Abstract
The invention provides cold-processed pet nutrition supplement particles and a preparation method thereof, wherein the cold-processed pet nutrition supplement particles comprise the following components in parts by weight: 200 parts of deep sea white fish meal, 200 parts of chicken meal, 60 parts of hydrolyzed chicken liver powder, 80 parts of polypeptide chicken meal, 20 parts of milk powder, 170 parts of potato powder, 80 parts of flour, 70 parts of wheat germ powder, 10 parts of sodium dehydroacetate, 80 parts of sucrose ester, 50 parts of soybean phospholipid, 10 parts of egg yolk phospholipid, 20 parts of fish oil, 10 parts of sodium lactate, 20 parts of sodium chloride, 20 parts of sugar, 30 parts of linseed powder, 10 parts of inositol, 40 parts of plantain seed powder, 10 parts of choline chloride, 5 parts of taurine, 12 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, compound vitamins and trace elements, and the feed is prepared by adopting a low-temperature cooling process. The product of the invention contains all-round factors for pet growth, has complete and balanced nutrition, is beneficial to gastrointestinal tract digestion and absorption of pets, and simultaneously provides hair growth factors, and has the functions of moistening skin and beautifying hair; the preparation process completely protects the nutrient substances in the raw materials and avoids side effects in the high-temperature processing process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet feed manufacturing, in particular to cold-processed pet nutrition supplement particles and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the increasing urbanization progress of China, urban residents for raising pets are increased increasingly, the pet raising quantity is increased increasingly, and therefore the demand for pet feed is increased day by day. The current dog food and cat food for pet dogs and pet cats has many types, such as puffed food, synthetic extruded food and the like, but has more or less defects. In addition to the need for animal growth to meet the basic elements of growth, development and activity, the scientific supply of protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamins and trace elements is still needed to ensure that pets can grow healthily. Accordingly, there is a need for improvements in the prior art that overcome the deficiencies of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide cold-processed pet nutrition supplement particles and a preparation method thereof, provides a more optimal product formula and processing process program steps aiming at the physiological characteristics of digestion and absorption and nutrition supply requirements of pets, and has the characteristics of comprehensive, complete and balanced growth factors, improvement of a digestion and absorption system, skin moistening, hair beautifying and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a cold-processed pet nutrition supplement particle comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200 parts of deep sea white fish meal, 200 parts of chicken meal, 60 parts of hydrolyzed chicken liver powder, 80 parts of polypeptide chicken meal, 20 parts of milk powder, 170 parts of potato powder, 80 parts of flour, 70 parts of wheat germ powder, 10 parts of sodium dehydroacetate, 80 parts of sucrose ester, 50 parts of soybean phospholipid, 10 parts of egg yolk phospholipid, 20 parts of fish oil, 10 parts of sodium lactate, 20 parts of sodium chloride, 20 parts of sugar, 30 parts of linseed powder, 10 parts of inositol, 40 parts of plantain seed powder, 10 parts of choline chloride, 5 parts of taurine, 12 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, compound vitamins and trace elements.
According to the scheme, each kilogram of cold-processed pet nutritional supplement granules comprise the following components of compound vitamins and the content of the components: vitamin A43500IU, vitamin E50 IU, vitamin B11.5 mg, vitamin B624 mg, vitamin B515 mg, vitamin D39000 IU, vitamin K6 mg, vitamin B26 mg, vitamin B120.015mg, folic acid 0.9mg and sodium chloride 900 mg.
According to the scheme, each kilogram of cold-processed pet nutritional supplement particles comprise the following trace elements in percentage by weight: 2mg of copper, 8mg of iron, 4.4mg of zinc, 4.4mg of manganese and 3mg of sodium selenite.
A method for preparing cold-processed pet nutritional supplement particles, comprising the steps of:
1) preparing powder:
fully mixing deep sea white fish meal, chicken meal, hydrolyzed chicken liver meal, potato meal, flour, sodium dehydroacetate, plantain seed meal, linseed meal and wheat germ meal according to a proportion, adding purified water accounting for 35 wt% of the raw materials, curing and drying by using a microwave curing dryer to obtain a fully cured and dried main raw material, and processing into 200-mesh ultra-fine powder by using an ultra-fine powder pulverizer;
secondly, mixing milk powder, calcium hydrophosphate, choline chloride, polypeptide chicken powder, taurine, inositol, compound vitamin and trace elements by V-shaped mixing, and crushing the mixture into 200-mesh micro powder by a micro-pulverizer after the mixing is finished;
2) preparing an emulsion:
mixing sodium lactate, sodium chloride and sugar with warm boiled water at 80 ℃, and stirring to prepare electrolyte;
heating and stirring the soybean phospholipid, the yolk phospholipid and the fish oil to form grease emulsion;
thirdly, stirring and mixing sucrose ester and the prepared electrolyte into water emulsion;
mixing the water emulsion and the grease emulsion to form a two-phase mixed emulsion;
3) premixing the ultra-micro powder and micro powder in the step 1) and the two-phase mixed emulsion in the step 2) to obtain colloidal emulsion;
4) putting the colloidal emulsion into a mixing roll for mixing to obtain a granulating raw material;
5) putting the granulating raw materials into a spiral granulator for granulation;
6) and (4) removing water from the prepared rice cakes through a drying machine for low-temperature baking, and obtaining a finished product after the rice cakes are qualified through inspection.
According to the above scheme, the temperature at the time of the low-temperature baking is 60 ℃.
The white fish meal, the chicken powder, the hydrolyzed chicken liver powder, the polypeptide chicken powder and the milk powder are sources of protein and partial carbohydrate; potato flour, wheat germ flour and sodium dehydroacetate are used as carbohydrate sources; sucrose ester, soybean phospholipid, yolk phospholipid and fish oil are used as sources of emulsifying adhesive fat; sodium lactate is used as an electrolyte blender, and sodium chloride and sugar are used as electrolytes; the linseed powder is a fat regulator for relaxing bowels by relaxing qi, and the inositol is a hair growth factor; the plantain seed powder can clear damp toxin of intestines, kidneys and bladder, and can moisten intestines, promote urination and relax bowels; choline chloride is a nutritional and fat regulating agent, and can stimulate appetite and enhance amino acid absorption; taurine is a feline optic nerve modulator; calcium hydrogen phosphate supplements phosphorus and calcium in the blending scheme; the compound vitamins and microelements supplement various vitamins and microelements required by pets.
The lack of amylase in dogs and cats inherently results in poor enzymatic hydrolysis of starch, particularly the ability of five-grain starch to be enzymatically decomposed into its desired peptide molecules, proteins and sugars, after ingestion. The invention takes animal protein raw materials as main materials, reasonably allocates the raw materials according to the ML content of the NI content, and scientifically allocates the ingredients, the proportion and the quality according to the DRIS index of animals and the recommended amount of AAFCO pet nutrients in the national feed additive safe use standard.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the invention combines the growth requirement of pets, is good for supplying special growth factors, has the health requirements of digestion and absorption, contains all factors of pet growth, has complete and balanced nutrition, is beneficial to the digestion and absorption of gastrointestinal tracts of pets, and simultaneously provides hair growth factors which can play the roles of moistening skin and beautifying hair;
2) the invention adopts a low-temperature cooling process to completely protect nutrient substances in the raw materials; coking reaction in the high-temperature processing process is avoided, and the generation of saturated fatty acid in the denaturation of indole, benzopyrene and grease is reduced; the time for absorbing water is shortened, and the water is easy to disperse and digest; the palatability and the mouth tolerance of the pet can be adjusted from inside to outside without spraying a phagostimulant.

The technical solution of the present invention will be described with reference to the following examples.
Example 1:
the invention provides cold-processed pet nutrition supplement particles, which comprise the following components in parts by mass: 200g of deep sea white fish meal, 200g of chicken powder, 60g of hydrolyzed chicken liver powder, 80g of polypeptide chicken powder, 20g of milk powder, 170g of potato powder, 80g of flour, 70g of wheat germ powder, 10g of sodium dehydroacetate, 80g of sucrose ester, 50g of soybean phospholipid, 10g of yolk phospholipid, 20g of fish oil, 10g of sodium lactate, 20g of sodium chloride, 20g of sugar, 30g of linseed powder, 10g of inositol, 40g of plantain seed powder, 10g of choline chloride, 5g of taurine, 12g of calcium hydrogen phosphate, compound vitamins and trace elements.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the cold-processed pet nutrition supplement particles, which comprises the following steps:
1) preparing powder:
fully mixing deep sea white fish meal, chicken meal, hydrolyzed chicken liver meal, potato meal, flour, sodium dehydroacetate, plantain seed meal, linseed meal and wheat germ meal according to a proportion, adding purified water accounting for 35 wt% of the raw materials, curing and drying by using a microwave curing dryer to obtain a fully cured and dried main raw material, and processing into 200-mesh ultra-fine powder by using an ultra-fine powder pulverizer;
secondly, mixing milk powder, calcium hydrophosphate, choline chloride, polypeptide chicken powder, taurine, inositol, compound vitamin and trace elements by V-shaped mixing, and crushing the mixture into 200-mesh micro powder by a micro-pulverizer after the mixing is finished;

5) putting the granulating raw materials into a spiral granulator for granulation;
6) and (4) removing water from the prepared rice cakes in a drying machine for low-temperature baking at 60 ℃, and checking that the water and the microbial index are qualified to obtain the finished product.
Because of the natural lack of amylase in pet cats and dogs, the cellulase carries out enzymolysis and conversion on plant starch, particularly raw starch, and directly causes stress reaction of the gastrointestinal tract of the pet.
The excess temperature can directly damage and reduce vitamins contained in the food, particularly B group, vitamin C and the like, so the temperature of each step is strictly controlled in the processing process to ensure that the provided nutrient substances are effective and complete.

A cold-processed pet nutrition supplement particle is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 200 parts of deep sea white fish meal, 200 parts of chicken meal, 60 parts of hydrolyzed chicken liver powder, 80 parts of polypeptide chicken meal, 20 parts of milk powder, 170 parts of potato powder, 80 parts of flour, 70 parts of wheat germ powder, 10 parts of sodium dehydroacetate, 80 parts of sucrose ester, 50 parts of soybean phospholipid, 10 parts of egg yolk phospholipid, 20 parts of fish oil, 10 parts of sodium lactate, 20 parts of sodium chloride, 20 parts of sugar, 30 parts of linseed powder, 10 parts of inositol, 40 parts of plantain seed powder, 10 parts of choline chloride, 5 parts of taurine, 12 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, compound vitamins and trace elements.

Cold worked pet nutritional supplement particle according to claim 1 comprising the following vitamin complex components and amounts thereof per kilogram of cold worked pet nutritional supplement particle: vitamin A43500IU, vitamin E50 IU, vitamin B11.5 mg, vitamin B624 mg, vitamin B515 mg, vitamin D39000 IU, vitamin K6 mg, vitamin B26 mg, vitamin B120.015mg, folic acid 0.9mg and sodium chloride 900 mg.
3. Cold worked pet nutritional supplement particle and method of making same according to claim 1 comprising the following trace elements per kilogram of cold worked pet nutritional supplement particle: 2mg of copper, 8mg of iron, 4.4mg of zinc, 4.4mg of manganese and 3mg of sodium selenite.
4. A method of making cold worked pet nutritional supplement particles according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) preparing powder:
fully mixing deep sea white fish meal, chicken meal, hydrolyzed chicken liver meal, potato meal, flour, sodium dehydroacetate, plantain seed meal, linseed meal and wheat germ meal according to a proportion, adding purified water accounting for 35 wt% of the raw materials, curing and drying by using a microwave curing dryer to obtain a fully cured and dried main raw material, and processing into 200-mesh ultra-fine powder by using an ultra-fine powder pulverizer;
secondly, mixing milk powder, calcium hydrophosphate, choline chloride, polypeptide chicken powder, taurine, inositol, compound vitamin and trace elements by V-shaped mixing, and crushing the mixture into 200-mesh micro powder by a micro-pulverizer after the mixing is finished;
2) preparing an emulsion:
mixing sodium lactate, sodium chloride and sugar with warm boiled water at 80 ℃, and stirring to prepare electrolyte;
heating and stirring the soybean phospholipid, the yolk phospholipid and the fish oil to form grease emulsion;
thirdly, stirring and mixing sucrose ester and the prepared electrolyte into water emulsion;
mixing the water emulsion and the grease emulsion to form a two-phase mixed emulsion;
3) premixing the ultra-micro powder and micro powder in the step 1) and the two-phase mixed emulsion in the step 2) to obtain colloidal emulsion;
4) putting the colloidal emulsion into a mixing roll for mixing to obtain a granulating raw material;
5) putting the granulating raw materials into a spiral granulator for granulation;
6) and (4) removing water from the prepared rice cakes through a drying machine for low-temperature baking, and obtaining a finished product after the rice cakes are qualified through inspection.
5. A method of making cold worked pet nutritional supplement particle according to claim 4, wherein the temperature at which it is baked at low temperature is 60 ℃.
