Description

Phosphate ester hydraulic oil cleaning composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of phosphate hydraulic oil, and particularly relates to a phosphate hydraulic oil cleaning composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the power industry, a large-capacity and high-parameter steam turbine set is more and more (particularly). The unit with the single machine capacity of more than 300MW (even the unit with the single machine capacity of more than 1000 MW) becomes the main unit of the power grid. The unit with subcritical and supercritical parameters is widely applied, the steam temperature of a steam turbine reaches over 500 ℃, even over 565 ℃, and the working pressure of a hydraulic regulating fluid, which is a working medium of a servomotor of a steam turbine speed regulating system, is up to 10-16 Mpa. Under the above operating conditions, if the conditioning fluid leaks and comes into contact with the high temperature steam line, there is a fire risk. The self-ignition point is a key index of the safety of the hydraulic regulating liquid (power plant fire-resistant oil) of the speed regulating system.
The common wear-resistant hydraulic oil has a flash point of only about 230 ℃, the fatty acid ester type flame-retardant hydraulic oil has a self-ignition point of about 450 ℃, the phosphate type flame-retardant hydraulic oil has a self-ignition point of about 550 ℃, and the phosphate type flame-retardant hydraulic oil has flame self-extinguishing property due to the unique molecular structure, is suitable for a high-temperature hydraulic system with nearby open fire, is suitable for a high-pressure system with a temperature range of-20-150 ℃ and a pressure of less than 40MPa, and can be widely used for a turbine unit speed regulation system in the power industry.
The phosphate hydraulic oil has the characteristics of neurotoxicity, biotoxicity and environmental destruction due to the unique flame resistance and the structural characteristics, ensures the long service life of the phosphate hydraulic oil, and is a focus of attention in the industry. And because of the unique structure of the phosphate, the phosphate is cleaned by adopting common mineral oil, cannot be dissolved and is turbid, and the phosphate is layered after standing. Therefore, when changing oil, need carry out effectual washing to the system with phosphate type scavenging oil when changing oil to guarantee the pureness nature of system, and then ensure the operating life of hydraulic oil.
