Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesive removing agents, in particular to an aqueous adhesive removing agent applied to OCA optical adhesive on a mobile phone cover plate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
OCA optical adhesive is one of the important touch screen raw materials, and is a double-sided adhesive tape without a matrix material, wherein optical acrylic adhesive is made into a base material-free material, and then a release film is respectively attached to the upper and lower bottom layers. It is the best adhesive for touch screen. Its advantages are high clarity, high light transmittance (99% of full light transmittance), high adhesion, weather resistance, water resistance, high temp resistance, ultraviolet resistance, and controlled thickness, and uniform spacing. However, in the pressing process of the mobile phone cover plate, a plurality of defective products needing to be reworked often appear, thicker OCA glue is adhered on the workpieces, the reworked products can be reworked only after the glue is removed, and black oil for decoration is arranged on the cover plate besides the OCA glue, so that the OCA glue is required to be removed, the black oil cannot be corroded, and if the glue removing agent is not properly selected, the black oil is easy to fall off.
The Chinese invention application with the application number of CN201910154357.8 discloses a water-based adhesive remover safe to a coating, which comprises the following components: 1% -5% of pH regulator; 0.5 to 2 percent of corrosion inhibitor; 1% -5% of accelerator; 25% -40% of swelling agent; 25% -40% of penetrating agent; 10-15% of solubilizer; 5% -10% of emulsifying agent; 10 to 40 percent of water. The invention has weak glue removing capability, the selected ethyl acetate and phenol have strong corrosiveness to black oil, and the adoption of APG, JFC and other emulsifying agent foams is very large, so that residues are easy to cause, thereby influencing the later-stage process and being not suitable for removing OCA glue.
The Chinese patent application No. CN201711026850.9 discloses a water-based adhesive remover which comprises strong alkali, a main solvent, a volatile inhibitor, a cosolvent, a corrosion inhibitor, a penetrating agent, a thickening agent, a surfactant and water. The scheme of the invention contains strong alkali, has strong corrosiveness to black oil, can also cause scratch of the glass cover plate, and is not suitable for an OCA (optical clear adhesive) glue removing process of the mobile phone cover plate.
Therefore, to solve the above problems, it is necessary to provide an aqueous photoresist remover which can effectively remove OCA optical photoresist, has low corrosion, and does not damage black oil on the cover plate.

Detailed Description
The embodiments described below are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a water-based adhesive remover for OCA optical adhesive on a mobile phone cover plate, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-25% of methyl salicylate, 35-55% of solubilizer, 0.2-0.8% of penetrating agent, 3-5% of softener, 1.5-3% of taste masking agent, 0.2-1.5% of PH value regulator and 10-40% of water.
The methyl salicylate has a molecular structure containing benzene rings, phenolic hydroxyl groups and ester groups, and the OCA glue is generally thermoplastic glue of a resin crosslinking system, so that the methyl salicylate has a good swelling effect on the methyl salicylate, and can be effectively swelled, so that the intermolecular distance in the OCA glue is increased, the intermolecular acting force is reduced, the viscosity is lost, and the purpose of removing the glue is achieved.
The solubilizer is one or more of ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, ethylene glycol diethyl ether and diethylene glycol diethyl ether. The solubilizer can uniformly disperse methyl salicylate in water.
The penetrating agent is one or more of basf low-foam surfactants LF401, LF403, LF305, LS45 and LS 54. LF305 is preferred. The lipophilic group in the penetrant molecule can wrap methyl salicylate, the hydrophilic group has strong polarity, and the penetrant molecule can quickly permeate into the OCA adhesive under the synergistic effect with the solubilizer, so that the methyl salicylate can quickly play a role.
The softening agent is one or more of triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine, N, N-dimethylacetamide and N-ethylpyrrolidone. The softener can effectively reduce the toughness of the OCA glue, so that the swollen OCA glue can be easily shoveled.
The PH value regulator is one or more of citric acid, tartaric acid, oxalic acid, malic acid and gluconic acid. The pH regulator is used for regulating the pH value of the system, so that the photoresist remover is maintained in a neutral state, and black oil on glass is not damaged during photoresist removal.
The odor masking agent is liquid paraffin and is used for preventing partial volatilization of a part of the adhesive removing agent and ensuring the stability of the environment and performance of the adhesive removing agent system.
The preparation method of the aqueous adhesive remover for OCA optical adhesive on the mobile phone cover plate comprises the following steps:
step one, uniformly mixing the solubilizer in the formula amount with the methyl salicylate in the formula amount for three times to obtain a component A;
step two, adding the PH regulator, the softener and the penetrating agent into water according to the proportion, stirring and dissolving to obtain a component B;
step three, slowly adding the component A into the component B at the rotating speed of 150-350r/min, reducing the rotating speed to 100r/min after the addition, continuously stirring for 30min, and adding liquid paraffin according to the proportion after standing.
