Technical Field
The invention relates to a game rocker, in particular to a guide type touch screen game rocker.
Background
Along with the popularization of large-screen smart phones, in the operation process of intelligent games, the frequency of users touching the screen by fingers cannot meet the reflection requirement of the intelligent games, and the users need to operate by means of a game remote rod.
The name is a spherical click joystick which employs a disc spring design, as shown in section a of fig. 1, but the disc spring design suffers from the following drawbacks.
1. The damping generated by the disc spring is different when the rocker is swung, so that the operation handfeel of a user is influenced, and poor sensitivity is reflected.
2. The swing displacement of the rocker is influenced by the thickness of the disc spring, so that the phenomenon of clamping and stopping easily occurs, and the rocker has certain limitation.
3. When the rocker is swung, the reeds of the disc springs collide to generate abnormal sound, so that the using effect is affected.
Accordingly, there is a need to improve existing joystick structures to address one or more of the shortcomings or drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a guide type touch screen game rocker, which aims to solve the problems in the background art, and guides a pressure spring to do up-and-down reset movement through sliding matching guide of a spring guide groove position and a damping sliding block, avoids abnormal sound and clamping and stopping conditions, swings and/or presses a rocker operating panel to realize a spherical body touch screen, reflects sensitively and rapidly, and can meet the use requirement of a user and the fluency of operation.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a guide type touch screen game rocker which comprises a clamp with an elastically resettable middle and rear part, wherein a cavity is integrally formed at the upper end part of the clamp, a spring guide groove with a downward opening is integrally formed at the upper part of the cavity, a damping slide block is slidingly and fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the spring guide groove, a pressure spring is arranged between the spring guide groove and the damping slide block, a movable rocker connecting part is sleeved at the lower end of the damping slide block, an upper cavity hole is formed in the top of the cavity and positioned at the inner side of the spring guide groove, a rocker operating disc is arranged at the top of the rocker connecting part in a penetrating manner and connected with the upper cavity hole, the rocker operating disc is positioned above the spring guide groove, a spherical body is integrally arranged at the lower end of the rocker connecting part, a lower cavity hole is formed at the bottom of the cavity, a convex ring which is outwards arranged along the periphery of the lower cavity hole, and an annular rubber ring is arranged on the convex ring.
Further, the upper portion of spring guiding groove position is equipped with upper guide portion, the lower part of spring guiding groove position is equipped with lower guide portion, the damping slider is big-end-down's circular boss structure, the upper guide portion and the lower guide portion of spring guiding groove position are connected with the lateral surface slip of damping slider upper and lower portion respectively, in order to guide the damping slider oscilaltion.
Further, the clip includes punch holder, lower plate, reset spring and round pin axle, the punch holder is equipped with the shaft hole in well rear portion with the lower plate, reset spring installs in shaft hole department, round pin axle passes reset spring fixed connection on the shaft hole, the rear portion medial surface of punch holder and lower plate all is equipped with the concave surface, reset spring's both ends are in the concave surface of punch holder and lower plate in the top fastening respectively.
Further, a soft rubber pad is arranged on the inner side surface of the front end of the lower clamping plate.
Further, the upper clamping plate is provided with a plurality of protruding points on the outer side face of the rear end.
Further, a soft rubber sleeve made of a touch capacitor is sleeved on the surface of the spherical body.
Further, the upper end face of the rocker operating panel is a convex face.
Further, the inner side wall of the annular rubber ring is provided with an inner groove, and the inner groove of the annular rubber ring is tightly sleeved on the convex ring.

The invention has the beneficial effects compared with the prior art.
The invention provides a guide type touch screen game rocker, which guides a pressure spring to do up-down reset movement through sliding fit guide of a spring guide groove and a damping sliding block, avoids abnormal sound and clamping and stopping conditions, swings and/or presses a rocker operating panel to realize a point touch screen with high sensitivity of a spherical body, has light and labor-saving operation and quick reflection, and can meet the use requirement of a user and the fluency of operation.

In order to achieve the above objective, the embodiment of the present invention provides a guided touch screen game rocker, which is suitable for being clamped on a mobile phone screen, as shown in fig. 2-5, and includes a clip 1 with a middle and rear portion capable of elastically resetting, an upper end portion of the clip 1 is integrally formed with a cavity 2, an upper portion of the cavity 2 is integrally formed with a spring guiding slot 3 with a downward opening, an inner side wall of the spring guiding slot 3 is slidingly connected with a damping slider 7, a pressure spring 11 is installed between the spring guiding slot 3 and the damping slider 7, a movable rocker connecting portion 8 is sleeved at a lower end of the damping slider 7, a rocker operating disc 12 is disposed at a top portion of the rocker connecting portion 8 and penetrates through the upper cavity 4, the rocker operating disc 12 is disposed above the spring guiding slot 3, a spherical body 9 is integrally disposed at a lower end of the rocker connecting portion 8, a lower cavity 10 is disposed at a bottom of the cavity 2, a ring 5 is disposed along a periphery of the lower cavity 10, and a ring 5 is disposed at a ring 15.

In an embodiment operated by a user, the user holds the tail ends of the upper clamping plate 17 and the lower clamping plate 18, the clamp 1 is firmly clamped at a proper position on the mobile phone screen, the thumb is used for being abutted against the upper end face of the rocker operating plate 12, according to the requirements of intelligent games, on one hand, the rocker operating plate 12 is pushed to swing towards the east, west, south or north direction, the rocker connecting part 8 sleeved in the damping slide block 7 is utilized, the rocker operating plate 12 drives the rocker connecting part 8 to swing, the clamping condition is avoided, any end point position of the surface of the spherical body 9 at the lower part of the rocker connecting part 8 is contacted to the corresponding position on the mobile phone screen, the corresponding direction is generated, and the intelligent games are displayed, on the other hand, the user pushes the rocker operating plate 12 to realize the guiding reset movement of the rocker connecting part 8 by utilizing the sliding fit guiding groove 3 and the damping slide block 7, and the rolling of the soft rubber sleeve 13 on the spherical body 9 can quickly reset after each rolling is equivalent to the simulated finger sliding the mobile phone screen, and the abnormal sound condition of the pressure spring 11 can be avoided, so that the intelligent game can be displayed in the intelligent game screen with high sensitivity by pushing the rocker operating plate 9. The swinging of the whole operation rocker operation panel 12 in the east, west, south and north directions can be uniformly and smoothly completed, the damping sense is uniform, the operation is light and labor-saving, the touch operation hand feeling is good, and the operation experience and the operation fluency of a user are greatly promoted.
