Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ship construction, and particularly relates to a multifunctional pumping system for a ship.
Background
The most important transportation mode in international trade during ocean transportation is that more and more ultra-large container ships are put into use. According to the standard calculation, aiming at the ultra-large container ships, the ship length is long, the total amount of bilge water required by the corresponding cargo cabin bilge water according to the standard calculation is correspondingly increased, and the discharge capacity of a bilge water total pump is larger and larger.
The existing design is that the bilge fire-fighting general pump with the general function integrated is a two-speed pump, has the speed change function, and has low discharge capacity and high pressure head when used as a fire pump and high discharge capacity and low pressure head when used as a bilge water general pump. Along with the design of the ultra-large machine container ship, the difference between the pump displacement and the pump displacement is more and more obvious, and the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction are not met.
