Abstract
A combined brake disc comprises a wear-resistant brake disc and a brake mounting cap for connecting the wear-resistant brake disc and a brake hub; the wear-resistant brake disc is of an annular double-layer structure and comprises an upper brake face and a lower brake face, the upper brake face forms a circle of first toothed belt along an inner ring of the upper brake face, the brake mounting cap is an integrally formed stamping part and comprises a circular plate-shaped end cover and a side plate which is enclosed into a circle, the side plate is bent outwards and protrudes to form a circle of second toothed belt, and the second toothed belt of the brake mounting cap is inserted into the first toothed belt of the wear-resistant brake disc.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a combined brake disc which is of a split structure and comprises a wear-resistant brake disc and a brake mounting cap for connecting the wear-resistant brake disc and a brake hub; wear-resisting brake disc is annular bilayer structure, including two-layer braking face from top to bottom, and the braking face on upper strata forms the first profile of tooth area of round along its inner circle, braking installation cap is integrated into one piece's stamping workpiece, and it includes the end cover of disc shape and encloses into the curb plate of round, and the curb plate is outwards bent the arch and is formed the second profile of tooth area of round, and the profile of tooth area interlude of braking installation cap is in wear-resisting brake disc's first profile of tooth area.
Furthermore, the wear-resistant brake disc comprises an upper layer of brake surface and a lower layer of brake surface, a plurality of rib plates are arranged between the two layers of brake surfaces, the plurality of rib plates are uniformly distributed along the diameter direction of the brake surfaces, and an air channel is formed between every two adjacent rib plates.
Furthermore, a circle of convex buckles are distributed on the first toothed belt, and the edges of the buckles are subjected to round chamfering treatment.

The side plate 202 is bent outwards to form a circle of second toothed belt 205, a concave part of the second toothed belt 205 is provided with a strip hole 206 and a limiting block 207, the strip hole 206 is formed at the edge of the bottom, the limiting block 207 is positioned at the middle part, and the strip holes 206 and the limiting block 207 are installed at intervals to form a circle; in the process of mounting the wear-resistant brake disc 1 and the brake mounting cap 2, the protrusion of the second toothed belt 205 is aligned with the recess of the first toothed belt 103, the brake mounting cap 2 is embedded into the wear-resistant brake disc 1 by pressurizing through equipment until the buckle 104 penetrates out of the strip hole 206, and the limiting block 207 is pressed on the upper surface of the wear-resistant brake disc 1, so that the wear-resistant brake disc 1 and the brake mounting cap 2 are tightly connected.
The invention adopts a split design, realizes that the wear-resistant brake disc 1 and the brake mounting cap 2 are made of different materials, not only retains the wear resistance of the traditional gray cast iron brake disc, but also utilizes the characteristic of high strength of the stamping part of the brake mounting cap to meet the rigidity requirement under the action of large torque during emergency braking, avoids the problems of deformation, fracture and the like of the brake disc caused by large torque, and meets the use requirement of high-end vehicle models with large displacement.
