Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy of China, the transportation industry enters the rapid development era. However, municipal road construction in China starts relatively late, technical strength is relatively weak, and under the comprehensive action of traffic load and natural environment, early-stage damage phenomena such as cracks, settlement, rutting, oil spill and the like appear in advance only a few years after a road surface (particularly an asphalt road surface) is put into operation, so that the service performance of the road surface is greatly reduced. The early damage of the road surface is developed into the biggest problem in road construction in China, and maintenance and repair work is urgent and is developed into one of the important work carried out by the transportation department.
In the middle and later stages of the 90 s of the 20 th century, the advanced concept and technology of preventive maintenance are introduced from Shanghai. The preventive maintenance technology is essentially a mandatory maintenance measure, when the road surface structure has not produced diseases or the disease phenomenon just occurs, the maintenance is carried out in advance to kill the diseases in the cradle, and the initiative of maintenance is mastered so as to delay the damage of the road surface. At that time, the preventive maintenance technologies introduced in Shanghai include slurry seal, micro surfacing and the like, and now with the rapid development of science and technology, the preventive maintenance technologies are continuously updated, and a plurality of new technologies, new processes and preventive maintenance technologies of new materials are generated. The current technology of asphalt macadam seal is simple and widely used.
The rubber asphalt macadam seal is a thin seal formed by rolling and spreading a layer of single-particle-size macadam immediately after a base layer or a surface layer is sprayed with a layer of rubber asphalt, can seal fine cracks of the base layer or the surface layer and prevent water from invading a pavement, meanwhile, the rubber asphalt has excellent elasticity, and compared with a common macadam seal, the rubber asphalt seal mainly has the advantages of good waterproof performance, strong radiation crack resistance, good durability and the like, and is generally widely used as a waterproof layer and a stress absorption layer of the pavement.
At present, a construction technology of a high-elasticity rubber asphalt composite gravel seal is provided, the composite seal is composed of a multi-layer synchronous gravel seal structure, the gravel particle size is reduced from bottom to top in sequence, the coarse particle size is used as a support, the fine particle size is used as a caulking material and is embedded into a gap of the coarse particle size to form a good embedding and extruding type structure, the composite gravel seal can be used as a newly-built or reconstructed pavement surface layer to directly bear traffic, the traffic can be opened in the same day, the composite gravel seal has excellent anti-reflection crack performance, the manufacturing cost is low, the construction period is short, and the composite gravel seal gradually becomes a main method for old road reconstruction.
However, at present, no corresponding composite gravel seal layer paving device exists, a plurality of synchronous gravel seal layer vehicles are often adopted for layered paving, and the vehicles cannot be integrally formed, so that the construction cost is high, and the problems that the construction machinery is difficult to dispatch, the asphalt temperature loss is large, and the construction effect is poor exist. Therefore, it is urgently needed to develop a composite gravel seal paving device to solve the above problems.

(2) the screening box provided by the invention overcomes the problem that the traditional synchronous macadam seal coat vehicle has strict requirements on stones, can adjust the particle size range of the screened macadam according to the needs through different gear combinations of the screen plates, screens the macadam mixture with any gradation on site, does not need to screen a large amount of macadam mixtures in advance in a stock yard, realizes the integration of the screening function and the spreading function, greatly simplifies the construction process, improves the construction efficiency, and reduces the energy waste and the environmental pollution caused by the large-tonnage screening of the stock yard;
(3) the splicing type synchronous gravel seal vehicle provided by the invention overcomes the defect of single function of the traditional synchronous gravel seal vehicle, can automatically splice proper trailer carriages according to construction requirements, can realize single-layer synchronous gravel seal construction and multi-layer composite gravel seal construction, and has a wider application range;
(4) the feeding device provided by the invention overcomes the problem that the traditional synchronous chip seal vehicle needs to return to a stock ground or is fed by an excavator on site after stone materials are used up, and can be matched with a feeding vehicle to realize quick feeding after the materials are used up, so that the defects of low efficiency, time consumption and oil consumption of the traditional feeding mode are overcome, and the feeding process with high efficiency and low energy consumption is realized;

Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 16, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, a cab 1-1 is installed on a vehicle head 1, a high-resilience rubberized asphalt tank 1-2 and a first motor 1-5 are installed behind the cab 1-1, the high-resilience rubberized asphalt tank 1-2 includes an asphalt feed port 101, a filter 102, the asphalt mixing device comprises an insulating layer 103, an asphalt pipeline port 104 and an asphalt spiral stirrer 105, wherein the asphalt feeding port 101 is located at the top of a high-elasticity rubber asphalt tank 1-2, a filter 102 is located below the asphalt feeding port 101, the insulating layer 103 wraps the bottom and the periphery of the high-elasticity rubber asphalt tank 1-2, the asphalt pipeline port 104 is connected with an asphalt guide pipe 1-3, the asphalt spiral stirrer 105 is installed at the bottom of the high-elasticity rubber asphalt tank 1-2, the oil tank 1-4 is installed below a cockpit 1-1, and the asphalt guide pipe 1-3 is wrapped by asbestos.
In the embodiment, in order to keep the high-elasticity rubber asphalt in a flowing state in the transportation and use processes, the heat-insulating layer is arranged around the high-elasticity rubber asphalt tank 1-2, the asphalt spiral stirrer 105 is arranged inside the high-elasticity rubber asphalt tank 1-2, and the asphalt guide pipe 1-3 is wrapped with asbestos, so that the temperature loss of the high-elasticity rubber asphalt is reduced, the energy utilization rate is improved, and the high-elasticity rubber asphalt is prevented from being solidified to block the asphalt guide pipe 1-3.

As shown in fig. 1 to 16, the present embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, the first conveying track 3-3 includes a high manganese steel track 401, a baffle 402, a rotating shaft 403, and a heating unit 404, the first conveying track 3-3 is installed below the spreader car frame 3-18, the rotating shaft 403 drives the high manganese steel track 401 to move from back to front, and the heating unit 404 is installed below the high manganese steel track 401.
In this embodiment, in order to keep the gravel warm during transportation, heating unit 404 is used to heat the gravel in the whole course, so as to improve the adhesion between the gravel and the high-elastic rubber asphalt and further improve the construction quality.

As shown in fig. 1 to 16, in this embodiment, it is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, preferably, the screen holes of the screen panels 5 to 10 are square screen holes 701, one side of each screen panel is provided with a screen panel handle 702, the transverse screen barriers 5 to 11 comprise longitudinal plates 801, transverse connecting plates 802, transverse fixing plates 803, transverse screen barrier handles 804, buckles 805, springs 806 and slots 807, the longitudinal plates 801 are distributed at equal intervals along the transverse direction according to the size of the square screen holes 701, the transverse connecting plates 802 are connected with all the longitudinal plates 801, the transverse fixing plates 803 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the longitudinal plates 801 and penetrate through all the longitudinal plates 801, the transverse fixing plates 803 are hollow, the buckles 805 are distributed at equal intervals along the transverse direction according to the size of the square screen holes 701, the springs 806 are arranged below the buckles 805, the slots 806 are arranged at equal intervals at the positions where the longitudinal plates 801 and the transverse fixing plates 803 meet, each longitudinal plate 801 is provided with three slots 806, the longitudinal screen baffle 5-12 comprises transverse plates 901, longitudinal connecting plates 902, longitudinal fixing plates 903, longitudinal screen baffle handles 904, buckles 805, springs 806 and clamping grooves 807, the transverse plates 901 are distributed at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction according to the size of a square sieve hole 701, the longitudinal connecting plates 902 are connected with all the transverse plates 901, the longitudinal fixing plates 903 are symmetrically installed on two sides of the transverse plates 901 and penetrate through all the transverse plates 901, the longitudinal fixing plates 903 are hollow, the buckles 805 are distributed at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction according to the size of the square sieve hole 701, the springs 806 are installed below the buckles 805, the clamping grooves 806 are arranged at the positions where the transverse plates 901 are connected with the longitudinal fixing plates 903 at equal intervals, and each transverse plate 901 is provided with three clamping grooves 806.
In this embodiment, in order to realize the stepped screening of the crushed stone mixture, the transverse screen baffles 5-11 and the longitudinal screen baffles 5-12 can be pushed and pulled by three steps by using the buckles 805, the springs 806 and the clamping grooves 807, so that the size of the square screen holes 701 can be adjusted by multiple steps.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 16, the present embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, the feeding device 6 is composed of a stone breaker 6-1, a stone leakage preventing baffle 6-2, a sixth conveying crawler 6-3 and an electric motor 6-4, wherein the conveying direction of the sixth conveying crawler 6-3 is from bottom to top.
In the embodiment, in order to conveniently supplement materials on site, a skip car can be given to directly lift the storage bin to dump the crushed stones onto the sixth transmission crawler 6-3, and the crushed stones can be safely transported into the screening box 5-8 by using the sixth transmission crawler 6-3, the crushed stone partition 6-1 and the crushed stone leakage-proof baffle 6-2.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 1 to 16, in the present embodiment, which is substantially the same as embodiment 1, it is preferable that the first blanking bins 3 to 7, the second blanking bins 3 to 17, the blanking ports of the third blanking bin 5 to 7 and the fourth blanking bins 5 to 18, and the fifth conveying tracks 5 to 16 are each provided with a pressure sensor.
In this embodiment, in order to determine whether the screening is completed and obtain the weight of the crushed stones with each particle size, the weight of the crushed stones with each particle size is changed by using the value of the pressure sensor.
