Abstract
The invention discloses a circuit board testing device and a circuit board testing method. The circuit board testing device comprises: a test bench; the first circuit board access part is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and used for accessing a first circuit board to be detected; the second-type circuit board access part is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and used for accessing a second-type circuit board to be detected; the communication unit is connected with the first type circuit board access part and the second type circuit board access part, sends detection signals to the first type circuit board access part and the second type circuit board access part, and receives feedback signals; the storage unit stores standard signal values of the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board; the comparison unit compares the feedback signal received by the communication unit with the standard signal values of the first circuit board and the second circuit board stored by the storage unit to form a comparison result; and the display unit is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and used for displaying the comparison result.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of circuit board detection, in particular to a circuit board testing device and a circuit board testing method.
Background
The circuit board of the current intelligent pressure processor is mainly tested manually, generally, a universal meter is directly used for testing the voltage and the current between two measuring points on the circuit board to judge whether the circuit board is qualified or not, and the method has the defect of low testing working efficiency. For circuit boards produced in large quantities, a large number of personnel are required to be invested for manual testing, and the manual testing and judgment are performed to obtain results.
In the detection work of the circuit board, how to ensure that the equipment can meet the requirements of users, the labor intensity is reduced, the labor cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects in the prior art, the present invention provides a circuit board testing apparatus and a circuit board testing method. The circuit board testing device and the circuit board testing method can test a plurality of circuit boards simultaneously, improve the detection speed of the circuit boards, accurately and comprehensively detect the circuit board testing device, effectively reduce the reject ratio of products and improve the quality of the products
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a circuit board testing apparatus including: a test bench; the first circuit board access part is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and is used for accessing a first circuit board to be detected; the second circuit board access part is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and is used for accessing a second circuit board to be detected; the communication unit is used for sending detection signals to the first type circuit board access part and the second type circuit board access part and receiving feedback signals from the first type circuit board access part and the second type circuit board access part; the storage unit is used for storing standard signal values of the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board; the comparison unit is used for comparing the feedback signals received by the communication unit from the first circuit board access part and the second circuit board access part with the standard signal values of the first circuit board and the second circuit board stored in the storage unit to form a comparison result; and the display unit is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and is used for displaying the comparison result.
In a circuit board testing device according to an aspect of the present disclosure, the first type circuit board access portion and the second type circuit board access portion are disposed on an upper surface of the test stand.
In a circuit board testing device according to an aspect of the present disclosure, the circuit board testing device further includes: a support extending from an upper surface of the test stand in a vertical direction; the first upper cover is used for covering the first circuit board access part to form a closed space; the first moving mechanism is movably connected with the bracket, one end of the first moving mechanism is connected with the first upper cover, and the other end of the first moving mechanism is connected with a first handle and used for driving the first upper cover to move along the vertical direction; the second upper cover is used for covering the second circuit board access part to form a closed space; the second moving mechanism is movably connected with the support, one end of the second moving mechanism is connected with the second upper cover, and the other end of the second moving mechanism is connected with a second handle and used for driving the second upper cover to move along the vertical direction.
In the circuit board testing device according to an aspect of the present disclosure, the circuit board testing device further includes a third type circuit board access portion, which is disposed on an outer surface of the test board and is used for accessing a third type circuit board to be tested.
In the circuit board testing device according to an aspect of the present disclosure, the third type circuit board access portion is disposed at a side surface of the test stand.
In a circuit board testing device according to an aspect of the present disclosure, the first type circuit board is a main control circuit board, the second type circuit board is a battery switching circuit board, and the third type circuit board is a communication circuit board.
In the circuit board testing device according to one aspect of the present disclosure, the display unit includes an indicator lamp and a display panel disposed on the test board, wherein when the comparison result is that the circuit board to be tested is faulty, the display panel displays corresponding fault information.
In the circuit board testing device according to an aspect of the present disclosure, the circuit board testing device further includes a self-test unit, where the self-test unit is configured to perform self-test on an internal test environment of the circuit board testing device before the first type circuit board and/or the second type circuit board is tested.
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a method of testing a circuit board, including the steps of: burning a test program in a circuit board to be detected; the circuit board to be detected is accessed to the corresponding access part of the circuit board testing device; the circuit board testing device is used for detecting the accessed circuit boards to be detected, wherein when a plurality of circuit boards to be detected are accessed, the circuit board testing device is used for simultaneously detecting the circuit boards to be detected; and the display unit of the circuit board testing device displays the detection result.
In the method for testing the circuit board according to one aspect of the present disclosure, in the step of detecting the accessed circuit board to be tested by the circuit board testing device, the circuit board testing device enters the circuit board to be tested into a plurality of testing states, and collects the same voltage, current and/or level logic in the plurality of testing states.
Compared with the prior art, in the circuit board testing device and the circuit board testing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, because the circuit board testing device comprises the first circuit board access part and the second circuit board access part, the first circuit board and the second circuit board can be simultaneously detected, and the detection speed of the circuit board is improved. The circuit board testing device can accurately detect the problems of false sweat, short circuit, element damage, comprehensive high power consumption, missing welding and the like of the circuit board, and reduce the reject ratio of products. In addition, fault information can be displayed through the display unit, so that the maintenance of defective products is simple, maintenance personnel can accurately locate the defective problems only by the aid of the fault information, and the maintenance efficiency is improved. Furthermore, the circuit board testing device does not need manual intervention in the process of testing the circuit board, so that the test is very comprehensive, and the quality of products can be effectively improved.

Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted.
The described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments. In the following description, numerous specific details are provided to provide a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. One skilled in the relevant art will recognize, however, that the invention may be practiced without one or more of the specific details, or with other methods, components, materials, and so forth. In some instances, well-known structures, materials, or operations are not shown or described in detail to avoid obscuring the invention.
According to the gist of the present invention, a circuit board testing apparatus of the present invention includes: a test bench; the first circuit board access part is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and is used for accessing a first circuit board to be detected; the second circuit board access part is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and is used for accessing a second circuit board to be detected; the communication unit is used for sending detection signals to the first type circuit board access part and the second type circuit board access part and receiving feedback signals from the first type circuit board access part and the second type circuit board; the storage unit is used for storing standard signal values of the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board; the comparison unit is used for comparing the feedback signals received by the communication unit from the first circuit board access part and the second circuit board with the standard signal values of the first circuit board and the second circuit board stored in the storage unit to form a comparison result; and the display unit is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and is used for displaying the comparison result.
The technical contents of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 together, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a circuit board testing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a side view illustrating the circuit board testing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 shows a module connection diagram of a circuit board testing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the circuit board testing apparatus mainly includes a testing platform 1, a first type circuit board access portion 21, a second type circuit board access portion 22, a communication unit 3, a storage unit 4, a comparison unit 5 and a display unit 6.
Specifically, the first type circuit board access portion 21 is disposed on an outer surface of the test board 1, and is used for accessing a first type circuit board to be detected. The second type circuit board access portion 22 is disposed on an outer surface of the test board 1, and is used for accessing a second type circuit board to be tested. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the first type circuit board access 21 and the second type circuit board access 22 are disposed on the upper surface of the test stand 1. The first type of circuit board may be a main control circuit board, and the second type of circuit board may be a battery switching circuit board, but is not limited thereto.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the communication unit 3 connects the first type circuit board access portion 21 and the second type circuit board access portion 22. The communication unit 3 is configured to send detection signals to the first type circuit board access portion 21 and the second type circuit board access portion 22, and receive feedback signals from the first type circuit board access portion 21 and the second type circuit board access portion 22. More specifically, a detection program may be written in the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board in advance, and then the circuit board testing apparatus first tries to communicate with the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board to be detected through the communication unit 3, enters a predetermined mode for the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board to be detected after the communication unit 3 successfully establishes communication, and then collects relevant output information of the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board to be detected through the communication unit 3.
The storage unit 4 stores standard signal values of the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board. The standard signal values of the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board may refer to ranges of standard signal values of the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board, data within the range of the standard signal values represent qualified data, and data outside the range of the standard signal values represent fault data.
The comparison unit 5 is connected with the communication unit 3 and the storage unit 4, and the comparison unit 5 compares the feedback signals received by the communication unit 3 from the first circuit board access part 21 and the second circuit board access part 22 with the standard signal values of the first circuit board and the second circuit board stored in the storage unit 4 to form a comparison result. In one embodiment of the invention, when the data received from the first type circuit board or the second type circuit board to be detected is judged to be fault data after comparison, a fault code is formed according to the corresponding detection content, wherein the fault code details each detail of the fault of the first type circuit board or the second type circuit board to be detected.
The display unit 6 is disposed on an outer surface of the test stand 1. The display unit 6 is connected with the comparison unit 5 and used for displaying the comparison result. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the display unit 6 comprises a plurality of indicator lights 61 and a display panel 62 arranged on the test stand 1. The plurality of indicator lights 61 may be respectively used to indicate the current status of the detected first type circuit board or second type circuit board, for example, the detected first type circuit board or second type circuit board passes the detection, the detected first type circuit board or second type circuit board fails the detection, or the detected first type circuit board or second type circuit board is in the detection status. When the comparison result of the comparison unit 5 is that the circuit board to be tested is faulty (i.e. the detected first type circuit board or second type circuit board fails to be detected), the display panel 62 displays corresponding fault information. In addition, in other embodiments of the present invention, the display unit 6 may include only one display panel to display various types of information during the detection process.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the circuit board testing device further includes a third type circuit board access portion 23. The third type circuit board access portion 23 is disposed on an outer surface of the test board 1, and is used for accessing a third type circuit board to be tested. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the third type of circuit board access 23 is arranged at the side of the test stand 1. The third type of circuit board is a communication circuit board, such as a 4G circuit board.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the circuit board testing apparatus further includes: bracket 71, first upper cover 72, first moving mechanism, first handle 73, second upper cover 74, second moving mechanism, second handle 75.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the brackets 71 extend in a vertical direction from the upper surface of the test stand 1. The first upper cover 72 is used for covering the first type circuit board access portion 21 to form a closed space. The first moving mechanism is movably connected to the bracket 71, wherein one end of the first moving mechanism is connected to the first upper cover 72, and the other end is connected to the first handle 73 for driving the first upper cover 72 to move in the vertical direction. The second upper cover 74 is used for covering the second type circuit board access part 22 to form a closed space. The second moving mechanism is movably connected to the bracket 71, wherein one end of the second moving mechanism is connected to the second upper cover 74, and the other end is connected to the second handle 75 for driving the second upper cover 74 to move in the vertical direction.
Further, in an optional embodiment of the present invention, the circuit board testing apparatus further comprises a self-inspection unit. The self-checking unit is used for self-checking the internal detection environment of the circuit board testing device before the first type circuit board and/or the second type circuit board are detected. More specifically, in order to ensure that the circuit board testing device is good before each detection, the circuit board testing device needs to be self-checked before each circuit board detection, and whether the internal testing environment of the circuit board testing device is normal is detected, so that the accuracy of each test is ensured.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a test method of the circuit board. Specifically, the test method of the circuit board comprises the following steps:
step S100: and burning a test program in the circuit board to be detected.
Step S200: and connecting the circuit board to be detected to the corresponding connecting part of the circuit board testing device. That is, the first type circuit board to be detected is connected to the first type circuit board connection portion 21 in fig. 1 and 2, or the second type circuit board to be detected is connected to the second type circuit board connection portion 22 in fig. 1 and 2.
Step S300: the circuit board testing device detects the accessed circuit board to be detected.
Specifically, in this step, the circuit board testing device first communicates with the circuit board to be tested through its communication unit. And when the communication is successfully established, the circuit board to be detected enters a preset test state. The circuit board testing device enables a circuit board to be tested to enter various testing states, and collects the same voltage, current and/or level logic in the various testing states, so that the circuit board to be tested is more comprehensively tested, and the reject ratio is reduced. And then, the circuit board testing device collects the feedback signal of the circuit board to be detected and compares the feedback signal with the standard signal value stored in the storage unit to form a comparison result.
Further, in the embodiment of the invention, when a plurality of circuit boards to be detected are accessed (for example, the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board are accessed simultaneously), the circuit board testing device detects the plurality of circuit boards to be detected simultaneously.
Step S400: and the display unit of the circuit board testing device displays the detection result. In the embodiment of the invention, when the data received from the detected first type circuit board or second type circuit board is judged to be fault data after comparison, a fault code is formed according to the corresponding detection content, wherein the fault code gives details of each fault of the detected first type circuit board or second type circuit board.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method for testing a circuit board includes a self-checking step, that is, the self-checking unit performs self-checking on the internal detection environment of the circuit board testing apparatus before detecting the first type circuit board and/or the second type circuit board (before step S200). More specifically, it is preferable that, in order to ensure that the circuit board testing apparatus itself is good before each inspection, the circuit board testing apparatus is subjected to a self-inspection before each inspection of the circuit board, and whether the internal test environment of the circuit board testing apparatus is normal is detected, thereby ensuring that each inspection is accurate.
In summary, in the circuit board testing apparatus and the circuit board testing method provided in the embodiments of the present invention, since the circuit board testing apparatus includes the first type circuit board access portion and the second type circuit board access portion, the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board can be simultaneously detected, and the detection speed of the circuit board is increased. The circuit board testing device can accurately detect the problems of false sweat, short circuit, element damage, comprehensive high power consumption, missing welding and the like of the circuit board, and reduce the reject ratio of products. In addition, fault information can be displayed through the display unit, so that the maintenance of defective products is simple, maintenance personnel can accurately locate the defective problems only by the aid of the fault information, and the maintenance efficiency is improved. Furthermore, the circuit board testing device does not need manual intervention in the process of testing the circuit board, so that the test is very comprehensive, and the quality of products can be effectively improved.

Various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention is subject to the scope defined by the claims.
Claims (10)
1. A circuit board testing device, characterized in that the circuit board testing device comprises:
a test bench;
the first circuit board access part is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and is used for accessing a first circuit board to be detected;
the second circuit board access part is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and is used for accessing a second circuit board to be detected;
the communication unit is used for sending detection signals to the first type circuit board access part and the second type circuit board access part and receiving feedback signals from the first type circuit board access part and the second type circuit board access part;
the storage unit is used for storing standard signal values of the first type circuit board and the second type circuit board;
the comparison unit is used for comparing the feedback signals received by the communication unit from the first circuit board access part and the second circuit board access part with the standard signal values of the first circuit board and the second circuit board stored in the storage unit to form a comparison result;
and the display unit is arranged on the outer surface of the test board and is used for displaying the comparison result.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first type circuit board access portion and the second type circuit board access portion are disposed on an upper surface of the test table.
3. The circuit board testing device according to claim 2, further comprising:
a support extending from an upper surface of the test stand in a vertical direction;
the first upper cover is used for covering the first circuit board access part to form a closed space;
the first moving mechanism is movably connected with the bracket, one end of the first moving mechanism is connected with the first upper cover, and the other end of the first moving mechanism is connected with a first handle and used for driving the first upper cover to move along the vertical direction;
the second upper cover is used for covering the second circuit board access part to form a closed space;
the second moving mechanism is movably connected with the support, one end of the second moving mechanism is connected with the second upper cover, and the other end of the second moving mechanism is connected with a second handle and used for driving the second upper cover to move along the vertical direction.
4. The circuit board testing device according to claim 1, further comprising a third type circuit board access portion, wherein the third type circuit board access portion is disposed on an outer surface of the testing platform and is used for accessing a third type circuit board to be tested.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the third type of circuit board access portion is disposed at a side of the testing platform.
6. The device for testing circuit boards of claim 4, wherein the first type of circuit board is a master control circuit board, the second type of circuit board is a battery switching circuit board, and the third type of circuit board is a communication circuit board.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the display unit comprises an indicator light and a display panel, the indicator light and the display panel are disposed on the test platform, and the display panel displays corresponding failure information when the comparison result indicates that the circuit board to be tested has a failure.
8. The circuit board testing device according to claim 1, further comprising a self-test unit for self-testing an internal testing environment of the circuit board testing device before testing the first type circuit board and/or the second type circuit board.
9. A method for testing a circuit board is characterized by comprising the following steps:
burning a test program in a circuit board to be detected;
the circuit board to be detected is accessed to the corresponding access part of the circuit board testing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
the circuit board testing device is used for detecting the accessed circuit boards to be detected, wherein when a plurality of circuit boards to be detected are accessed, the circuit board testing device is used for simultaneously detecting the circuit boards to be detected;
and the display unit of the circuit board testing device displays the detection result.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein in the step of detecting the incoming circuit board to be detected by the circuit board testing device, the circuit board testing device puts the circuit board to be detected into a plurality of testing states and collects the same voltage, current and/or level logic in the plurality of testing states.
