Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The above objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description of the present invention when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the present invention provides a stepping buffer device, which includes a feeding mechanism 10, a buffer rack 30, a carrying mechanism 20, and a discharging mechanism 40, wherein:
be equipped with a N feed bin in the buffer memory work or material rest 30, every feed bin all is used for a buffer memory battery case, has put a plurality of battery pieces that belong to same gear in the battery case, is equipped with the gear label on the battery case.
For example, in an embodiment, the value of N is 800, that is, 800 bins are arranged in the buffer material rack 30, the battery piece is divided into 108 different gears, and the gears may represent the quality level of the battery piece, may also represent the production batch of the battery piece, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention. The gear label on the battery box is used for storing the gears of the battery pieces in the battery box.
Optionally, the gear label can adopt a readable-writable electronic label, and after a plurality of battery pieces with the same gear are stored in a certain battery box, the gear information of the stored battery pieces is written into the electronic label of the battery box.
The feeding mechanism 10 is configured to transport the battery cartridges to be buffered to a feeding station adjacent to the buffer stack 30.
The carrying mechanism 20 is configured to pick up N battery cartridges to be buffered from the feeding mechanism 10 at a time, and buffer the picked N battery cartridges to be buffered into N empty bins in the buffer stack 30, where N is an integer smaller than N.
As in one embodiment, n is 7, that is, the carrying mechanism 20 picks up 7 cartridges to be buffered from the loading mechanism 10 at a time and buffers the 7 cartridges to be buffered in 7 empty bins in the material rest 30.
The carrying mechanism 20 is further configured to pick up several battery boxes belonging to the same gear from the buffer material rack 30 at a time, and carry the picked several battery boxes belonging to the same gear onto the blanking mechanism 40.
The blanking mechanism 40 is configured to convey a plurality of battery cartridges belonging to the same shift position, which are conveyed by the conveying mechanism 20, to a next station.
The grading cache device of the invention in some optional embodiments performs the grading process on the battery slices as follows:
and controlling the feeding mechanism 10 to convey the battery box to be buffered to a feeding station close to the buffer material frame 30.
The control and control carrying mechanism 20 picks up n battery boxes to be cached from the feeding mechanism at a time, and caches the picked n battery boxes to be cached into n idle bins in the caching rack, so that the current round of caching is completed.
After the current round of buffer storage is completed, the carrying mechanism 20 is controlled to selectively execute the following operations according to different situations:
first case: when the number of battery boxes which belong to the same gear and are cached in the cache rack 20 reaches n. For example, when the number of battery boxes belonging to the same gear cached in the cache rack 20 reaches 7.
At this time, the stepping blanking conditions are met, the control and control conveying mechanism 20 picks up the n battery boxes belonging to the same gear from the buffer material rack 30, and conveys the picked n battery boxes belonging to the same gear to the blanking mechanism 40.
Second case: the number of battery boxes which are cached in the cache rack 20 and belong to the same gear does not reach n, but the cache time of the battery box with the longest cache time in the cache rack 20 exceeds a preset time.
At this time, the control and control conveying mechanism 20 picks up the battery box with the longest buffer time and the battery box with the same gear as the battery box with the longest buffer time from the buffer material rack 30, and conveys the picked-up battery box to the blanking mechanism 40.
In the second case, the number of battery boxes belonging to the same gear does not reach the predetermined number n, and at this time, the step blanking operation should not be executed. However, as known to those skilled in the art, in some application scenarios, the number of battery boxes in different gears differs greatly, that is, the frequency of occurrence of battery boxes buffered to different gears in the buffer material frame 20 differs greatly. As in the foregoing embodiment, of the 108 battery segments, the battery cartridges of 24 positions appear more frequently, which amounts to 85%, while the battery cartridges of the remaining 84 positions appear less frequently, which amounts to only 15%.
Therefore, it is easy to occur in the caching process: the battery boxes with low gear frequency are not n in a long time, and the battery boxes with low gear frequency always occupy the storage bins, so that the battery boxes entering the buffer storage rack 30 subsequently have no free storage bins to be buffered. In order to solve the problem, each battery box can be timed after being cached to the cache material rack 30, and after the cache time of the battery box with the longest cache time reaches the preset time, timely discharging of the battery box and the battery box with the same gear as the battery box is implemented, so that timely discharging of the battery box with low gear frequency is realized, and grading efficiency is guaranteed.
Third case: that is, neither of the first two cases is satisfied.
At this time, the carrying mechanism 20 continues to perform the next round of buffering until the first situation or the second situation occurs.
And controlling the blanking mechanism 40 to convey the n or less than n battery boxes belonging to the same gear and conveyed by the conveying mechanism 20 to the next station.
It can be seen that, by the cooperation of the feeding mechanism 10, the carrying mechanism 20 and the discharging mechanism 40, the grading cache device provided by the invention realizes the full automation of feeding, grading caching and discharging, and can simultaneously realize grading caching and discharging of a plurality of battery boxes, thereby improving the grading efficiency.

Each taking and placing part 251 synchronously picks up the corresponding battery box, specifically: the adsorption plate driving mechanism 2512 pushes the adsorption plate 2513 outward out of the support plate 2511, so that the battery cartridge adsorbed on the adsorption plate 2513 is pushed into the magazine or the blanking buffer rack, and the adsorption plate 2513 releases the battery cartridge immediately. Subsequently, the suction plate driving mechanism 2512 drives the suction plate 2513 to return to the initial position on the support plate 2511, and the return of the suction plate 2513 is completed.
Optionally, a sensor 2514 is disposed at an edge of the supporting plate 2511 of the pick-and-place unit 251, and the sensor 2514 is in signal connection with a control end of the suction plate driving mechanism 2512. When the battery case is pulled onto the support plate 2511, the sensor 2514 generates a sensing signal, and the suction plate driving mechanism 2512 stops driving.
The invention has been described above with a certain degree of particularity. It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the description of the embodiments is merely exemplary and that all changes that come within the true spirit and scope of the invention are desired to be protected. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description of the embodiments.
