选取摩尔比为2~4:1的聚苯基甲基硅氧烷(粘度为20~30mpa.s)和环氧值0.2~0.5eq/100g的含砜环氧树脂,加热缩聚得到改性环氧树脂,另按重量比为0.5~2:1的比例投入脂肪族环氧(3,4-环氧环己基甲酸酯,分析纯),制得交联硅树脂嵌段共聚环氧树脂,另取2500目硫酸钡作为骨架进行团簇反应搭载,金属依次选择铜、镍、锌,得到硫酸钡外侧以金属原子依次堆积搭载的锌-镍-铜团簇化填料(金属含量约为800~1000PPM),

实施例2:一种高耐久重防腐的改性粉末树脂,选取摩尔比为2~4:1的聚苯基甲基硅氧烷(粘度为20~30mpa.s)和环氧值0.2~0.5eq/100g的含砜环氧树脂,加热缩聚得到改性环氧树脂,另按重量比为0.5~2:1的比例投入脂肪族环氧(3,4-环氧环己基甲酸酯,分析纯),制得交联硅树脂嵌段共聚环氧树脂,另取2500目硫酸钡作为骨架进行团簇反应搭载,金属依次选择铜、镍、锌,得到硫酸钡外侧以金属原子依次堆积搭载的锌-镍-铜团簇化填料(金属含量约为800~1000PPM),
按质量配比计量投入到搅拌桶中,质量比例为:
交联硅树脂嵌段共聚环氧树脂30;
脂肪族环氧30;
团簇化填料80;
分析纯二甲基咪唑催化剂0.5;
季戊四醇硬脂酸酯润滑剂2;
亚磷酸酯、硫代酯复合抗氧剂1;
亚苯基苯并嗪酮紫外吸收剂1。
80r/min搅拌15~20分钟,将物料投入到反应型螺杆中(长径比48:1),温度设定为120~240℃,挤出得到带粘性块状物,不经冷却投入到辊间距小于0.5mm三辊设备中,辊温设置80~120℃,制得薄片,冷却至常温后(23℃),投入到研磨机中,通冷却水(4℃),制得粒径为50μm~80μm产品。
喷涂厚度为100μm~120μm时,QUV6000小时,表面无龟裂无粉化,20%酸(醋酸、硫酸、磷酸),20%碱(碳酸钠、氨水)浸泡1000小时表面无异常,盐雾(10%氯化钠、10%氯化钾、10%氯化镁)1000小时表面无异常。

如上所述,对本发明的实施例进行了详细地说明,但是只要实质上没有脱离本发明的发明点及效果可以有很多的变形,这对本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。因此,这样的变形例也全部包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种高耐久重防腐的改性粉末树脂,其特征在于质量比例为:
交联硅树脂嵌段共聚环氧树脂30~70;
脂肪族环氧30~70;
团簇化填料80~100;
分析纯二甲基咪唑催化剂0.5~1.5;
季戊四醇硬脂酸酯润滑剂2~4;
亚磷酸酯、硫代酯复合抗氧剂1~2;
亚苯基苯并嗪酮紫外吸收剂1~2。
2.一种高耐久重防腐粉末喷涂改性树脂的制作方法,其特征在于含有以下步骤:预先用聚苯基甲基硅氧烷与含砜环氧树脂加热缩聚制得改性环氧树脂,另添加脂肪族环氧,加温开环与改性环氧树脂中聚硅氧烷嵌段的羟基反应形成交联,得到交联硅树脂嵌段共聚环氧树脂,将填料作为骨架搭载锌-镍-铜团簇,填料选用2500目硫酸钡,采用团簇搭载工艺和改性环氧树脂工艺,按要求计量交联硅树脂嵌段共聚环氧树脂、脂肪族环氧、团簇化填料、催化剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂和紫外光吸收剂,混合均匀后,置于反应型螺杆中,挤出至压延辊冷却制成薄片,破碎,筛分即得一种高耐久重防腐粉末喷涂改性树脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高耐久重防腐粉末喷涂改性树脂的制作方法,其特征在于选取摩尔比为2~4:1的聚苯基甲基硅氧烷,粘度为20~30mpa.s和环氧值0.2~0.5eq/100g的含砜环氧树脂,加热缩聚得到改性环氧树脂,另按重量比为0.5~2:1的比例投入脂肪族环氧,3,4-环氧环己基甲酸酯,分析纯,制得交联硅树脂嵌段共聚环氧树脂,另取2500目硫酸钡作为骨架进行团簇反应搭载,金属依次选择铜、镍、锌,得到硫酸钡外侧以金属原子依次堆积搭载的锌-镍-铜团簇化填料,金属含量约为800~1000PPM,
