A quality detection platform based on multiple types of industrial connectors is characterized by comprising a base platform, a stepping motor, a rotating shaft, a connecting frame, a first detection cover, a hydraulic machine, a second detection cover, a heat insulation cover, a heater, a third detection cover, a liquid storage cover, a fourth detection cover, a circuit detector, a fifth detection cover, an electromagnetic shielding plate, an electromagnetic interference unit, a sixth detection cover and an electrical detection interface, wherein the stepping motor is fixedly arranged at the middle end of the top of the base platform, the stepping motor is connected with the base platform through a bolt, the rotating shaft is fixedly arranged at the top of the stepping motor, the rotating shaft is connected with the stepping motor through a coupler, the connecting frame is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the outer wall of the rotating shaft, the connecting frame is connected with the rotating shaft through welding, the first detection cover is fixedly arranged at the front end of the connecting frame, and the first detection cover is connected with the connecting frame through a bolt, the hydraulic machine is fixedly arranged at the upper end in the first detection cover, the hydraulic machine is connected with the first detection cover through bolts, the second detection cover is fixedly arranged on the right side of the front end of the connecting frame, the second detection cover is connected with the connecting frame through bolts, the heat insulation cover is fixedly arranged at the middle end in the second detection cover, the heat insulation cover is connected with the second detection cover through bolts, the heater is fixedly arranged at the lower end in the heat insulation cover, the heater is connected with the heat insulation cover through bolts, the third detection cover is fixedly arranged on the right side of the rear end of the connecting frame, the third detection cover is connected with the connecting frame through bolts, the liquid storage cover is fixedly arranged at the lower end in the third detection cover, the liquid storage cover is connected with the third detection cover through hot melting, the fourth detection cover is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the connecting frame, and the fourth detection cover is connected with the connecting frame through bolts, the circuit detector is fixedly arranged at the upper end in the fourth detection cover, the circuit detector is connected with the fourth detection cover through bolts, the fifth detection cover is fixedly arranged at the left side of the rear end of the connecting frame, the fifth detection cover is connected with the connecting frame through bolts, the electromagnetic shielding plate is fixedly arranged at the middle end in the fifth detection cover, the electromagnetic shielding plate is connected with the fifth detection cover through hot melting, the electromagnetic interference device is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the electromagnetic shielding plate, the electromagnetic interference device is connected with the electromagnetic shielding plate through bolts, the sixth detection cover is fixedly arranged at the front end of the left side of the connecting frame, the sixth detection cover is connected with the connecting frame through bolts, the number of the electrical detection interfaces is a plurality of pieces, and the electrical detection interfaces are respectively fixedly arranged at two sides of the upper ends in the first detection cover, the second detection cover, the third detection cover, the fourth detection cover, the fifth detection cover and the sixth detection cover, the electrical property detection interface is respectively connected with the first detection cover, the second detection cover, the third detection cover, the fourth detection cover, the fifth detection cover and the sixth detection cover through bolts.

The quality detection platform based on the multiple models of industrial connectors as claimed in claim 1, wherein a computer console is further fixedly arranged on the left side of the front end of the base platform, the computer console is connected with the base platform through bolts, the computer console is respectively connected with the stepping motor, the hydraulic machine, the heater, the circuit detector, the electromagnetic interference unit and the electrical detection interface through electrical signal lines, a support frame is further fixedly arranged at the rear end of the top of the base platform, the support frame is connected with the base platform through bolts, a vision sensor is further fixedly arranged at the top of the support frame, the vision sensor is connected with the support frame through bolts, and the vision sensor is connected with the computer console through the electrical signal lines.

The quality detection platform based on the multi-model industrial connectors as claimed in claim 2, wherein a limiting block is further fixedly arranged on the front side of the lower end inside the first detection cover, the limiting block is connected with the first detection cover through a bolt, an electric push rod is further fixedly arranged on the rear side of the lower end inside the first detection cover, the electric push rod is connected with the first detection cover through a bolt, the electric push rod is connected with a computer console through an electric signal line, a clamping block is further fixedly arranged at the front end of the electric push rod, and the clamping block is connected with the electric push rod through a bolt.

The quality testing platform according to claim 1, wherein an electromagnetic shielding box is slidably disposed between the fifth testing cap and the electromagnetic shielding plate, the electromagnetic shielding box and the fifth testing cap are slidably connected, the electromagnetic shielding box and the electromagnetic shielding plate are connected by a buckle, a wire avoiding hole is further disposed at an upper end inside the electromagnetic shielding box, and the guiding avoiding hole is a through hole.
5. The quality detection platform based on the multiple models of industrial connectors as claimed in claim 1, wherein a mounting rack is further fixedly arranged at the top end inside the sixth detection cover, and the mounting rack and the sixth detection cover are connected by welding.
6. The multi-model industrial connector-based quality detection platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electrical detection interface is in a plurality of interface shapes and models, each of which is composed of a male terminal and a female terminal.
