The crushing, conveying and blanking device comprises a crushing device and a conveying device; the conveying device is arranged in the crushing device; the crushing device comprises a driven shaft 9, a transmission shaft 8 and crushing hobbing teeth, the crushing hobbing teeth comprise first crushing hobbing teeth 4 and second crushing hobbing teeth 7, the driven shaft 9 is provided with a plurality of first crushing hobbing teeth 4, and the transmission shaft 8 is provided with a plurality of second crushing hobbing teeth 7; the conveying device comprises a large chain wheel 1, a small chain wheel 3 and a chain 2; a large chain wheel 1 is arranged between every two first crushing hobbing teeth 4, a small chain wheel 3 is arranged between every two second crushing hobbing teeth 7, the small chain wheel 3 and the large chain wheel 1 are correspondingly arranged, and a chain 2 is connected with the large chain wheel 1 and the small chain wheel 3; the two crushing, conveying and blanking devices are in a group and have a V-shaped structure. A second crushing shaft 10 and a third crushing shaft 11 are arranged between the transmission shaft and the driven shaft. A plurality of third crushing hobbing teeth 5 are arranged on the second crushing shaft 10, and a plurality of fourth crushing hobbing teeth 6 are arranged on the third crushing shaft 11. A spacer 12 is arranged between every two third crushing hobbing teeth 5, a spacer 12 is arranged between every two fourth crushing hobbing teeth 6, and the spacer 12 is arranged corresponding to the large chain wheel 1. The small chain wheel 3 and the transmission shaft 8 form linkage fit. The transmission device comprises a bearing 13 and a bearing inner ring 14, the bearing inner ring 14 is arranged on the driven shaft 9, the bearing 13 and the bearing inner ring 14 form tight fit, and the large chain wheel and the bearing form tight fit. The crushing roller teeth are higher than the large chain wheel 1, the small chain wheel 3 and the chain 2.
The working principle is as follows: when the crushing motor rotates, the transmission gear drives each transmission shaft of the crushing device to rotate; on one side of the V shape, the transmission shaft can drive the small chain wheel to rotate towards the same direction, meanwhile, the small chain wheel drives the chain assembled on the small chain wheel to rotate together, and the chain drives the large chain wheel to rotate in the same direction; on the other side of the V-shape, the small chain wheel, the chain and the large chain wheel rotate in opposite directions, so that the two groups of chains move in opposite directions. The device is convenient to maintain, when the machine is clamped by a hard object and the machine is reversely rotated, the materials can be easily conveyed upwards through the conveying device; in maintenance, when the machine is cleaned by forward and reverse rotation, the conveying device can convey materials in the hobbing teeth and outside the hobbing teeth upwards or downwards, so that the materials in the crushing cavity can be cleaned more easily.
