Cream cosmetics are viscous and poor in fluidity, and in the inspection process, when a sample is taken from a sample packaging bottle to a weighing bottle, if a medicine spoon is used as a sampling tool, the sample is easy to take, but the cream cosmetics are difficult to flow into the weighing bottle quickly under the action of gravity because the cream cosmetics are viscous in texture and small in fluidity and are stuck on the medicine spoon for a long time, so that the cream cosmetics are long in time consumption in the operation process; if a suction pipe is used as a sampling tool, the suction process needs to be carried out slowly, when the operation is too fast, part of cream cosmetics in the bottle enters the suction pipe, and cannot flow to the suction pipe quickly due to poor fluidity of cream at the periphery of the cream cosmetics, air above a sampling point can enter a filling vacant position at the moment and then is sucked into the suction pipe, samples at the inlet of the suction pipe are adhered to the inner wall of the suction pipe due to the suction of air in the suction pipe, an air channel is flushed in the middle, at the moment, the air pressure generated by pinching the top of the suction pipe by hand can only discharge the air in the suction pipe and a very small amount of wall-adhered samples, most of samples are still adhered to the inner wall of the suction pipe due to poor fluidity, the process of 'slow suction-slow discharge' needs to be repeated for several times to meet the sample amount required by one-time inspection in the weighing bottle, and the consumed time is long; the air at the top of the suction pipe is easy to splash instantly along with the process that a part of samples are discharged out of the suction pipe; whether the sample is agglomerated to flow into the weighing bottle under the action of gravity or splashed into the weighing bottle along with air in the suction pipe, the amount of the sample entering the weighing bottle is difficult to control, and once more samples are discharged instantly and exceed a standard allowable sample weighing range, one weighing bottle needs to be taken again for resampling and weighing; the sample is easy to oxidize in the long-time sampling and sample discharging process, and particularly when the items which are easy to oxidize such as hair dye components and hydrogen peroxide components are detected, the detection data is small, and the accuracy of the result is influenced.

5. The method is simple and convenient to operate, short in time consumption, free of splashing and wall adhesion in the sample taking and discharging process and controllable in sample discharging speed when being applied to the inspection process of cream cosmetic finished products.
