In steps S81-S85, a pre-trained disease picture recognition model and a level classification model are adopted, the disease type and the disease level of the disease suffered by the patient are rapidly determined according to the disease picture uploaded by the user, and in addition, the condition that the disease picture recognition model is possibly inaccurate to recognize and the level classification model is not suitable to select is considered. For the case that the confidence of the disease type or disease grade is lower than the preset threshold, the disease type or disease grade input by the patient can be used as a reference standard, so that the accuracy of the disease type and disease grade obtained by the community health consultation platform can be improved.

Further, the method and the device can also be used for rapidly acquiring the personal verification information through the account identification and acquiring the personal verification information through the information input page after verifying the identity validity of the patient, so that the safe and rapid acquisition of the personal verification information can be realized.
Furthermore, the method and the system can comprehensively judge whether the patient needs referral or not by utilizing the difference of the treatment weights of the social health service center on the diseases of different disease types and the condition that different initial scores are set for the disease grades. The medical resources of the social health service centers and the hospitals can be fully utilized, so that the social health and referral are more reasonable. When the patient needs to be referred, the patient does not need to go to a social health service center for referral certification, and can quickly examine and approve a referral request through a social health referral platform to finish the social health referral.
Furthermore, the method and the device also adopt a pre-trained disease picture recognition model and a level classification model, quickly determine the disease type and the disease level of the disease suffered by the patient according to the disease picture uploaded by the user, and also consider the situations that the disease picture recognition model is possibly inaccurate to recognize and the level classification model is not suitable to select. For the case that the confidence of the disease type or disease grade is lower than the preset threshold, the disease type or disease grade input by the patient can be used as a reference standard, so that the accuracy of the disease type and disease grade obtained by the community health consultation platform can be improved.
Furthermore, the method and the device also adopt the text extractor to extract the referral information from the consent-consultation information and send the referral information to the target device, so that the target device can generate a referral page according to the preset drawing type and the referral information. The patient can check referral information through the referral page at any time, and the referral page can be used as a certificate for visiting a hospital.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.

if the medical insurance participation type meets the preset referral condition, acquiring the disease information of the patient and the target hospital information to be referred by the patient;
obtaining a referral score value according to the disease information;
if the referral score value is larger than a preset score value, sending the disease information to a target hospital platform pointed by the target hospital information;
acquiring the information of agreeing to receive a doctor, which is sent by the target hospital platform;
and acquiring referral information according to the referral agreement information, and sending the referral information to target equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining personal verification information for the patient comprises:
acquiring an account identifier of a login account of a social health referral platform of a patient;
searching account user information according to the account identification;
if the account user information exists, acquiring personal verification information of the patient according to the account user information;
if the account user information does not exist, acquiring the face information of the patient;
identifying the face information of the patient, and calling a personal verification information input page if the identification result is consistent with the account identification;
and acquiring the personal verification information of the patient through the personal verification information entry page.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the disease information includes a disease category and a disease grade, and wherein deriving a referral score value from the disease information comprises:
acquiring geographic information of the social health transfer platform login equipment;
acquiring a preset number of social health service center identifications according to the geographic information;
acquiring disease processing weights corresponding to different disease types in each social health service center according to the social health service center identification;
and multiplying the disease treatment weight by the disease grade according to the disease category to obtain at least one referral score value.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determination of the disease category and the disease grade comprises the steps of:
acquiring a disease picture;
adopting a pre-trained disease picture identification model to identify the disease picture and determine the disease type;
selecting a class classification model according to the disease category;
determining the disease grade of the disease picture by adopting the grade classification model;
and if the confidence of the disease type or the disease grade is lower than a preset threshold value, adopting the disease type or the disease grade input by a user.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the obtaining referral information according to the consent treatment information and sending the referral information to a target device comprises:
acquiring referral information from the information of treatment agreement by adopting a text extractor, wherein the information of treatment agreement is represented by adopting a preset typesetting format;
and sending the referral information to the target equipment so that the target equipment generates a referral page according to a preset drawing type and the referral information.
6. A device for transfer of a patient's health, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring personal verification information of a patient;
the confirming module is used for confirming the medical insurance participation type of the patient according to the personal verification information;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the disease information of the patient and the target hospital information to be referral of the patient when the medical insurance participation type meets a preset referral condition;
the third acquisition module is used for obtaining a referral score value according to the disease information;
the transmitting module is used for transmitting the disease information to a target hospital platform pointed by the target hospital information when the referral score value is larger than a preset score value;
the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring the information of agreeing to receive a doctor, which is sent by the target hospital platform;
and the fifth acquisition module is used for acquiring referral information according to the referral agreement information and sending the referral information to the target equipment.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first obtaining module comprises:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the account identification of the social health transfer platform login account of the patient;
the searching unit is used for searching account user information according to the account identification;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring personal verification information of the patient according to the account user information if the account user information exists;
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring the face information of the patient when the account user information does not exist;
the calling unit is used for identifying the face information of the patient and calling a personal verification information input page if the identification result is consistent with the account identification;
and the fourth acquisition unit is used for acquiring the personal verification information of the patient through the personal verification information entry page.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the disease information comprises a disease category and a disease grade, and the third obtaining module comprises:
the fifth acquisition unit is used for acquiring the geographic information of the social transfer platform login equipment;
the sixth acquisition unit is used for acquiring the social health service center identifications with the preset number according to the geographic information;
the seventh obtaining unit is used for obtaining the disease processing weight corresponding to different disease types in each social service center according to the social service center identification;
and the eighth acquisition unit is used for multiplying the disease treatment weight by the disease grade according to the disease type to obtain at least one referral score value.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor, and computer readable instructions stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer readable instructions performs the steps of the social transfer method of any one of claims 1-5.
10. A computer readable storage medium storing computer readable instructions, wherein the computer readable instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the social transfer method of any one of claims 1-5.
