Detailed Description
To further illustrate the technical content of the present invention, preferred embodiments are specifically illustrated as follows.
Fig. 1A is an appearance schematic diagram of the ergonomic keyboard of the present invention, and fig. 1B is a side view of the ergonomic keyboard of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the ergonomic keyboard 1 includes a first button area 11, a second button area 12, an adjustment module 20, a first pad 31 and a second pad 32. The first key area 11 and the second key area 12 are provided with a plurality of physical keys, the present invention does not limit the number of keys in the first key area 11 and the second key area 12, nor limit the number of keys in the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 to be the same. The adjusting module 20 is disposed between the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 to pivotally connect the first key area 11 and the second key area 12, and the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 can rotate with each other to adjust an included angle θ 1 (as shown in fig. 5B), and also adjust an inclination angle θ 2 of the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 (as shown in fig. 6B). Before adjustment, the ergonomic keyboard 1 is placed on a plane 2, and the ergonomic keyboard 1 is supported on the plane 2 by at least the first side 111 of the outermost side of the first key area 11, the second side 121 of the outermost side of the second key area 12, and the supporting base 25 of the adjustment module 20, wherein the first side 111 and the second side 121 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the ergonomic keyboard 1. The first cushion 31 is fixedly connected to the first key region 11, and the second cushion 32 is fixedly connected to the second key region 12. The user can support the wrist by the first pad 31 and the second pad 32 when using the ergonomic keyboard 1.
Fig. 2 is an external view of an adjusting module of the ergonomic keyboard of the present invention, and fig. 3 is an exploded view of the adjusting module of the ergonomic keyboard of the present invention.
The adjusting module 20 has components, which may be a rotating knob 21, an adjusting screw 22, a first bearing 23, a second bearing 24 and a supporting base 25 in sequence from top to bottom. The rotating button 21 is fixedly connected to the adjusting screw 22, and the adjusting screw 22 is screwed with the internal thread 251 of the supporting base 25 to adjust the height of the adjusting module 20, so as to change the inclination angle θ 2 of the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 (as shown in fig. 6B). The support base 25 may also be provided with a gasket 252 for cushioning and anti-slip purposes. The first bearing 23 and the second bearing 24 are pivotally connected to each other for allowing the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 to rotate with each other, so as to adjust an included angle between the first key area 11 and the second key area 12. The supporting base 25 and the adjusting screw 22 are disposed through the central hole 51 of the first bearing 23 and the second bearing 24, so that the first bearing 23 and the second bearing 24 do not affect the supporting base 25 and the adjusting screw 22 when rotating mutually, so that the angle θ 1 and the angle θ 2 can be adjusted together.
Please refer to fig. 4A to 5B again for detailed operation of the adjustment module 20, wherein fig. 4A to 4B are schematic continuous operation diagrams of the ergonomic keyboard of the present invention when adjusting the included angle, and fig. 5A to 5B are schematic operation diagrams of the adjustment module of the ergonomic keyboard of the present invention when adjusting the included angle.
The first bearing 23 is pivotally connected to the first button region 11 through a first connecting shaft 231, and the second bearing 24 is pivotally connected to the second button region 12 through a second connecting shaft 241. The first connection shaft 231 and the second connection shaft 241 may be long-strip-shaped structures and are disposed in the first key region 11 and the second key region 12. The first bearing 23 and the second bearing 24 are pivotally connected to each other by the adjusting screw 22, and thus can rotate relative to each other. When the first bearing 23 and the second bearing 24 rotate with each other, the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 can rotate together to adjust an included angle θ 1 between the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 (see fig. 5B). The first bearing 23 may have a limiting member 41, the second bearing 24 has a limiting hole 42, and after the first bearing 23 and the second bearing 24 are assembled, the limiting member 41 and the limiting hole 42 are matched with each other, so that when the first bearing 23 and the second bearing 24 rotate with each other, the limiting member 41 only moves in the limiting hole 42. In this way, the rotation range of the first bearing 23 and the second bearing 24 is limited. The adjusting module 20 may further have a fixing base 26 disposed below the second bearing 24, the limiting member 41 further includes a screw hole 411, the fixing base 26 also has a corresponding screw hole 261, and the limiting member 41 may be locked to the fixing base 26 by a screw or other fixing member after passing through the limiting hole 42, that is, the fixing base 26 may be fixed to the first bearing 23 to rotate together with the first bearing 23. The fixing seat 26 can prevent the first bearing 23 and the second bearing 24 from being easily separated, and can also block the structure of the first bearing 23 and the second bearing 24 that are partially exposed to enhance the appearance.
In this way, the user can easily rotate the first key area 11 and the second key area 12, for example, change the shape from fig. 4A to the shape shown in fig. 4B, so as to change the included angle θ 1 between the first key area 11 and the second key area 12. The adjustment range of the included angle θ 1 between the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 can be from 0 degree to 22 degrees, but the invention is not limited to this angle. On the other hand, the first soft pad 31 and the second soft pad 32 can be connected to each other through a connecting element 33, and a part of the structure of the connecting element 33 can be disposed inside the first soft pad 31 or the second soft pad 32, so that when the included angle θ 1 between the first key region 11 and the second key region 12 is changed, the length of the connecting element 33 can be changed in coordination with the rotation of the first key region 11 and the second key region 12, and the stability of the angle change is improved.
Referring to fig. 6A to 7B, fig. 6A to 6B are schematic diagrams illustrating a continuous operation of the ergonomic keyboard for height adjustment, and fig. 7A to 7B are schematic diagrams illustrating an operation module of the ergonomic keyboard for height adjustment.
The rotary knob 21 of the present invention is fixedly connected to the adjusting screw 22 so that both can be rotated together. The support base 25 is supported on the plane 2. The supporting base 25 has an internal thread 251, and the internal thread 251 is screwed with the adjusting screw 22 and passes through the central holes 51 of the first bearing 23 and the second bearing 24. When the rotation knob 21 is rotated, the adjustment screw 22 and the internal thread 251 of the supporting base 25 are rotated to advance or retreat, so as to adjust the inclination angle θ 2 between the first key area 11 and the plane 2 and the second key area 12. When the inclination angle θ 2 is adjusted, the first side 111 of the first key area 11, the second side 121 of the second key area 12 and the supporting base 25 of the adjusting module 20 are still supported on the plane 2, and no corner of the first key area 11 or the second key area 12 is supported on the plane 2, so the ergonomic keyboard 1 of the present invention will not topple over.
It should be noted that the ergonomic keyboard 1 further includes a first latch 61 and a second latch 62. The first pin 61 is disposed on the first bearing 23 and interferes with the first connecting shaft 231, and the second pin 62 is disposed on the second bearing 24 and interferes with the second connecting shaft 241. Therefore, the first pin 61 and the second pin 62 can limit the rotation range of the first connecting shaft 231 and the second connecting shaft 241, that is, the inclination range of the first key area 11 and the second key area 12. Therefore, when the ergonomic keyboard 1 is lifted, the first button region 11 and the second button region 12 will not easily hang down.
In this way, the user can easily change the inclination angle θ 2 between the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 and the plane 2 by rotating the rotation knob 21, for example, from the shape shown in fig. 6A to the shape shown in fig. 6B. The adjustment range of the inclination angle θ 2 between the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 and the plane 2 may be between 0 degree and 4 degrees, but the invention is not limited to the angle. In addition, the ergonomic keyboard 1 of the present invention can adjust the tilt angle θ 2 between the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 and the plane 2 and the angle θ 1 between the first key area 11 and the second key area 12 together without affecting each other.
It should be noted that the present embodiment only illustrates the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and all possible combinations of the variations are not described in detail for avoiding redundancy. However, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above modules or elements are not necessarily all necessary. And that other, more detailed, existing modules or elements may be included to practice the invention. Each module or component may be omitted or modified as desired, and no other module or component may necessarily exist between any two modules.
Therefore, the ergonomic keyboard 1 of the present invention can conveniently adjust the included angle θ 1 and the inclination angle θ 2 according to the user's requirement, so as to protect the user.
It should be noted that the above embodiments only illustrate the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and all possible combinations of the variations are not described in detail for avoiding redundancy. However, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above modules or elements are not necessarily all necessary.
