Claims (8)
1. An electronic atomized liquid production method, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparing the following materials in parts by mass: 3-5 parts of tobacco leaf extract, 25-40 parts of propylene glycol, 25-40 parts of glycerol, 6-8 parts of fruit juice, 0.2-0.5 part of stabilizer, 0.1-0.3 part of tobacco flavoring agent, 5-8 parts of traditional Chinese medicine mixture, 15-24 parts of pure water, 3-5 parts of plant extract and 0.5-0.8 part of tea tree essential oil;
S2, mixing a traditional Chinese medicine mixture with a predetermined weight with pure water with a predetermined weight, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes after mixing, heating until boiling after treatment, standing and cooling the boiled mixed solution for 20-23 hours at room temperature, pouring into an axe type fermentation tank, adding 500 g of brown sugar and bean powder mixed according to the mass ratio of 3:2 to meet the carbon source and nitrogen source required by early growth of a fermentation strain, then inoculating the strain for fermentation treatment to obtain fermentation liquor, filtering and centrifuging the obtained fermentation liquor to obtain filtrate, adding 1% of powdered activated carbon into the filtrate at the temperature of 40 ℃, stirring for 40 minutes, carrying out vacuum pumping to remove the powdered activated carbon and residual impurities to obtain decolorized solution, and concentrating the decolorized solution at 80-90.6KPa to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine fermentation liquor;
s3, heating the traditional Chinese medicine fermentation liquor obtained in the above steps, pouring tobacco leaf extract with a set weight when the temperature rises to 65-75 ℃, uniformly mixing, pouring the mixture of propylene glycol and glycerol with a set weight, uniformly stirring, pouring plant extract with a set weight and tea tree essential oil with a set weight after 10min, uniformly mixing, pouring fruit juice and tobacco flavoring agent which are mixed in advance, finally adding stabilizing agent with a set weight, and uniformly stirring to obtain the finished product of the electronic atomization liquid.

The method for producing an electronically atomized liquid as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine mixture comprises the following steps: decocting equivalent parts by mass of sauropus spatulifolius, tea leaves and common andrographis herb in water for three times, filtering, merging filtrate and concentrating, then extracting with ethanol twice, filtering to obtain ethanol extractive solution, mixing, recovering ethanol under reduced pressure, concentrating to obtain component A, decocting radix astragali, Poria, Coicis semen, fructus Schisandrae chinensis, fresh rhizoma Dioscoreae, dried herba Zosterae Marinae, Auricularia and Tremella with water to obtain concentrated decoction as component B, hydrolyzing fresh oysters and pearls with sulfuric acid, adding calcium hydroxide for neutralization, filtering, washing medicine residues with purified water, merging, concentrating into a component C, respectively juicing grapes, pomegranates, tomatoes, celery, fresh edible cactus, mannitol, sodium benzoate, aspartame, sodium citrate, honey, xanthan gum and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, uniformly mixing to obtain a component D, and uniformly mixing the component A, the component B, the component C and the component D according to the mass ratio of 1:1:1:1 to form a traditional Chinese medicine mixture.

The method for producing an electronically atomized liquid as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the weight ratio of the astragalus membranaceus, the poria cocos, the coix seed, the schisandra chinensis, the fresh Chinese yam, the dried kelp to the agaric, the tremella fuciformis, the fresh oyster to the pearl to the grape, the pomegranate to the tomato to the celery to the fresh edible cactus to the mannitol to the sodium benzoate to the aspartame to the sodium citrate to the honey to the xanthan gum to the sodium carboxymethylcellulose is 6:6:6:8:3: 4:2:16:0.5:30:6:30: 15:5:2:0.3:1:4:2: 1.

The method for producing an electronically atomized liquid as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the glycerol is vegetable glycerol, the stabilizer is formed by uniformly mixing dextrin, pectin and xanthan gum according to the mass ratio of 1:1:1, and the tobacco flavoring agent is ethyl acetate or ethyl butyrate.

The method for producing an electronically atomized liquid as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the plant extract comprises the following steps: mixing flos Lonicerae and herba Houttuyniae at a weight ratio of 1:6, cleaning, crushing, and steam distilling to obtain the plant extractive solution.

The method for producing an electronically atomized liquid as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the fruit juice is one or more of vanilla, apple, cherry, chocolate, coffee, mango, strawberry, watermelon, peach, grape, pineapple, bubble gum, Hami melon, lemon, banana, spearmint, kiwi fruit, coconut and blueberry.
