Background
The automobile hat rack structure requires that a plastic part is connected on a hat rack base material, and the existing connection modes comprise screw connection, hot melt adhesive fixation, ultrasonic welding and the like. The screw connection mode needs to embed a screw fastening gasket when the hat and coat stand base material framework is formed, so that the complexity of the framework forming process is increased, and after the decorative layer is coated on the surface of the formed framework, particularly after a plastic part is connected with the hat and coat stand base material through screws, the surface of the hat and coat stand is easy to be uneven, so that the appearance quality is influenced; the TVOC value of a product can be influenced by the glue material of the hot melt adhesive fixing mode, the requirement on the use control of the hot melt adhesive is strict, otherwise, the problems that the appearance is influenced by the overflow, the wire drawing and the like of the hot melt adhesive are easily caused, in addition, the connecting strength of the mode is limited, and the drawing force of a plastic part can not reach the higher use requirement generally; the ultrasonic welding mode is developed rapidly in recent years, but the equipment investment cost is high, the debugging period is long, and the energy loss is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fixing mode of a hat rack and a plastic part accessory, which considers the combination of a plastic part fixing process and a hat rack forming process, adopts a smart process to realize reliable fixed connection, and reduces equipment and energy input.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a fixing mode of a hat rack and a plastic part accessory is characterized in that a connecting column is arranged on the plastic part accessory in a protruding mode, a hat rack base material which is formed by heating and is reserved with heat is attached to and extruded with the plastic part accessory, the connecting column penetrates into the inside of the hat rack base material, the head of the connecting column is heated and deformed into a mushroom head, and after cooling, the plastic part accessory is fixedly connected with the hat rack base material due to the fact that the mushroom head is limited.
Further, extruding the plastic part by a press, and putting the plastic part accessory into a die of the press with the connecting column upwards; then putting the hat and coat stand base material with the plastic fiber filaments softened therein on the plastic part accessory in the mold, closing the press and maintaining the pressure; the mold was opened and the connection state was confirmed.
Furthermore, the plastic fiber in the coat and hat stand base material and the plastic part accessory are the same or similar materials, and the melting points or the softening points of the plastic fiber and the plastic part accessory are the same or close to each other.
Further, before the hat rack base material is placed into the mold, the hat rack base material is subjected to heat preservation or heating, so that the temperature from the core part to the surface of the hat rack base material is uniformly 190-230 ℃.
Further, the pressure maintaining pressure of the press is not less than 18MPa, and the molding pressure maintaining time is 40-70 s.
Furthermore, the base material of the hat and coat stand is pre-provided with a positioning hole corresponding to the connecting column.
Furthermore, a plurality of connecting columns are formed on the plastic part accessory, the diameter of each connecting column is 1.5-2.5 mm, the height of each connecting column is 3.5-6 mm, and the distance between every two connecting columns is 2-3 mm.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the fixing method of the hat rack and the plastic part accessory has the advantages that the fact that the hat rack base material needs to be heated when being formed is considered, the base material stores energy, heat is released when being extruded by the die, the released heat can heat the column head of the connecting column of the plastic part accessory penetrating into the base material to form the mushroom head, stable connection of the hat rack and the plastic part is achieved, recycling of energy is achieved in the forming process, equipment investment cost is saved, and process difficulty is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the preferred embodiment provides a fixing method of a hat rack and a plastic accessory, wherein a connecting column 2 protrudes from the plastic accessory 1, a hat rack substrate 3 which is heated and remains heat is pressed against the plastic accessory 1, so that the connecting column 2 penetrates into the inside of the hat rack substrate 3, the head of the connecting column 2 is heated and deformed into a mushroom head 4, and after cooling, the plastic accessory 1 is fixedly connected with the hat rack substrate 3 due to the limitation of the mushroom head 4.
The extrusion molding can be carried out through a press, and the specific process is as follows:
1) the plastic part accessory 1 is placed into a mould of a press with the connecting column 2 upwards, and before the hat rack base material 3 is placed into the mould, the heat is preserved or heated, so that the temperature of the core part to the surface is uniformly 190-230 ℃, and the plastic fiber yarns in the hat rack base material 3 are ensured to be thoroughly dried and softened.
2) Putting the hat rack substrate 3 on the plastic part accessory 1 in the mould, closing the press and maintaining the pressure, wherein the pressure maintaining pressure of the press is not less than 18MPa, and the forming pressure maintaining time is 40-70 s, wherein the plastic fiber in the hat rack substrate 3 and the plastic part accessory 1 are the same or similar materials, and the melting points or the softening points of the plastic fiber and the plastic part accessory are the same or close.
3) The mold was opened and the connection state was confirmed.
In particular, the coat and hat stand base material 3 is pre-provided with a positioning hole corresponding to the connecting column 2.
The plastic part accessory 1 is provided with a plurality of connecting columns 2, the diameter of each connecting column 2 is 1.5 mm-2.5 mm, the height is 3.5 mm-6 mm, and the distance is 2 mm-3 mm.
In conclusion, the fixing mode of the hat rack and the plastic part accessory considers that the hat rack base material needs to be heated when being molded, the base material stores energy and releases heat when being extruded by the mold, the released heat can heat the connecting column head of the plastic part accessory penetrating into the base material to form the mushroom head, the stable connection of the hat rack and the plastic part is realized, the energy recycling is realized in the molding process, the equipment investment cost is saved, and the process difficulty is reduced.
