption, purification and elution using a macroporous adsorbent resin, which is commonly used in the art, and can be suitably diluted before the purification.
Furthermore, the temperature of concentration and evaporation is 65-105 ℃, and the time is 50-60 hours.
Further, the coupling agent is a silane coupling agent; such as A151 (vinyltriethoxysilane), A171 (vinyltrimethoxysilane), A172 (vinyltris (. beta. -methoxyethoxy) silane), etc.
Further, the auxiliary agent is tetrapropyl titanate or octadecyl isocyanate.
Further, the pretreatment process of the silk fiber comprises the following steps: soaking silk fibers in a treatment solution A containing 0.2-0.5 wt% of glutaraldehyde and 0.5-1.5 wt% of urea, treating for 30-45 minutes at room temperature, then placing in a phosphate buffer solution containing 1-2 wt% of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, treating for 10-15 minutes at room temperature, taking out, cleaning and drying.
Further, the mass ratio of the silk fiber, the modifier, the coupling agent and the auxiliary agent is 100:8:0.5: 1.
Further, the specific working parameters of the blending of the natural fiber and the wormwood modified fiber are as follows: the blending mass ratio of the natural fibers to the wormwood modified fibers is 70-85: 15-20; preferably 80: 20.
In the present invention, the raw materials and the operation steps used are not particularly limited, and any of the conventional production methods in the art and commercially available products can be used. The technological parameters such as carding process, drawing process, roving process, spinning process and the like involved in the blending process of the natural fibers and the wormwood modified fibers can adopt the conventional technical means in the field, such as referring to the specific technological parameters in CN 112981635A; as the AS powder in the present invention, commercially available products can be used AS they are.
In summary, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the wormwood skin-nourishing towel is safe to use, has no toxic or side effect on a human body, is rich in active substances such as eupatilin (the content is as high as 95.52 mu g/g), and has excellent antibacterial performance.
2. The wormwood skin care towel is prepared by cutting and hemming wormwood extract modified textile materials woven by wormwood modified fibers prepared from wormwood extracts and natural fiber blended yarns, and the wormwood extracts are added to improve the antibacterial performance of the wormwood skin care towel, so that the wormwood skin care towel has excellent antibacterial performance on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans, and according to GB/T20944.3-2008, part 3 of evaluation of antibacterial performance of textiles: the oscillation method tests the bacteriostasis rates of three strains of staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538), candida albicans (ATCC10231) and escherichia coli (ATCC25922), and the result shows that the towel is divided into 98.3%, 99.1% and 99.3% of staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans after being washed for 100 times; the added AS powder, zeolite powder, chitosan and wormwood extract are used for modifying the silk fiber, so that the antibacterial performance of the silk fiber is further improved, the modified silk fiber and natural fiber are blended, the modified silk fiber solves the problems of low softness and relatively poor skin comfort of the natural fiber, the natural fiber solves the problem of relatively poor mechanical strength of the silk fiber, and the wormwood skin-nourishing towel which is antibacterial, lasting, free of peculiar smell and free of toxic and side effects on a human body is prepared.

Example 1
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a wormwood skin-nourishing towel, which comprises the following steps:
(1) the wormwood extract is prepared by the following method: crushing and shearing cleaned and dried wormwood plants into powder, placing the powder into a reaction kettle, adding ethanol, extracting at the temperature of 70 ℃ for 1.5 hours, filtering, adsorbing, purifying, eluting and purifying by adopting macroporous adsorption resin, and evaporating at the temperature of 95 ℃ for 55 hours to obtain the wormwood extract; the mass ratio of the wormwood plant to the ethanol is 5: 100;
(2) the pretreatment process of the silk fiber comprises the following steps: soaking silk fibers in a treatment solution A containing 0.3 wt% of glutaraldehyde and 1 wt% of urea at room temperature for 30-45 minutes, then placing the silk fibers in a phosphate buffer solution containing 1-2 wt% of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, taking out the silk fibers, washing and drying the silk fibers;
(3) preparation of the modifier: adding the wormwood extract, AS powder, zeolite powder and chitosan into water, stirring and dissolving, adding starch tertiary amino alkyl ether after ultrasonic treatment, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution with the concentration of 23 wt%; then heating the mixed solution at 85 ℃ for 1.5 hours to obtain a modifier; wherein the mass ratio of the wormwood extract, the AS powder, the zeolite powder, the chitosan and the starch tertiary amino alkyl ether is 15:6:2:3: 3.5;
(4) preparing the wormwood modified fiber: uniformly mixing the pretreated silk fiber, the modifier, the vinyltriethoxysilane and the tetrapropyl titanate in a reaction kettle, slowly heating to 80 ℃, preserving heat for 2.5 hours, washing with water, and drying to obtain wormwood modified fiber; the mass ratio of the silk fiber, the modifier, the vinyltriethoxysilane to the tetrapropyl titanate is 100:8:0.5: 1;
(5) preparing the wormwood skin-nourishing towel: blending natural fiber (specifically cotton fiber) and folium Artemisiae Argyi modified fiber, spinning, cutting, and hemming; the blending mass ratio of the natural fiber to the wormwood modified fiber is 80: 20.
In this example, the raw materials and the operation steps used are not particularly limited, and any of the conventional production methods in the art and commercially available products can be used. The technological parameters such as carding process, drawing process, roving process, spinning process and the like involved in the blending process of the natural fibers and the wormwood modified fibers can adopt the conventional technical means in the field, such as referring to the specific technological parameters in CN 112981635A; for example, the main component of the AS powder in this example is a cationic pure marine biomass, and a commercially available product can be used AS it is.
The eupatorium adenophorum yellow skin-nourishing towel prepared in the example has the eupatorium adenophorum yellow content of 95.52 ug/g. According to GB/T20944.3-2008 < evaluation of antibacterial properties of textiles part 3: shaking method, the bacteriostatic ratio of Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538), Candida albicans (ATCC10231) and Escherichia coli (ATCC25922) was tested, and the towels prepared in this example were found to have 98.3%, 99.1% and 99.3% of the bacteriostatic ratio of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans, respectively, after 100 washes.
Example 2
The present example provides a preparation method of a wormwood skin-nourishing towel, which is different from example 1 only in that: the mass ratio of the natural fiber to the wormwood modified fiber is 85:15, and the mass ratio of the wormwood extract, the AS powder, the zeolite powder, the chitosan and the starch tertiary amino alkyl ether is 10: 6: 1: 1.5: 2, the rest steps and parameters are the same.
The eupatorium adenophorum yellow skin-nourishing towel prepared in the example has the eupatorium adenophorum yellow content of 92.25 ug/g. According to GB/T20944.3-2008 < evaluation of antibacterial properties of textiles part 3: shaking method, the bacteriostatic ratio of Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538), Candida albicans (ACTT10231) and Escherichia coli (ATCC25922) was tested, and the towel prepared in this example was found to have 98.1%, 98.9% and 99.1% gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and fungi, respectively, after 100 washes.
Example 3
The present example provides a preparation method of a wormwood skin-nourishing towel, which is different from example 1 only in that: the mass ratio of the natural fiber to the wormwood modified fiber is 70:15, the mass ratio of the silk fiber, the modifier, the coupling agent and the auxiliary agent is 100:10:0.5:1.2, and the rest steps and parameters are the same.
The eupatorium adenophorum yellow skin-nourishing towel prepared in the example has the eupatorium adenophorum yellow content of 91.94 ug/g. According to GB/T20944.3-2008 < evaluation of antibacterial properties of textiles part 3: shaking method, the bacteriostatic ratio of Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538), Candida albicans (ACTT10231) and Escherichia coli (ATCC25922) were tested, and the towels prepared in this example were found to have 97.9%, 98.6% and 98.7% gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and fungi, respectively, after 100 washes.
Comparative example 1
The present example provides a preparation method of a wormwood skin-nourishing towel, which is different from example 1 only in that: the content of AS powder in the preparation of the modifier is 0, and the other steps and parameters are the same.
The eupatorium adenophorum yellow skin-nourishing towel prepared in the example has the eupatorium adenophorum yellow content of 30.55 ug/g. According to GB/T20944.3-2008 < evaluation of antibacterial properties of textiles part 3: shaking method, the bacteriostatic ratio of Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538), Candida albicans (ACTT10231) and Escherichia coli (ATCC25922) was tested, and the towels prepared in this example were found to have 90.9%, 90.6% and 91.7% gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and fungi, respectively, after 100 washes.
Comparative example 2
The present example provides a preparation method of a wormwood skin-nourishing towel, which is different from example 1 only in that: the content of chitosan in the preparation of the modifier is 0, and the other steps and parameters are the same.
The eupatorium adenophorum yellow skin-nourishing towel prepared in the example has the eupatorium adenophorum yellow content of 31.85 ug/g. According to GB/T20944.3-2008 < evaluation of antibacterial properties of textiles part 3: shaking method, the bacteriostatic ratio of Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538), Candida albicans (ACTT10231) and Escherichia coli (ATCC25922) was tested, and the towels prepared in this example were found to have 90.1%, 89.9% and 90.1% gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and fungi, respectively, after 100 washes.
Comparative example 3
The present example provides a preparation method of a wormwood skin-nourishing towel, which is different from example 1 only in that: the blending mass ratio of the natural fiber to the wormwood modified fiber is 100:20, and the other steps and parameters are the same.
The eupatorium adenophorum yellow skin-nourishing towel prepared in the example has the eupatorium adenophorum yellow content of 33.25 ug/g. According to GB/T20944.3-2008 < evaluation of antibacterial properties of textiles part 3: shaking method, testing the bacteriostasis rate of staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538), candida albicans (ACTT10231) and escherichia coli (ATCC25922), and finding that the towel prepared in the example has 89.0%, 87.8% and 89.5% of gram positive bacteria, negative bacteria and fungi after 100 times of washing; and general softness, breathability and water absorbency.
