Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vehicle suspension adjustment, in particular to a vehicle suspension adjustment method, a device, a nonvolatile storage medium and a processor.
Background
After the vehicle suspension system is installed, calibration is needed, namely, each suspension is adjusted, so that the vehicle body is kept horizontal, and the height of the vehicle body is in a proper position.
In the prior art, taking an electronic control air suspension system (ECAS) as an example, when calibrating each axle suspension, a technician carries a computer, firstly measures the height value of one axle, then sends a command to an ECU through a computer end to control an electromagnetic valve to adjust the height of each axle so as to enable the single axle to reach a target position, and then measures and calibrates other axles after completing calibration of one axle. The vehicle body is usually not in a horizontal state after the four shafts are calibrated in sequence respectively, because each shaft is mutually influenced, the heights of other three shafts are also changed when the first shaft is calibrated by inflation and deflation, and the other three shafts are not in the original target position after the fourth shaft is calibrated according to the operation mode.
Therefore, in the prior art, because mutual disturbance exists between the suspensions, the suspensions which are already regulated can be disturbed after other suspensions are regulated, so that errors occur, multiple correction and regulation are required, and the regulation is inconvenient.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed at present.
The above information disclosed in the background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the technology described herein. Accordingly, the background art may contain some information that is not otherwise known to those of skill in the art.

Fig. 1 is a vehicle suspension adjustment method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including the steps of:
step S102, determining a plurality of height adjustment amounts at positions of a frame of the vehicle corresponding to a plurality of suspensions;
step S104, determining a plurality of target adjustment distances corresponding to a plurality of suspensions according to the height adjustment amounts and the mutual disturbance relation during adjustment of the suspensions;
step S106, adjusting the suspensions according to the target adjustment distances.
The vehicle suspension adjusting method adopting the scheme comprises the following steps: determining a plurality of height adjustment amounts at positions of a frame of the vehicle corresponding to the plurality of suspensions; determining a plurality of target adjustment distances corresponding to a plurality of suspensions according to the height adjustment amounts and the mutual disturbance relation during adjustment of the suspensions; the plurality of suspensions are adjusted according to the plurality of target adjustment distances. According to the vehicle suspension adjusting method, firstly, a plurality of height adjusting quantities of the positions of the frame corresponding to the suspensions are determined according to the vehicle adjusting requirement, on the basis, the target adjusting distances corresponding to the suspensions are directly determined by combining the mutual disturbance relation among the suspensions, the corresponding suspensions are adjusted according to the determined target adjusting distances, the desired adjusting effect can be achieved in one step, the frame after adjustment meets the expected condition, compared with the prior art, the condition that errors occur in the adjusted suspensions due to disturbance exist after adjustment of other suspensions is avoided, multiple correction and adjustment are not needed, the suspension adjusting step is effectively simplified, and the problem that the vehicle suspensions in the prior art are inconvenient to adjust due to disturbance exists among the suspensions is solved.
Specifically, the mutual disturbance relation during the adjustment of the suspensions comprises the mutual disturbance ratio of the suspensions; according to the mutual disturbance relation between the height adjustment amounts and the suspension adjustment, determining a plurality of target adjustment distances corresponding to the suspensions comprises the following steps: and calculating a plurality of target adjustment distances corresponding to the suspensions according to the height adjustment amounts and the disturbance ratios.
Specifically, according to a plurality of height adjustment amounts and a plurality of disturbance ratios, a plurality of target adjustment distances corresponding to a plurality of suspensions are calculated, including: according to the system of equationsCalculating a plurality of target adjustment distances corresponding to the suspensions; wherein n is a natural number greater than 1, T 1 Adjusting the distance T for the corresponding target of the first suspension 2 Adjusting the distance, T, for the target corresponding to the second suspension 3 Adjusting the distance, T, for the target corresponding to the third suspension n Adjusting the distance for a target corresponding to the nth suspension; lambda (lambda) 1_2 For the disturbance ratio, lambda, of the first suspension to the second suspension during adjustment 1_3 For the disturbance ratio, lambda, of the first suspension to the third suspension during adjustment 1_n For the disturbance ratio of the first suspension to the nth suspension, lambda 2_1 For the disturbance ratio, lambda, of the second suspension to the first suspension during adjustment 2_3 Adjusting for the second suspensionDisturbance ratio of time to third suspension, lambda 2_n For the disturbance ratio of the second suspension to the nth suspension, lambda 3_1 For the disturbance ratio, lambda, of the third suspension to the first suspension during adjustment 3_2 For the disturbance ratio lambda of the third suspension to the second suspension during the adjustment 3_n For the disturbance ratio lambda of the nth suspension during the adjustment of the third suspension n_1 For the disturbance ratio, lambda, of the nth suspension to the first suspension during adjustment n_2 For the disturbance ratio lambda of the nth suspension to the second suspension during adjustment n_3 The disturbance ratio of the nth suspension to the third suspension during adjustment; delta 1 For height adjustment, delta, at the position of the frame corresponding to the first suspension 2 For height adjustment, delta, at the position of the frame corresponding to the second suspension 3 For the height adjustment amount, delta, at the position of the frame corresponding to the third suspension n Is the height adjustment amount at the position of the frame corresponding to the nth suspension.
That is, the height adjustment amount of the position of the frame corresponding to each suspension is equal to the target adjustment distance of the corresponding suspension plus the interference amount of other suspensions during adjustment, the target adjustment distance corresponding to each suspension can be obtained by solving the equation set, and the corresponding adjustment of each suspension is only needed according to each target adjustment distance, so that the disturbance effect among the suspensions can be integrated after each suspension is adjusted, the adjustment of the frame meets the initial expectation, namely, the height adjustment amount of the position of the frame corresponding to each suspension reaches the expected value, the purpose of one-time adjustment is realized, and the problem that the vehicle suspension in the prior art is inconvenient to adjust due to disturbance among the suspensions is solved.
It should be noted that the above equation set is merely a representation form adopted for better showing the rule, where the specific value of n is consistent with the number of suspensions of the vehicle, and the equation set is applicable to an adjustment process of a vehicle with a plurality of suspensions, and can better consider mutual disturbance between suspension adjustment, where n is a natural number greater than 1, that is, n may be 2 or 3, and not necessarily greater than 3, when n is 2, there are only two suspensions, and when n is 3, there are only three suspensions, and the equation set has only three equations.

That is, in this embodiment, the vehicle has four suspensions, and when the four suspensions are adjusted, there is a disturbance between them, and four target adjustment distances corresponding to the four suspensions are calculated by using the above equation set, and based on this, the four suspensions can be accurately adjusted in place at a time.
