According to the intelligent car washing system in the embodiment, the car appearance data are automatically acquired, the washing path is calculated and sent to the intelligent washing device to be executed, the intelligent washing device controls the cooperation of different equipment components of the car washing machine in the embodiment according to the preset track and the preset washing flow, different flows are executed, the automation degree is high, and the washing efficiency is also improved.

An intelligent car washing device comprises a car washer arranged on at least one side of a car washing area, and is characterized in that the car washer comprises a transverse fixing table arranged along the length direction of a vehicle, a transverse sliding table arranged above the transverse fixing table and moving along the length direction of the transverse fixing table, a horizontal side sliding table arranged above the transverse sliding table and moving along the length direction of the transverse sliding table, a main support arranged above the horizontal side sliding table and moving along with the horizontal side sliding table, and a longitudinal mover arranged on the main support and moving along the height direction of the main support, wherein a hub washing device is further fixed on the horizontal side sliding table, the hub washing device realizes the rotation water spray washing of a hub surface through a first rotary driving mechanism, and a top surface washing device is fixed on the longitudinal mover, the top surface cleaning device realizes the rotation water spray cleaning of the roof surface through the second rotary driving mechanism.

The intelligent car washing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an image recognizer is mounted on the top of the main support, and a mechanical arm is further fixed on the longitudinal mover and moves up and down along with the longitudinal mover to perform fixed-point cleaning on stubborn spots existing on the car body.

The intelligent car washer according to claim 1, wherein the longitudinal mover comprises a number 1 rotating motor and a rotating toothed disc which are engaged with each other, and the top surface washer is of a bent type, and a fixed end of the top surface washer is connected with the rotating toothed disc and rotates on a vertical plane along with the rotating toothed disc.

The intelligent car washing device according to claim 1, wherein the hub cleaning device is fixed on the fixing plates at two sides of the horizontal side sliding table and extends outwards from the transverse fixing table, and a car body chemical device is fixed at the top of the hub cleaning device and used for spraying cleaning chemicals to the side face of a car body.

The intelligent car washing device according to claim 5, wherein the hub cleaning device comprises a hub chemical device, a hub rotating motor and a water spraying device, the hub rotating motor drives the water spraying device to rotate and spray water, and the hub chemical device is relatively fixed in position on the hub cleaning device.

The intelligent car washing device according to claim 3, wherein a side water sprayer is further fixed in the longitudinal mover and moves up and down along with the longitudinal mover; the top surface cleaning device also comprises a top surface chemical device, and the relative position of the top surface chemical device and the top surface cleaning device is fixed.

An intelligent car washing system comprises the intelligent washing device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, and is characterized by further comprising a background server, wherein the intelligent washing device is wirelessly connected with the background server through a communication module, the background server calculates a washing track according to vehicle shape data scanned by the intelligent washing device and sends the washing track to the intelligent washing device, and the intelligent washing device completes automatic washing of a vehicle according to the washing track.
