Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a barrel clamp type chuck for a laser pipe cutting machine, which is used for solving the technical problem that the existing barrel clamp type chuck is too large in use limitation and cannot guarantee clamping and machining precision.
The invention provides a barrel clamping chuck for laser pipe cutting, which comprises: the clamping device comprises a first clamping disc seat, a first clamping assembly and a clamping driving assembly;
the central axis area of the first chuck seat is in a through shape and is used for penetrating and processing a pipe;
the first clamping assembly is connected to the front side of the first chuck seat;
the first clamping assembly comprises at least three first clamping jaws, and the first clamping jaws are uniformly distributed on the first chuck base around the central axis of the first chuck base and are in sliding connection with the first chuck base, so that the first clamping jaws can synchronously slide along the radial direction of the first chuck base;
a first bearing and a second bearing are arranged in a clamping area of the first clamping jaw, the first bearing is located at the front end of the clamping area of the first clamping jaw, and the second bearing is located at the rear end of the clamping area of the first clamping jaw;
the axial direction of the first bearing is parallel to the axial direction of the second bearing, the axial directions of the first bearing and the second bearing are both vertical to the central axis of the first chuck seat, and the bearing surfaces of the first bearing and the second bearing are both used for abutting against a processed pipe, so that the processed pipe is clamped;
the clamping driving assembly is connected with the first clamping jaw in a matched mode and used for driving the first clamping jaw to move along the radial direction of the first clamping disc seat.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the second chuck seat and the second clamping assembly;
the second chuck seat is the same as the first chuck seat in structure, is connected to the rear side of the first chuck seat and is coaxial with the first chuck seat;
the second clamping assembly is connected to the rear side of the second chuck;
the second clamping assembly comprises at least three second clamping jaws, and the second clamping jaws are uniformly distributed on the second chuck seat around the central axis of the second chuck seat and are in sliding connection with the second chuck seat;
a third bearing is arranged in a clamping area of the second clamping jaw, the axial direction of the third bearing is parallel to the axial direction of the first bearing, the third bearing is perpendicular to the central axis of the second clamping disc seat, and the bearing surface of the third bearing is used for abutting against a processed pipe, so that the other end of the processed pipe is clamped;
and the clamping driving motor is matched and connected with the second clamping jaw and is used for driving the second clamping jaw and the first clamping jaw to synchronously move in the same direction.
Further, the number of the first clamping jaws is four;
the four first clamping jaws surround the central axis of the first chuck base, are uniformly distributed on the first chuck base and are in sliding connection with the first chuck base.
Further, the number of the second clamping jaws is four;
the four second clamping jaws surround the central axis of the second chuck seat, are uniformly distributed on the second chuck seat and are in sliding connection with the second chuck seat.
Furthermore, three first bearings are arranged on each first clamping jaw;
the three first bearings are arranged in parallel, so that the bearing surfaces of the three first bearings are all located at the same height.
Furthermore, three second bearings are arranged on each first clamping jaw;
the three second bearings are arranged in parallel and correspond to the three first bearings one by one, and the bearing surfaces of the three second bearings are all located at the same height.
Furthermore, three third bearings are arranged on each second clamping jaw;
the three third bearings are arranged in parallel, so that the bearing surfaces of the three third bearings are all located at the same height.
Further, the first bearing and the second bearing are both composed of needle bearings and chrome-plated rods.
Further, the bearing rod of the third bearing is composed of a needle bearing and a chromium-plated rod.
Further, a motor of the clamping driving assembly is specifically a servo motor.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that:
the cylinder-clamping chuck of the laser pipe cutting machine is provided with a first clamping jaw, a clamping area of the first clamping jaw is provided with a first bearing and a second bearing, the first bearing is positioned at the front end of the clamping area of the first clamping jaw, the second bearing is positioned at the rear end of the clamping area of the first clamping jaw, the first bearing and the second bearing are parallel and are perpendicular to the central axis of the first clamping jaw, the bearing surfaces of the first bearing and the second bearing are abutted with a processed pipe, so that the first bearing and the second bearing are used as parts for clamping the pipe, the processed pipe can be ensured to be accurately fixed and positioned in the radial direction during clamping, the pipe cannot deviate under the action of the pressure of the clamping jaws in the axial direction, high-precision processing can be carried out, when the pipe needs to be stretched, the clamping jaws do not need to be untied, the processed pipe can roll on the first bearing and the second bearing by pulling the pipe through force application, therefore, the pipe can be stretched, the radial position of the pipe is prevented from being cheap, and the processing precision is ensured; the first clamping jaw is connected with the first clamping chuck seat in a sliding mode, so that the first clamping jaw can synchronously slide along the radial direction of the first clamping chuck, the caliber size of the clamp can be adjusted to match pipes with different sizes, and the application range of the clamp is wider.

The invention provides a barrel clamping chuck for laser pipe cutting, which comprises: the clamping device comprises a first clamping disc seat 1, a first clamping component 3 and a clamping driving component 2;
the central axis area of the first chuck seat 1 is in a through shape and is used for penetrating and processing a pipe;
the first clamping component 3 is connected to the front side of the first chuck seat 1;
the first clamping assembly 3 comprises at least three first clamping jaws 4, the first clamping jaws 4 are uniformly distributed on the first clamping disc seat 1 around the central axis of the first clamping disc seat 1 and are in sliding connection with the first clamping disc seat 1, so that the first clamping jaws 4 can synchronously slide along the radial direction of the first clamping disc seat 1;
a first bearing 5 and a second bearing 6 are arranged in the clamping area of the first clamping jaw 4, the first bearing 5 is positioned at the front end of the clamping area of the first clamping jaw 4, and the second bearing 6 is positioned at the rear end of the clamping area of the first clamping jaw 4;
the axial direction of the first bearing 5 is parallel to the axial direction of the second bearing 6, the axial direction of the first bearing 5 and the axial direction of the second bearing 6 are both vertical to the central axis of the first chuck seat 1, and the bearing surfaces of the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6 are both used for abutting against a processed pipe, so that the processed pipe is clamped;
the clamping driving assembly 2 is connected with the first clamping jaw 4 in a matching mode and used for driving the first clamping jaw 4 to move along the radial direction of the first clamping disk seat 1.
It should be noted that the first chuck base 1 is in an upright state, the direction of the central axis of the first chuck base is a horizontal direction, and the central axis area of the first chuck base 1 is in a through rotation state, so that the processing pipe can transversely penetrate through the first chuck base 1; the first clamping component 3 is connected to the front side of the first chuck base 1, the first clamping component 3 comprises at least three first clamping jaws 4, a first bearing 5 and a second bearing 6 are arranged in a clamping area of each first clamping jaw 4, and specifically, the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6 are distributed on a clamping plane of each first clamping jaw 4 corresponding to a pipe, so that the bearing surfaces of the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6 replace the clamping plane of the conventional clamping jaw, and the radial position of the pipe is positioned and fixed through the bearing surfaces in the process of clamping and fixing the pipe; when the pipe needs to be stretched, the fixing mechanism can be loosened, and then force is applied to push the pipe to stretch on the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6, so that the stretching adjustment of the pipe is completed.
The clamping driving assembly 2 comprises a driving motor and a transmission mechanism, the driving motor is connected with one side of the transmission mechanism in a matching mode, and the other side of the transmission mechanism is connected with the first clamping assembly 3 in a matching mode, so that the driving motor controls the first clamping jaw 4 to move synchronously, and clamping and releasing are achieved; the matching structure of the clamping driving component 2 and the first clamping component 3 is a structure commonly used in the field and is not described in detail herein.
The cylinder-clamping chuck for the laser pipe cutter provided by the invention is provided with a first clamping jaw 4, a clamping area of the first clamping jaw 4 is provided with a first bearing 5 and a second bearing 6, the first bearing 5 is positioned at the front end of the clamping area of the first clamping jaw 4, the second bearing 6 is positioned at the rear end of the clamping area of the first clamping jaw 4, the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6 are parallel and are vertical to the central axis of the first clamping jaw, the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6 are used as parts for clamping a pipe by abutting the bearing surfaces of the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6 against the pipe to be machined, so that the pipe to be machined can be ensured to be accurately fixed and positioned in the radial direction during clamping, the pipe to be machined can be machined with high precision without deviation under the action of the pressure of the clamping jaws in the axial direction, when the pipe is required to be stretched, the clamping jaws do not need to be untie, the pipe is pulled by applying force, so that the pipe to be rolled on the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6, therefore, the pipe can be stretched, the radial position of the pipe is prevented from being cheap, and the processing precision is ensured; the first clamping jaw 4 is connected with the first chuck seat 1 in a sliding mode, so that the first clamping jaw 4 can synchronously slide along the radial direction of the first chuck, the caliber size of the clamp can be adjusted to match pipes with different sizes, and the application range of the clamp is wider.
As a further improvement, the barrel clamp chuck for laser cutting pipe provided by the embodiment of the present application further includes: a second chuck base 7 and a second clamping assembly 8;
the second chuck base 7 has the same structure as the first chuck base 1, and the second chuck base 7 is connected to the rear side of the first chuck base 1 and is coaxial with the first chuck base 1;
the second clamping assembly 8 is connected to the rear side of the second chuck;
the second clamping assembly 8 comprises at least three second clamping jaws 9, and the second clamping jaws 9 are uniformly distributed on the second clamping disc seat 7 around the central axis of the second clamping disc seat 7 and are in sliding connection with the second clamping disc seat 7;
a third bearing 10 is arranged in the clamping area of the second clamping jaw 9, the axial direction of the third bearing 10 is parallel to the axial direction of the first bearing 5, the third bearing 10 is vertical to the central axis of the second clamping disc seat 7, and the bearing surface of the third bearing 10 is used for abutting against a processed pipe, so that the other end of the processed pipe is clamped;
the clamping driving motor is connected with the second clamping jaw 9 in a matching mode and used for driving the second clamping jaw 9 and the first clamping jaw 4 to synchronously move in the same direction.
Particularly, the existing clamp for the laser pipe cutting machine is provided with only one collet chuck, the contact surface is small when the pipe is clamped, the contact surface is equivalent to one point contact, and the pipe is easy to swing in the rotating process, so that the machining precision is reduced. The second chuck seat 7 and the second clamping component 8 are arranged and are matched and connected with the first chuck seat 1 and the first clamping component 3 into a whole, the first clamping component 3 and the second clamping component 8 are used for fixedly clamping two ends of the pipe respectively, two points are fixed to form a straight line, and the pipe cannot swing in the rotating process, so that the machining precision is further guaranteed.
The structure of the second chuck is the same as that of the first chuck seat 1, the second chuck is communicated with the central axis region, the connection mode of the second clamping component 8 and the second chuck seat 7 is the same as that of the first clamping component 3 and the first chuck seat 1, and is not repeated here, and the position of the second clamping component 8 is the other end opposite to the first clamping component 3; clamping drive assembly 2 is connected with first clamping jaw 4 and the cooperation of second clamping jaw 9 simultaneously for clamping drive assembly 2 can drive first clamping jaw 4 and the synchronous motion of second clamping jaw 9 simultaneously, realizes that the clamping jaw presss from both sides tight and the function of relaxing, thereby can use manpower sparingly adjust on the one hand, and another conveniently guarantees the centre gripping precision of two clamping assemblies.
As a further improvement, the first clamping jaws 4 of the barrel clamp type chuck of the laser cutting pipe provided by the embodiment of the application are four in total; the four first clamping jaws 4 are uniformly distributed on the first chuck base 1 around the central axis of the first chuck base 1 and are in sliding connection with the first chuck base 1; particularly, through setting up four first clamping jaws 4 for first clamping jaw 4 can be followed four points and fixed a position the torus of tubular product, thereby improves the precision of location and the steadiness of clamping.
The number of the second clamping jaws 9 is four; the four second clamping jaws 9 surround the central axis of the second clamping disk seat 7, are uniformly distributed on the second clamping disk seat 7, and are connected with the second clamping disk seat 7 in a sliding manner.
As a further improvement, the laser cutting pipe barrel clamp chuck provided by the embodiment of the present application is provided with three first bearings 5 on each first jaw 4. The three first bearings 5 are arranged side by side so that the bearing surfaces of the three first bearings 5 are all located at the same height. Three second bearings 6 are arranged on each first clamping jaw 4; the three second bearings 6 are arranged in parallel and correspond to the three first bearings 5 one by one, and the bearing surfaces of the three second bearings 6 are all located at the same height.
Each second clamping jaw 9 is provided with three third bearings 10; the three third bearings 10 are arranged side by side so that the bearing surfaces of the three third bearings 10 are all located at the same height.
Particularly, when needing longer square-mouth tubular product of clamping cross section length of side, if adopt a bearing to carry out the centre gripping to one side of square-mouth tubular product alone, lead to centre gripping unstability and offset easily, lead to the machining precision to reduce, this application is through setting up three parallel bearing on every clamping jaw for the clamping face extension of clamping jaw, thereby improved with the area of contact of square-mouth tubular product side, thereby guarantee the steadiness of clamping, and then improve the precision of processing.
As a further improvement, the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 6 of the cylinder clamp type chuck of the laser cutting pipe provided by the embodiment of the application are both composed of a needle bearing and a chromium-plated rod 12. The bearing rod of the third bearing 10 consists of a needle bearing and a chrome-plated rod 12. By adopting the chromium-plated rod 12 and the needle roller bearing, the hardness of the shaft rod is favorably ensured, so that the bearing is more durable and the height of the bearing surface can be effectively controlled.
As a further improvement, the motor of the clamping driving component 2 of the barrel clamping chuck of the laser pipe cutting machine is specifically the servo motor 11, so that the displacement precision of the first clamping jaw 4 and the second clamping jaw 9 can be improved, and the clamping precision of the clamp can be further improved.
