The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide a sports shoe with a replaceable vamp, so as to solve the problems that the vamp is difficult to replace and the inside of the shoe is inconvenient to clean due to the integrated structure of the sole and the vamp in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows: a sports shoe with a replaceable vamp comprises a sole and a vamp, wherein the vamp is detachably fixed on the sole, and a plurality of fixing devices are arranged on the sole and used for fixing the vamp;
the edge of the shoe sole corresponding to the vamp is provided with an inwards concave nesting groove, the side surface of the nesting groove facing the shoe sole is provided with a plurality of inwards concave fixing grooves, and the fixing device corresponds to the fixing grooves;
the edge position of the vamp, which is close to the sole, is provided with a connecting strip which extends downwards, the connecting strip is nested in the nesting groove, and a fixing hole penetrates through the connecting strip at a position corresponding to the fixing groove;
fixing device includes the casing, the casing is fixed in on the sole, the casing is equipped with the activity groove of indent towards the one end of sole, the tank bottom in activity groove runs through and forms the screw hole, the nested movable rod that has in the activity groove, the movable rod is equipped with the fixed block towards the one end of fixed slot, the fixed block passes the fixed orifices nestification in the fixed slot, the tank bottom in activity groove is passed to the other end of movable rod, nested spring that has on the movable rod, the one end of spring supports in the tank bottom in activity groove, the other end of spring supports on the fixed block, be equipped with the threaded rod on the movable rod, the threaded rod cooperatees with the screw hole.
As a further improvement, a gap is reserved between one end, close to the fixed block, of the threaded rod and the fixed block.
As a further improvement, the fixed holes are nested with protective sleeves, the two ends of each protective sleeve extend outwards and bend, the end portions of the protective sleeves are in contact with the vamps, the centers of the protective sleeves penetrate through the through holes, and the movable rods, the fixed blocks and the springs penetrate through the through holes.
As a further improvement, the positions of the edges of the sole corresponding to the fixing grooves are respectively provided with a mounting hole in a penetrating mode, a connecting sleeve is fixed on the mounting hole, one end, far away from the fixing grooves, of the connecting sleeve extends outwards and is bent to be in contact with the outer surface of the sole, the center of the connecting sleeve penetrates through the connecting sleeve, and the shell is fixed on the connecting sleeve.
As a further improvement, the outer edge of the shell is provided with a baffle plate, the end part of the baffle plate, corresponding to the connecting sleeve, is provided with an inwards concave groove, and the end part of the connecting sleeve is embedded into the groove.
As a further improvement, the outer side of the lower edge of the vamp is provided with a sealing strip which is of an L-shaped structure, one end of the sealing strip is embedded into the embedding groove, and the other end of the sealing strip is attached to the surface of the sole.
As a further improvement, the inner side of the lower edge of the vamp is provided with an inner side sealing strip, and the inner side sealing strip is embedded into the embedding groove.
As a further improvement, an upper belt is arranged at the heel of the sole, two ends of the upper belt are respectively fixed on two sides of the sole, a plurality of outer magnets are arranged on the upper belt, an inner magnet is arranged on the vamp corresponding to the outer magnets, the outer magnets are attached to the inner magnet, and the attachment surfaces of the outer magnets and the inner magnet are different in magnetism.
As a further improvement, a convex positioning block is arranged on one side of the outer magnet facing the inner magnet, an inward concave positioning groove is arranged on one side of the inner magnet facing the outer magnet, and the positioning block is embedded into the positioning groove.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the vamp is detachably fixed on the sole, the vamp can be fixed on the sole under the action of the fixing device, the vamp can be more conveniently replaced, and the inside of the shoe can be conveniently cleaned after the vamp is detached through the fixing device; the movable rod and the fixed block are respectively matched with the fixed hole and the fixed groove, so that the fixed block can be fixed in the fixed groove, and meanwhile, the movable rod penetrates through the fixed hole to limit the connecting strip in the nesting groove, so that the vamp is fixed on the sole; under the effect of threaded rod and screw hole matched with, when the threaded rod twists the screw hole, can fix the movable rod on the casing when the fixed block imbeds the activity inslot completely, make the dismantlement and the installation of vamp more convenient.

This embodiment provides a removable sports shoes of vamp, including sole 1 and vamp 2, 2 detachable of vamp are fixed in on the sole 1, be equipped with a plurality of fixing device 3 on the sole 1, fixing device 3 is used for fixed vamp 2, and under fixing device 3's effect, dismouting vamp 2 that can be convenient to make vamp 2 conveniently change, can conveniently clear up inside the shoes after pulling down vamp 2 simultaneously.

The edge of the sole 1 corresponding to the vamp 2 is provided with an inwards concave nesting groove 11, the side surface of the nesting groove 11 facing the sole 1 is provided with a plurality of inwards concave fixing grooves 12, and the fixing device 3 corresponds to the fixing grooves 12;

A connecting strip 21 extending downwards is arranged at the edge position of the vamp 2 close to the sole 1, the connecting strip 21 is nested in the nesting groove 11, and a fixing hole 22 penetrates through the connecting strip 21 corresponding to the position of the fixing groove 12;

The fixing device 3 comprises a shell 31, the shell 31 is fixed on the sole 1, one end of the shell 31 facing the sole 1 is provided with a concave movable groove 32, the groove bottom of the movable groove 32 penetrates through a threaded hole 321, a movable rod 33 is nested in the movable groove 32, one end of the movable rod 33 facing the fixed groove 12 is provided with a fixed block 34, the fixed block 34 penetrates through the fixed hole 22 and is nested in the fixed groove 12, the fixed block 34 can be fixed in the fixed groove 12 under the action that the movable rod 33 and the fixed block 34 are respectively matched with the fixed hole 22 and the fixed groove 12, meanwhile, the movable rod 33 penetrates through the fixed hole 22, the connecting strip 21 can be limited in the nested groove 11, and the vamp 2 is fixed on the sole 1; the other end of the movable rod 33 penetrates through the groove bottom of the movable groove 32, the spring 35 is nested on the movable rod 33, one end of the spring 35 is supported at the groove bottom of the movable groove 32, the other end of the spring 35 is supported on the fixed block 34, and the fixed block 34 can be pushed towards the direction of the fixed groove 12 under the action of the elastic force of the spring 35, so that the stability of the movable rod 33 in limiting the connecting bar 21 in the nested groove 11 is improved; the movable rod 33 is provided with a threaded rod 36, the threaded rod 36 is matched with the threaded hole 321, a gap is formed between one end, close to the fixed block 34, of the threaded rod 36 and the fixed block 34, and under the action of matching of the threaded rod 36 and the threaded hole 321, when the threaded rod 36 is screwed into the threaded hole 321, the movable rod 33 can be fixed on the shell 31 when the fixed block 34 is completely embedded into the movable groove 32, so that the vamp 2 is more convenient to detach and install.

Nested lag 23 on the fixed orifices 22, lag 23 both ends are equallyd divide and are outwards extended crooked respectively, and lag 23's tip is equallyd divide and is contacted with vamp 2 respectively, under the effect through lag 23, can play the effect of protection to fixed orifices 22, avoid fixed orifices 22 to take place to damage and cause and be difficult to fix vamp 2, under the crooked effect of extension through lag 23 both ends, can fix lag 23 on fixed orifices 22, lag 23 center runs through formation through-hole 231, movable rod 33, fixed block 34 and spring 35 all pass through-hole 231.

Mounting holes 13 respectively penetrate through the positions, corresponding to the fixing grooves 12, of the edge of the sole 1, connecting sleeves 14 are fixed on the mounting holes 13, one ends, far away from the fixing grooves 12, of the connecting sleeves 14 extend outwards and are bent to be in contact with the outer surface of the sole 1, the centers of the connecting sleeves 14 penetrate through the connecting sleeves, and the shell 31 is fixed on the connecting sleeves 14 in a threaded connection mode; the outer edge of the housing 31 is provided with a baffle plate 311, the baffle plate 311 is provided with a concave groove 312 corresponding to the end of the connecting sleeve 14, and the end of the connecting sleeve 14 is embedded in the groove 312.

The outer side of the lower edge of the vamp 2 is provided with a sealing strip 24, the sealing strip 24 is of an L-shaped structure, one end of the sealing strip 24 is embedded into the embedding groove 11, and the other end of the sealing strip 24 is attached to the surface of the sole 1; the inboard at 2 lower limb of vamp is equipped with inboard sealing strip 25, in inboard sealing strip 25 embedding nested groove 11, under the matched with effect of sealing strip 24 and inboard sealing strip 25, can get up nested groove 11 is sealed, can make vamp 2 fix on sole 1 more stably simultaneously.

The shoe upper comprises a sole 1, a shoe upper belt 4 is arranged at the heel of the sole 1, two ends of the shoe upper belt 4 are respectively fixed on two sides of the sole 1, a plurality of external magnets 5 are arranged on the shoe upper belt 4, internal magnets 26 are arranged at positions of the vamp 2 corresponding to the external magnets 5, the external magnets 5 are attached to the internal magnets 26, the attachment surfaces of the external magnets 5 and the internal magnets 26 are different in magnetism, and under the action of opposite attraction of the external magnets 5 and the internal magnets 26, the positions of the vamp 2 corresponding to the upper can be attached to the shoe upper belt 4, so that the shoe upper can be supported; the outer magnet 5 is provided with a convex positioning block 51 on one side facing the inner magnet 26, the inner magnet 26 is provided with a concave positioning groove 261 on one side facing the outer magnet 5, the positioning block 51 is embedded into the positioning groove 261, and the outer magnet 5 and the inner magnet 26 can be adsorbed more stably under the matching action of the positioning block 51 and the positioning groove 261, so that the supporting effect of the outer magnet 5 and the inner magnet 26 on the upper of the shoe upper 2 is better.

When the shoe upper 2 needs to be replaced, the movable rod 33 is pulled outwards first, so that the movable rod 33 drives the fixed block 34 to move towards the movable groove 32 until the fixed block 34 is completely embedded into the movable groove 32, the movable rod 33 and the fixed block 34 are separated from the fixed hole 22, at the moment, the threaded rod 36 contacts the threaded hole 321, then the movable rod 33 is rotated, the movable rod 33 drives the threaded rod 36 to be screwed into the threaded hole 321, the fixed block 34 is fixed in the movable groove 32, and finally the shoe upper 2 can be taken out for replacement or the inside of the shoe can be cleaned.
