Abstract
The invention provides an ion sterilization fresh-keeping refrigerator, which comprises a refrigerator body, wherein a refrigerating chamber is arranged in the refrigerator body, and the ion sterilization fresh-keeping refrigerator is characterized in that a fresh-keeping device is arranged on an inner container of the refrigerator body; the fresh-keeping device comprises a base, a fan, an ion generator, an upper cover and an ion outlet, wherein the base and the upper cover form a cuboid box with a cavity inside, the fan is installed on the uppermost portion of the base, the ion generator is fixedly installed below the fan through a plastic rib clamping jaw and is provided with a cavity channel for ion movement, and the cavity channel is communicated with the ion outlet. The ion generator continuously emits ions, the ions are driven by strong wind power of the fan to move in the cavity channel in an accelerating mode and are discharged from the ion outlet, the ions rapidly spread to the bottom in the refrigerating chamber through the transverse groove and then spread to the whole refrigerating chamber, positive and negative ions in the movement carry out charge neutralization, the change of surrounding bacteria structures or the conversion of energy are caused, bacteria are caused to die, and redundant negative ions float in the refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator, so that peculiar smell is continuously eliminated, and air in the box is purified.

Preferably, the number of the fresh-keeping devices is 2, the fresh-keeping devices are arranged on two side walls of the inner container of the box body and are close to the box door; each fresh-keeping device is provided with at least two ion outlets which are sequentially and longitudinally arranged on the side wall of the fresh-keeping device close to the inner bottom of the refrigerating chamber.
Preferably, two side walls of the tank body liner are provided with symmetrical grooves, and each groove comprises a vertical groove and a horizontal groove; each fresh-keeping device is fixed in a vertical groove, and the surface of an upper cover of each fresh-keeping device is flush with the surface of the inner container of the joint part at the outer side of the groove; the transverse grooves are positioned on two side walls of a storage cavity partitioned by the shelf of the refrigerating chamber, ion outlets of the fresh-keeping devices correspond to the transverse grooves one by one, and one ion outlet is communicated with one transverse groove.
Preferably, the width of the transverse groove is matched with the width of the ion outlet, extends to the inner bottom of the refrigerating chamber and forms an extension channel for the movement of ions.
Preferably, the transverse groove is provided with a cover, the upper surface of the cover is flush with the surface of the liner at the joint part outside the groove, and an opening is reserved between the cover and the innermost end of the transverse groove.
Preferably, vacuum heat insulation VIP plates are adhered to the wall of the groove to prevent foaming agent from being condensed due to the thin wall of the groove.
Preferably, in order to make the ions move more smoothly and easily split in the channel, the channel near the ion outlet is inclined downwards, and an angle formed by the channel and the ion outlet is arc-shaped.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in order to install two fresh-keeping devices 1, two side walls of an inner container of a refrigerator body are provided with symmetrical grooves 8, and each groove 8 comprises a vertical groove and a horizontal groove; the two preservation devices 1 are symmetrically arranged in vertical grooves on two sides of the inner container of the box body, each preservation device is fixed in one vertical groove, and the surface of an upper cover of each preservation device is flush with the surface of the inner container of a joint part outside the groove 8; the transverse grooves are positioned on two side walls of a storage cavity partitioned by the shelf of the refrigerating chamber, the ion outlets 7 of the fresh-keeping devices 1 correspond to the transverse grooves one by one, and one ion outlet 7 is communicated with one transverse groove.
In order to enable the ions to be discharged from the ion outlet 7 and to completely enter the transverse groove, the width of the transverse groove is matched with the width of the ion outlet, is at least equal to the width of the ion outlet and extends to the inner bottom of the refrigerating chamber, a cover is arranged on the transverse groove, the upper surface of the cover is flush with the surface of the inner container of the joint part of the outer side of the groove, and an opening is reserved between the cover and the innermost end of the transverse groove.
Although ions can continuously move forward for a certain distance when coming out of the ion outlet 7 under the action of inertia, the ions can hardly reach the inner bottom of the refrigerating chamber, the transverse groove is provided with a cover, the ions can only move in the transverse groove when being discharged from the ion outlet 7, when the ions move to the inner bottom of the refrigerating chamber, the ions diffuse out from the opening of the cover and the transverse groove, and the ions quickly spread to the whole refrigerating chamber from the inner bottom of the refrigerating chamber.
To prevent the risk of foaming agent condensation due to the thin walls of the recess 8, vacuum insulating VIP panels may be attached to the walls of the recess 8.
In order to make the ions move more smoothly and easily shunt in the cavity channel 6, the cavity channel 6 close to the ion outlet 7 is designed to be inclined downwards, and the angle formed by the cavity channel 6 and the ion outlet 7 is in the shape of a circular arc.

The ion sterilization fresh-keeping refrigerator and the ion sterilization fresh-keeping method provided by the invention are simple to manufacture, operate and use for manufacturers, and do not need to spend much energy on the refrigerator. 1. An ion sterilization fresh-keeping refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, wherein a refrigerating chamber is arranged in the refrigerator body, and is characterized in that a fresh-keeping device is arranged on an inner container of the refrigerator body; the fresh-keeping device comprises a base, a fan, an ion generator, an upper cover and an ion outlet, wherein the base and the upper cover form a cuboid box with a cavity inside, the fan is installed on the uppermost portion of the base, the ion generator is fixedly installed below the fan through a plastic rib clamping jaw and is provided with a cavity channel for ion movement, and the cavity channel is communicated with the ion outlet.

The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the number of the fresh-keeping devices is 2, and the fresh-keeping devices are arranged on two side walls of the inner container of the refrigerator body and close to the refrigerator door; each fresh-keeping device is provided with at least two ion outlets which are sequentially and longitudinally arranged on the side wall of the fresh-keeping device close to the inner bottom of the refrigerating chamber.
