Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of nursing equipment, in particular to a seat convenient to open and close.
Background
For the elderly or patients with impaired mobility, especially those with impaired mobility of the lower limbs, such as those with weak lower limbs or those with just completed surgery, only one person can lean on the bed each day, perhaps sitting up on the bed with the aid of handrails or the like, but the movement of the elderly or patients with impaired mobility of the lower limbs (hereinafter referred to as users) is usually accomplished with the aid of a movable sitting tool, such as a wheelchair.
Wheelchairs are the most commonly used type of seating that helps people with impaired lower limb mobility move. When using a conventional wheelchair, a user generally needs to assist another person in sitting on the wheelchair, and then rotate the wheels of the wheelchair by himself or push the wheelchair by another person to move the wheelchair. However, it is very troublesome for a person with weak lower limbs to sit on the wheelchair by himself.
In this regard, there is a seat in the prior art in which an opening direction of a seat is directed rearward, and the seat is detachable or expandable to both sides, and a support plate is provided in front of the seat. When the wheelchair is used, the self-service wheelchair is pushed backwards to the edge of other seats (such as a bed, a chair, a toilet and the like) where a user is located, the user supports the hands on the supporting plate to assist force, slightly lifts the buttocks, then installs or gathers the seat below the buttocks, and the user can sit on the wheelchair seat after sitting down. Because the supporting plate can be utilized to borrow force, the main force of a user is concentrated on the upper limbs in the process of sitting on the wheelchair, the lower limbs only need to exert small force, and the user does not need to turn around, so that the convenience and the safety of the wheelchair are greatly improved.
The inventor believes that seating furniture in the prior art has poor self-service performance and requires the assistance of others in installing or collapsing the seat. And because the height of the wheelchair seat needs to be adapted to the height change of other seats, the height cannot be adjusted in the use process, so that the wheelchair seat is inconvenient for a user to move between the seats with the changed heights, and the wheelchair seat needs to be improved.

As shown in fig. 6, since the structure, the installation manner, and the connection relationship of any one set of transmission mechanisms 4 are the same, a set of transmission mechanisms 4 will be described as an example.
The transmission mechanism 4 comprises a first cylindrical cam 41 and a first transmission shaft lever 42, wherein the first cylindrical cam 41 is coaxially embedded in the mounting sleeve 13 and is tightly matched with the mounting sleeve, the first transmission shaft lever 42 is coaxially embedded in the first cylindrical cam 41 and is in rotary sliding fit with the first cylindrical cam, and the upper end and the lower end of the first transmission shaft lever 42 are fixedly mounted and connected with the seat armrest 31. Thereby effecting a horizontal rotation of the seat armrest 31 about the center of the first drive shaft 42.
Further, a curved groove 411 is formed in the cylindrical surface on the circumferential side of the first cylindrical cam 41, and the curved groove 411 surrounds the central axis of the first cylindrical cam 41. The peripheral side wall of the first transmission shaft lever 42 is provided with a moving roller 421, and the moving roller 421 is embedded in the curved groove 411 and is in rolling fit with the curved groove 411. When the seat armrest 31 rotates horizontally, the seat armrest 31 also moves up and down in the vertical direction while rotating due to the cooperation of the moving rollers 421 and the curved grooves 411. Thus, the seat cushion 32 rotates and swings between the open position and the closed position in the horizontal direction with the axis of the first transmission shaft rod 42 as the rotation center and moves up and down synchronously, thereby improving the convenience of using the seat.

By the engagement of the screw 621 with the screw thread of the screw sleeve 61, the seat armrest 31 is rotated while also performing a vertical lifting movement. Thereby making the seat cushion 32 swing and move up and down synchronously between the open position and the closed position in the horizontal direction with the axis of the second transmission shaft lever 62 as the rotation center, improving the convenience of the seat use.
Variation 2
As shown in fig. 8, the transmission mechanism 4 includes a first rotary tube shaft 71, the first rotary tube shaft 71 is coaxially embedded in the mounting sleeve 13, and the first rotary tube shaft 71 is in a rotationally sliding fit with the inner wall of the mounting sleeve 13. The lower end of the air spring rod 83 is integrally formed with a head 831, the head 831 includes a head plane 8311 and a head spherical surface 8312, and the head plane 8311 is located at a side of the head 831 close to the air spring cylinder 82, and the head spherical surface 8312 is located at a side of the head 831 far from the air spring cylinder 82. The pull-blocking screw 84 is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the mounting sleeve 13, and the pull-blocking screw 84 is located above the rod head 831.
When the air spring cylinder 82 and the air spring rod 83 rotate along with the second rotating tube shaft 81 and move up and down, and rotate and lift or press the seat armrest 31 up and down, the second rotating tube shaft 81 rotates in the mounting sleeve 13, the pull-resistant screw 84 limits the rod head plane 8311 to move up and down, and the rod head spherical surface 8312 contacts the bottom surface of the mounting sleeve 13, so that the air spring rod 83 can rotate along with the air spring cylinder 82 and can stretch and retract in the air spring cylinder 82, balance of the overall weight of the seat mechanism 3 is achieved, and convenience in lifting the seat armrest 31 is improved.
Further, the transmission mechanism 4 further includes a second limiting block 85, the second limiting block 85 is fixedly installed on the seat armrest 31, and the second limiting block 85 is located right below the installation sleeve 13. When the second rotating tube shaft 81 is lifted up by a certain distance, the second stopper 85 abuts against the mounting sleeve 13, so that the second rotating tube shaft 81 is prevented from being pulled out of the mounting sleeve 13 when the seat armrest 31 is lifted up.
By means of the cooperation of the second rotating tube shaft 81 and the mounting sleeve 13, the seat armrest 31 is enabled to rotate and open and close along the horizontal direction, and the seat armrest 31 can independently perform up-and-down movement, so that the convenience of using the seat is improved; and by means of the cooperation of the air spring cylinder 82 and the air spring rod 83, the convenience of lifting the seat armrest 31 is improved.
Principle of operation
In operation, a worker rotates the switch handle 51 around the handle rotation shaft 313 or releases the switch handle 51, rotates the two seat handrails 31, drives the lock tongue 52 to be separated from or inserted into the notch of the lock catch 131 through the switch assembly 5, and realizes the movement and locking of the seat mechanism 3; the two seat armrests 31 are manually controlled to be opened and closed by a worker, the left side and the right side of the seat mechanism 3 are respectively opened and closed in a rotating way along the horizontal direction through the transmission mechanism 4, and the seat mechanism 3 can also vertically move up and down on the seat frame 1, so that the seat mechanism 3 can be switched between a low position and a high position, the occurrence of the inconvenience of the opening and closing of the seat caused by the difference in height between other seats is reduced, and the convenience and self-service performance of the use of the seat are improved.
