Description

Torque wrench for implant operation
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a torque wrench for implant surgery, and more particularly, to a torque wrench for implant surgery, which can tighten and firmly connect a screw or completely unscrew the screw by using only one torque wrench of the present invention from the beginning to the end without requiring an additional hand screw.
Background
Implants refer to substitutes that restore lost human tissue, and in general, in dentistry refer to the following substitutes: in order to be able to replace the root of a lost tooth, after a fixture is implanted into an alveolar bone from which the natural root of the tooth is dropped and adhered, an abutment is coupled to the upper portion thereof, and then an artificial tooth (crown) is fixed to the abutment, thereby restoring the original function of the tooth.
The main stream of such an implant for implant surgery is a screw-type implant in which a base and a fixture are fastened by a fastening force of a screw, and the screw-type implant includes the fixture, the base, a prosthesis, and the like.
In the conventional method, when performing the screw type implant surgery, the fixing body and the abutment are coupled or separated by the screw by using a separate hand chisel and a conventional torque wrench for implant surgery which can be tightened with a force of a predetermined or more.
When utilizing torque wrench in the past to carry out screw combination or separation, the bolt need the certain degree fasten to be connected to can use torque wrench after corresponding the nut, and the problem lies in, especially under the state that bolt and nut do not have fastening connection or fastening connection is insecure, if use torque wrench to tighten the bolt, can make torque wrench in the past idle running, leads to unable fastening connection. Due to such a problem, when fastening with a screw, after a certain degree of tightening is initially performed with a separate hand chisel rather than a wrench, in order to prevent loosening of the screw due to continuous and repeated application of an engaging force, it is only necessary to firmly tighten the screw again using a torque wrench. Similarly, when a tightly tightened screw is to be unscrewed, a cumbersome process of first unscrewing the screw to some extent with a torque wrench and then completely unscrewing the screw with a hand chisel is required.
When carrying out the dental implant operation, when the fastening connection position of base station and fixed body is located the inboard depths in oral cavity, under the state that the operator opens patient's mouth with the hand, earlier utilize the hand, through the hand chisel with screw certain degree fastening connection after, in order to carry out firm fastening connection again, can only change into torque wrench, then carry out fastening connection with strong moment of torsion. In particular, in the case of a patient who has difficulty in opening the mouth, it is difficult to directly and accurately position the hand chisel at the fastening portion in the oral cavity by hand and tighten the hand chisel, and depending on the case, the driver may be left out of the oral cavity.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a torque wrench, which can tighten a screw with only one torque wrench of the present invention from the beginning to the end without additional hand chiseling and firmly connect it with a required force or completely unscrew the screw, thereby eliminating the need for excessive mouth opening by a patient during an operation and reducing inconvenience of an operator directly fastening the screw with a hand at a place difficult to access.
In addition, the present invention is directed to a surgical instrument which is configured to easily tighten and loosen a screw using only one torque wrench, thereby achieving a more precise and stable operation and shortening a surgical time.
Further, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a torque wrench which can reduce the trouble of placing a hand chisel and a torque wrench at the same time and requiring replacement in the middle of use in an operation of screwing or unscrewing a screw.
In addition, the invention aims to provide a torque wrench, which does not need a handheld screwdriver so as to prevent a patient from swallowing the handheld screwdriver.
To achieve the above object, a torque wrench for implant surgery according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a first body part having a predetermined length and provided with a head part to which a torque wrench driver is coupled at one end thereof; a second body part, which is provided with at least one part with a specified length on one side of the first body part and is provided with a combination part along the length direction; and a second shaft rotatably coupled to a coupling portion of the second body, having a second gear formed at a distal end thereof, and capable of transmitting a rotational force to a driver for a torque wrench through the first gear coupled to the second gear in accordance with rotation of a handle portion formed at the other end thereof.
Preferably, the first gear is rotatably formed at an upper side of the torque wrench screwdriver or at a head portion side of the first body portion.
More preferably, the first gear is formed at an upper end of the rotating body inserted into the fastening connection hole formed at the head, and the plurality of ratchet grooves are formed at an outer side surface of the rotating body.
Most preferably, a lever-shaped torque meter is further provided on one side surface of the first body portion.
Preferably, a protective cover is further included such that a portion where the first gear and the second gear are combined is not exposed to the outside.
According to the present invention, the following effects are obtained.
First, without additional hand chisels, the screws can be tightened and tightly connected by only one torque wrench from the beginning to the end, or completely unscrewed, so that the situation that the hand chisels are missed during the operation and the patient swallows the screws can be prevented.
Second, the surgical instrument is constructed in a form that screws can be easily tightened and loosened only by using a torque wrench, so that not only can a more precise and stable operation be realized, but also the operation time can be shortened.
Third, in the operation of screwing or unscrewing the screw, the trouble of putting the hand chisel and the torque wrench aside at the same time and replacing them in the middle can be completely eliminated.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a torque wrench according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the torque wrench according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a torque wrench for implant surgery according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first body part 10 having a predetermined length and provided at one side end with a head part 16, the head part 16 being formed with a fastening coupling hole 18 so that a torque wrench screw driver 30 is detachably coupled thereto; a second body part 20, which is provided with at least one part having a predetermined length on one side of the first body part 10 and has a coupling part formed along the longitudinal direction thereof; and a second shaft 22 rotatably coupled to a coupling portion of the second body 20, having a second gear 24 formed at a distal end thereof, and capable of transmitting a rotational force to the torque wrench driver 30 through a first gear 34 coupled to the second gear 24 in response to rotation of a grip portion 26 formed at the other end thereof.
As shown in fig. 2, the first body portion 10 is provided with a head portion 16 having a fastening hole 18 formed at one end thereof, a torque wrench driver 30 is detachably coupled to the fastening hole 18 of the head portion 16, and the torque wrench driver is configured to be rotatable only in one direction in accordance with the operation of the rotation direction switching grip portions 19 and 119.
The second body portion 20 is provided at least one side of the first body portion 10 by a predetermined length along the longitudinal direction of the first body portion 10, and is formed with a coupling portion along the longitudinal direction thereof. Here, the coupling portion is any form that allows the second shaft to be rotatably coupled, and is preferably a hollow form, and a side portion between both ends may be configured to be opened to the outside.
The second shaft 22 is coupled to a coupling portion of the second body 20, and as the handle 26 formed at the other end thereof is rotated, a rotational force is transmitted to the torque wrench screw driver 30 fixedly coupled to the fastening coupling hole 18 through the second gear 24 formed at the distal end of the second shaft 22 and the first gear 34 coupled to the second gear 24. Preferably, the first gear 34 is a first bevel gear and the second gear 24 is a second bevel gear. Depending on the case, the first gear and the second gear may be implemented in a worm gear form as shown in fig. 3. On the other hand, although it is shown in fig. 1 and 2 that the first gear 34 is formed at the upper end of the torque wrench screwdriver 30, it is not limited thereto, but should be construed as a concept including any position and structure of a gear combined with the second gear 24 and transmitting a rotational force to the torque wrench screwdriver 30. For example, the present invention may include a rotating body integrally and rotatably coupled to the head portion of the first body portion 10, and a first gear formed at an upper end thereof.
Preferably, a hollow is further formed along the length direction of the first body part 10, the first shaft 12 is formed with a ratchet protrusion 14 at one side end in a protruding manner and inserted into the hollow of the first body part 10, and the ratchet protrusion 14 can be coupled to the torque wrench driver 30 in a unidirectional torque transmission manner.
In other words, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of ratchet grooves 32 are formed at the outer side surface of the driver 30, but the ratchet protrusion 14 formed in a protruding manner at one side end of the first shaft 12 can be coupled to the ratchet grooves 32 in a manner of unidirectionally transmitting torque.
Preferably, the torque wrench screwdriver 30 and the fastening connection hole 18 may be variously modified in structure and shape.
More preferably, a rotation direction converting grip 19 for determining a rotation direction of the torque wrench is provided at the other end of the first shaft 12, and a grip 26 is provided at the other end of the second shaft 22. In this case, when the rotation direction of the torque wrench is to be changed, the torque wrench fastened to the fastening hole of the torque wrench may be fastened in the opposite direction by a driver and then rotated. Therefore, when screwing is performed by the torque wrench according to the present invention, the handle portion 26 is rotated, and after the screw is tightened to some extent by the torque wrench driver, the rotation direction switching handle portion 19 or the first body portion 10 is rotated in such a manner that the torque wrench driver can be rotated, thereby firmly fastening. When the screw to be fastened is separated, the rotation direction changing knob 19 or the first body 10 is rotated to release the strong connection, and then the screw can be completely unscrewed by rotating the knob 26. Thus, without the need for additional hand chiseling tools, it is possible from the beginning to the end to tighten and secure the screw with only one torque wrench according to the invention or to unscrew the screw completely.
In addition, in the torque wrench for implant surgery according to another embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned torque wrench driver 30 may be configured to be integrally provided in the head portion 16 of the first body portion 10.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a torque wrench according to still another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is an exploded perspective view of a torque wrench according to still another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first body part 110, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, has a head part 116 formed with a fastening connection hole 118 at one end thereof, a rotating body 130 integrally and rotatably coupled to the fastening connection hole 118 of the head part 116, and a plurality of ratchet grooves 132 may be formed on an outer surface of the rotating body. Further, a first gear may be formed at an upper end portion of the rotating body.
In addition, the second body part 120 is provided at least one side of the first body part 110 by a predetermined length, and a coupling part coupled to the second shaft 122 is formed along the length direction thereof. Preferably, the joint portion may be in a hollow form. In fig. 4 and 5, although the two second body parts 120 are formed to be hollow in a longitudinal direction in a corresponding manner, all the concepts should be construed as being included if the second shaft is rotatably coupled to the coupling part of the second body part regardless of the number, length and configuration of the second body parts.
The second shaft 122 is rotatably coupled to a coupling portion of the second body 120, and as the handle portion 126 formed at the other end is rotated, a rotational force is transmitted to the rotating body 130 and/or the torque wrench screw driver 160, which are fastened to the fastening connection hole 118, through the second gear 124 formed at the distal end of the second shaft 122 and the first gear 134 coupled to the second gear 124. The rotating body 130 may be rotatably coupled to the fastening connection hole 118 by a fixing member 136. Preferably, a first gear 134 is formed at the upper end of the rotating body 130, and a screwdriver 160 for a torque wrench is insertedly coupled to the rotating body 130. Although fig. 4 and 5 show a structure in which the rotational force is transmitted to the torque wrench driver 160 through the rotary body 130, the first gear 134 is coupled to the second gear, and the rotational force is transmitted to the torque wrench driver 160, it is obvious that the first gear 134 may be modified and applied in various forms and/or structures in the head 116 of the first body 110.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to prevent the combined portion of the first gear 134 and the second gear 124 from being exposed to the outside, a protective cover 150 is further included. This is to prevent a foreign matter or the like from being sucked into the gear during an operation to cause a trouble or danger. Further, a shaft cover 140 is further provided on an upper side of the second body part 120 to prevent the second shaft 122 from being exposed to the outside.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the lever-shaped torque meters 40 and 170 may be provided on the first main body portion side surface, and may be curved in some cases.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the specific configurations described above. For example, the torque wrench may not have the structure of the rotation direction changing grip 19 which can easily change the rotation direction of the torque wrench even without changing the direction of fastening the torque wrench to the fastening hole with the driver, and in another embodiment, the structure of the fastening hole may be formed in various forms. The present invention may be variously modified or changed by a person having ordinary knowledge in the art without departing from the technical idea and the scope of the present invention described in the patent claims. However, it is to be understood that such a purely structural modification or variation of the material is within the scope of the present invention.
