Background
With the rapid development of social urbanization roads, large and medium-sized cities in China are more and more; with the increase of buildings, the influence of building environment on people is very large, and the safety management system of the buildings becomes more and more important; the general building environment monitoring device can detect PM2.5, temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide and formaldehyde, so that the data of the building environment can be conveniently known; however, the existing building environment monitoring device only has a monitoring function and an alarm function, and cannot automatically adjust the building environment, and the intellectualization of the building environment monitoring device needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a building environment monitoring device, which aims to solve at least the problem that the existing building environment monitoring device only has a monitoring function and an alarm function and cannot automatically adjust the building environment to a certain extent.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a building environment monitoring device comprising:
the data detection units are arranged in a plurality of building area ranges and used for detecting environmental data;
the central processing unit is used for processing the environmental data; wherein the method comprises comparing the detected environmental data with a set threshold range;
a display device showing information of environmental data within a building area;
the control unit is used for acquiring information of environmental data in a building area range and modifying a threshold range;
and the central processing unit controls the maintenance device to change the environment in the building area range when the detected environment data is not in the set threshold range, so that the environment data is in the set threshold range.
As a further alternative of the building environment monitoring apparatus, the data detection unit includes a smoke sensor, a temperature/humidity sensor, a carbon dioxide sensor and a TVOC sensor; the maintenance device comprises air conditioning equipment and air purification equipment.
As a further alternative to the building environment monitoring device, the data unit further comprises a light sensor; the maintenance device further comprises a natural light adjusting device and an artificial light adjusting device.
As a further alternative of the building environment monitoring device, the natural light adjusting device is an electric curtain machine, and the artificial light adjusting device is a lamp.
As a further alternative of the building environment monitoring device, the display device is a display screen.
As a further alternative of the building environment monitoring apparatus, the display screen shows a data map which divides regions according to the range detected by each data detection unit, each region showing the number of the environment data; if the environment data is not in the set threshold range, the displayed number of the environment data is red; if the environmental data is within the set threshold range, the displayed number of the environmental data is green.
As a further alternative of the building environment monitoring device, the control unit is a mobile user terminal.
As a further alternative of the building environment monitoring device, the mobile user terminal performs data transmission with the central processing unit through a data transmission network, wherein the data transmission network is a WIFI, 4G network, 5G network or MODBUS protocol.
As a further alternative of the building environment monitoring device, a storage device for storing historical environment data is further included.
As a further alternative of the building environment monitoring device, the central processing unit is one of a microprocessor, a digital signal processor, a programmable controller, an application specific integrated circuit and a pattern processor or a combination of a plurality of the microprocessors, the digital signal processor, the programmable controller, the application specific integrated circuit and the pattern processor.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the building area range is monitored in a full-coverage mode through the data detection units and is displayed through the display device, so that the dynamic condition of the building environment quality can be mastered conveniently; the threshold range is modified through the control unit, the requirements on the building environment can be adjusted at any time, and the flexibility of building monitoring is improved; the building environment is adjusted by the maintenance device, so that the building environment is maintained within a set threshold range, and the health safety of the building environment quality is improved.

Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a building environment monitoring apparatus comprising: the data detection units are arranged in a plurality of building area ranges and used for detecting environmental data; the central processing unit is used for processing the environmental data; wherein the method comprises comparing the detected environmental data with a set threshold range; a display device showing information of environmental data within a building area; the control unit is used for acquiring information of environmental data in a building area range and modifying a threshold range; and the central processing unit controls the maintenance device to change the environment in the building area range when the detected environment data is not in the set threshold range, so that the environment data is in the set threshold range.
The building environment quality monitoring system comprises a plurality of data detection units, a display device and a control unit, wherein the data detection units are used for monitoring the full coverage of a building area range and displaying the full coverage of the building area range through the display device, so that the dynamic condition of the building environment quality can be conveniently mastered; the threshold range is modified through the control unit, the requirements on the building environment can be adjusted at any time, and the flexibility of building monitoring is improved; the building environment is adjusted by the maintenance device, so that the building environment is maintained within a set threshold range, and the health safety of the building environment quality is improved.
In some specific embodiments, the data detection unit includes a smoke sensor, a temperature/humidity sensor, a carbon dioxide sensor, and a TVOC sensor; the maintenance device comprises air conditioning equipment and air purification equipment. Specifically, when the temperature and the humidity detected by the temperature/humidity sensor are not within the set threshold range, the central processing unit controls the air conditioning equipment to adjust the temperature and the humidity in the range space, so that the temperature and the humidity in the range space are maintained within the set threshold range; when the concentration of the carbon dioxide detected by the carbon dioxide sensor is too high and is not within a set threshold range, the indoor and outdoor air exchange efficiency is improved through the air conditioning equipment, and then the indoor carbon dioxide is diluted; if the carbon dioxide concentration detected by the carbon dioxide sensor in a part of areas is too high and the carbon dioxide concentration detected by the carbon oxide sensor in a part of areas is normal, the indoor air circulation efficiency can be improved through the air conditioning equipment, so that the carbon dioxide in the area with the too high carbon dioxide concentration is diluted; when the environmental data detected by the smoke sensor or the TVOC sensor is not in the set threshold range, the central processor controls the air purification equipment to filter and purify the air in the range space.
In some embodiments, the data unit further comprises a light sensor based on special requirements, such as light requirements in a room; the maintenance device further comprises a natural light adjusting device and an artificial light adjusting device. In other words, the light in the room can be adjusted by the natural light adjusting device or the artificial light adjusting device; the natural light adjusting device is an electric curtain machine, and the artificial light adjusting device is a lamp. Specifically, if the light in the daytime is too dark and the light data is not within the set threshold range, the electric curtain machine can be controlled by the central processing unit to pull the curtain open, so that the brightness of natural light irradiated into the room is improved; if the curtain is completely pulled open and the indoor light does not meet the requirement, the indoor light can be improved by controlling the brightness of the lamp; and at night, the lamp is directly controlled to adjust the indoor light. Therefore, the device is convenient and energy-saving.
In some specific embodiments, the display device is a display screen; in order to facilitate clear visualization of the environmental data, the display screen shows a data map which divides regions according to the range detected by each data detection unit, each region showing the number of the environmental data; if the environment data is not in the set threshold range, the displayed number of the environment data is red; if the environmental data is within the set threshold range, the displayed number of the environmental data is green. Thus, the user can observe the environmental data more intuitively.
In some specific embodiments, the control unit is a mobile user terminal. And the mobile user terminal performs data transmission with the central processing unit through a data transmission network, wherein the data transmission network is a WIFI, 4G network, 5G network or MODBUS protocol. Therefore, the environment requirements can be adjusted through mobile user terminals such as mobile phones, and the system is convenient and intelligent.
In some specific embodiments, the system further comprises a storage for storing historical environment data, which is convenient for being used for performing a review on the historical environment data and also is convenient for performing statistics on the dynamic changes of the building environment quality. The storage device may be any type of fixed or removable Random Access Memory (RAM), read-only memory (ROM), flash memory (flash memory), Hard Disk Drive (HDD), Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like or a combination thereof.
In addition, the central processing unit may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or other programmable general purpose or special purpose microprocessor (microprocessor), Digital Signal Processor (DSP), programmable controller, Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), Graphic Processing Unit (GPU), or other similar components or combinations thereof.
