The invention provides a low-noise pin puller, which is characterized in that: the ignition device comprises a wire fixing plate 1, a plugging cover 2, a cushion pad 3, a shell 4, an ignition tube 5, a memory alloy 6, an adapter 7, a support ring 8, a charge column 9 and a pin 10;

The line fixing plate and the blocking cover of the device adopt aluminum alloy rods, the cushion pad adopts epoxy resin, the support ring adopts a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, the adapter and the shell adopt stainless steel rods, the pin adopts alloy structural steel, and the explosive column adopts ignition powder with high heat value.
According to the invention, a proper amount of ignition powder is added into the memory alloy inner cavity, after the pin puller is assembled, direct current is input into the low-noise pin puller, the ignition tube fires to ignite the ignition powder in the memory alloy, the ignition powder burns to generate a large amount of heat, the memory alloy is heated and shrunk, so that the constraint of the blocking cover is removed, and the pin retracts inwards together with the memory alloy under the action of the elastic force of the spring, so that the pin puller is realized.
The plug cap does not contain high explosive and large impact, the cushion pad made of polytetrafluoroethylene plates is added into the plug cap, the sound generated by collision in the pin pulling process is reduced, and the sound can be blocked from being transmitted to a greater extent by glue filling of the wire fixing plates.
The invention belongs to a mechanical working type driving type initiating explosive device, can be applied to the insurance and the release insurance of an underwater and aerospace weapon system, realizes the rapid low-noise pin pulling and unlocking of initiating explosive devices, and has the pin pulling sound less than 140 db.
