Abstract
The invention relates to a device for detecting a current short circuit release, which is characterized by comprising a first conduction piece, a second conduction piece and a release, wherein a push rod is arranged in the release, one end of the first conduction piece and one end of the second conduction piece are connected through a lead, and the other end of the first conduction piece and one end of the second conduction piece are movably connected with the push rod. The invention forms a closed loop through the first conduction piece, the second conduction piece, the end part of the ejector rod and the lead, judges the working state of the tripper through the on-off state of the closed loop, when the tripper is not tripped, the closed loop formed by the first conduction piece, the second conduction piece, the end part of the ejector rod and the lead is in a normally closed state, detects current through a detection module arranged on a circuit board, when a current signal exists, the tripper is not tripped, if the signal cannot be detected, the action of the ejector rod is explained, the ejector rod moves to one side of a contact system, and therefore, the loop is disconnected and does not have an electric signal.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of a release of a circuit breaker, and relates to a device for detecting a current short-circuit release.
Background
A residual current circuit breaker (residual current circuit-breaker) is a switch that can automatically operate when a leakage current in a circuit exceeds a predetermined value. The conventional leakage circuit breaker is classified into a voltage type and a current type, and the current type is classified into an electromagnetic type and an electronic type. The residual current circuit breaker is mainly used for preventing human bodies from getting electric shock, and is selected according to different requirements of direct contact and indirect contact electric shock protection.
The current of the leakage part is detected through an electromagnetic coil, a mandril in the electromagnetic coil after short circuit is judged to move towards one side of a contact system, and brake separation is realized, but the state detection of a release is not realized at present.

The invention aims to provide a device for detecting a current short-circuit release, which is used for detecting the working state of the release.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a device for detecting a current short circuit release is characterized by comprising a first conduction piece, a second conduction piece and a release, wherein a top rod is arranged in the release, one end of the first conduction piece is connected with one end of the second conduction piece through a lead, the other end of the first conduction piece is movably connected with the top rod, and when the release is released, the top rod is separated from the first conduction piece and the second conduction piece; when the tripper is not tripped, the ejector rod is conducted with the first conducting piece and the second conducting piece to form a loop; the detection module is arranged on a circuit board of the reclosing part and is electrically connected with the loop.
The invention is further provided that the first conducting piece and the second conducting piece are positioned in a shell of the leakage part, a vertical plate is formed in the shell, the vertical plate is positioned at one side of the tripper, a clamping groove for fixing the first conducting piece and the second conducting piece is formed on the vertical plate, and an opening is formed at one side of the clamping groove.
The invention further provides that the first conducting piece and the second conducting piece are arranged in parallel and made of conducting materials.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention forms a closed loop through the first conduction piece, the second conduction piece, the end part of the ejector rod and the lead, judges the working state of the tripper through the on-off state of the closed loop, when the tripper is not tripped, the closed loop formed by the first conduction piece, the second conduction piece, the end part of the ejector rod and the lead is in a normally closed state, detects current through a detection module arranged on a circuit board, when a current signal exists, the tripper is not tripped, if the signal cannot be detected, the action of the ejector rod is explained, the closed loop moves to one side of a contact system, so that the loop is disconnected, and no electric signal exists, therefore, the detection of the working state of the tripper can be realized through the two simple conduction pieces, and the monitoring of the use condition of the circuit breaker is facilitated.

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application will be provided with reference to the drawings and examples, so that how to implement the technical means for solving the technical problems and achieving the technical effects of the present application can be fully understood and implemented.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention is a device for detecting a current short-circuit release, which is disposed in an electrical leakage breaker, the electrical leakage breaker includes an electrical leakage portion and a reclosing portion, wherein the electrical leakage portion is disposed at least at one stage, and a circuit board is disposed in the reclosing portion.
The device for detecting the current short circuit release comprises a first conduction piece 40, a second conduction piece 50 and a release, wherein a push rod 60 is arranged in the release, one end of the first conduction piece 40 is connected with one end of the second conduction piece 50 through a lead, the other end of the first conduction piece 40 is movably connected with the push rod 60, and when the release is released, the push rod 60 is separated from the first conduction piece 40 and the second conduction piece 50; when the release is not released, the mandril 60 is communicated with the first conduction piece 40 and the second conduction piece 50 to form a loop; the detection device also comprises a detection module for detecting the loop current, wherein the detection module is arranged on a circuit board 30 of the reclosing part 10, and the detection module is electrically connected with the loop.
The first conducting piece 40 and the second conducting piece 50 are located in a housing of the leakage part 20, a vertical plate 70 is formed in the housing, the vertical plate 70 is located at one side of the trip, a clamping groove 80 for fixing the first conducting piece 40 and the second conducting piece 50 is formed on the vertical plate 70, an opening is formed at one side of the clamping groove 80, and the first conducting piece 40 and the second conducting piece 50 are placed in the clamping groove 80 from the opening to be fixed.
In addition, the first conducting piece 40 and the second conducting piece 50 are arranged in parallel and made of conductive materials, the first conducting piece 40 and the second conducting piece 50 are in contact with the ejector rod 60 and are connected through a conducting wire, and the first conducting piece 40 and the second conducting piece 50 can be metal products such as copper bars and the like which can conduct electricity.
According to the invention, a closed loop is formed by the first conducting piece 40, the second conducting piece 50, the end part of the ejector rod 60 and the lead, the working state of the tripper is judged according to the on-off state of the closed loop, when the tripper is not tripped, the closed loop formed by the first conducting piece 40, the second conducting piece 50, the end part of the ejector rod 60 and the lead is in a normally closed state, a detection module arranged on the circuit board 30 is used for detecting current, when a current signal exists, the tripper is in an untripped state, if the signal cannot be detected, the action of the ejector rod 60 is described, the movement is carried out towards one side of a contact system, so that the loop is disconnected, and no electric signal exists, therefore, the detection of the working state of the tripper can be realized through two simple conducting pieces, and the monitoring of the use condition of the circuit breaker is facilitated.

1. A device for detecting a current short circuit release is characterized by comprising a first conduction piece, a second conduction piece and a release, wherein a top rod is arranged in the release, one end of the first conduction piece is connected with one end of the second conduction piece through a lead, the other end of the first conduction piece is movably connected with the top rod, and when the release is released, the top rod is separated from the first conduction piece and the second conduction piece; when the tripper is not tripped, the ejector rod is conducted with the first conducting piece and the second conducting piece to form a loop; the detection module is arranged on a circuit board of the reclosing part and is electrically connected with the loop.
2. The device for detecting the short-circuit release of current as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first conducting member and the second conducting member are located in a casing of the leakage part, a vertical plate is formed in the casing, the vertical plate is located at one side of the release, a slot for fixing the first conducting member and the second conducting member is formed on the vertical plate, and an opening is formed at one side of the slot.
3. The device of claim 2, wherein the first conducting member and the second conducting member are disposed in parallel and are made of a conductive material.
