本发明涉及水性涂料技术领域,特别是一种节能、自重轻真石漆涂料,所述真石漆涂料由下列重量份原料构成:50‑60份基础漆、15‑25份分散介质、20‑25份乳液连续相、5‑10份彩砂。本发明真石漆涂料具有彩砂用量低、成品施工耗漆量少,墙体承重轻;生产之间批次稳定可控;遮盖率高,施工不易发花。

本发明涉及水性涂料技术领域,特别是一种节能、自重轻真石漆涂料。
背景技术
近年来随着环保理念日渐受到人们的关注和推崇,以及国家政策对环境保护趋严,对各行业的环境保护和资源利用要求越来越重高。这对涂料行业同样带来巨大影响,特别是现今广泛应用于外墙涂刷的传统真石漆涂料,真石漆的主材彩砂是不可再生资源,且开采过程中容易对生态环境造成破坏,非常不利于国家实现绿色低碳可持续发展。
目前市面上传统真石漆还存在以下问题:
1、传统真石漆彩砂资源消耗高,平均每平方米耗漆量约为3.5-4.5kg;其中彩砂用量约2.6-3.5kg,
2、传统真石漆单位面积成品自重大,墙体承重大,在高层建筑上,因漆膜局部脱落导致的安全风险高;
3、传统真石漆依靠彩砂进行调色,彩砂批次之间存在色差,成品生产批次之间的色差不易解决;
4、传统真石漆在施工过程中极易出现接茬、发花等弊病。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种真石漆,这种真石漆具有彩砂用量低、成品施工耗漆量少,墙体承重轻;生产之间批次稳定可控;遮盖率高,施工不易发花。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种节能、自重轻真石漆涂料,所述真石漆涂料由下列重量份原料构成:50-60份基础漆、15-25份分散介质、20-25份乳液连续相、5-10份彩砂。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述基础漆包括按重量比的下列组份:25-35份去离子水,15-25份有机硅改性水性丙烯酸乳液,6-9份羟乙基纤维素,0.1-0.12份多功能助剂,0.15-0.2份消泡剂,2-4份颜填料,0.6-0.9份成膜助剂,0.2-0.4份丙二醇,0.15-0.2杀菌剂,4-6份保护胶溶液,0.1-0.15份润湿剂,0.1-0.15份润湿分散剂,30-50份彩砂。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述连续相乳液包括按重量比的下列组份:30-35去离子水,0.8-0.12份悬浮剂,55-65份丙烯酸乳液,2.5-3.5份成膜助剂,2-3份丙二醇,0.15-0.3份杀菌剂,0.2-0.3份消泡剂,0.1-0.15多功能助剂,0.8-1.2份增稠剂。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述分散介质包括按重量比的下列组份:94-96份去离子水,4-6份保护胶粉。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述润湿分散剂为铵盐分散剂。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述颜填料为金红石型钛白粉、有机改性膨润土、超细硫酸钡、超细煅烧高岭土中的一种或多种。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述保护胶溶液为固含10%的保护胶水溶液。
由于本发明采用如上技术方案,本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:真石漆具有彩砂用量低、成品施工耗漆量少,墙体承重轻;生产之间批次稳定可控;遮盖率高,施工不易发花。

本发明的一种节能、自重轻真石漆涂料,所述真石漆涂料由下列重量份原料构成:50-60份基础漆、15-25份分散介质、20-25份乳液连续相、5-10份彩砂。

其中,基础漆包括按重量比的下列组份:25份去离子水,19份有机硅改性水性丙烯酸乳液,9份羟乙基纤维素,0.12份多功能助剂,0.18份消泡剂,4份颜填料,0.9份成膜助剂,0.4份丙二醇,0.2杀菌剂,6份保护胶溶液,0.1份润湿剂,0.1份铵盐分散剂,35份彩砂;连续相乳液包括按重量比的下列组份:35去离子水,0.12份悬浮剂,56份丙烯酸乳液,3.3份成膜助剂,3份丙二醇,0.3份杀菌剂,0.28份消泡剂,1多功能助剂,1份增稠剂;分散介质包括按重量比的下列组份:96份去离子水,4份保护胶粉;颜填料为金红石型钛白粉、有机改性膨润土、超细硫酸钡和超细煅烧高岭土制备得产品样品3。
以下结合具体试验对实施例1~3中的真石漆样品与现有产品的对比样品的性能进行性能测试,结果如下表所示:

综上所述:本发明的真石漆具有彩砂用量低、成品施工耗漆量少,墙体承重轻;生产之间批次稳定可控;遮盖率高,施工不易发花。
