Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an audio recommendation method, an audio recommendation device, electronic equipment and a computer-readable storage medium. Specifically, the embodiment of the invention provides an audio recommendation method suitable for an audio recommendation device, and the audio recommendation device can be integrated in an electronic device.
The electronic device may be a terminal or other devices, including but not limited to a mobile terminal and a fixed terminal, for example, the mobile terminal includes but is not limited to a smart phone, a smart watch, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a smart car, and the like, wherein the fixed terminal includes but is not limited to a desktop computer, a smart appliance, and the like.
The electronic device may also be a device such as a server, and the server may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as a cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, a Network service, cloud communication, a middleware service, a domain name service, a security service, a CDN (Content Delivery Network), and a big data and artificial intelligence platform, but is not limited thereto.
The audio recommendation method of the embodiment of the invention can be realized by a server, and can also be realized by a terminal and the server together.
The following describes the audio recommendation method by taking an example in which the terminal and the server jointly implement the audio recommendation method.
As shown in fig. 1, an audio recommendation system provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes a terminal 10, a server 20, and the like; the terminal 10 and the server 20 are connected through a network, such as a wired or wireless network connection, wherein the terminal 10 may exist as a terminal for the user to send an audio recommendation request to the server 20.
The terminal 10 may be a terminal for initiating audio recommendation for a user, and is configured to send an audio recommendation request including recommendation related information to the server 20.
The server 20 may be configured to obtain an audio recommendation request, where the audio recommendation request includes recommendation related information, perform information similarity calculation on the audio related information corresponding to each audio based on the recommendation related information to obtain a similarity between the recommendation related information and the audio related information corresponding to each audio, select, according to the similarity, target audio related information that meets a preset recommendation condition from the audio related information, and determine an audio corresponding to the target audio related information as a target recommended audio.
In other alternative embodiments, the audio recommendation method may be implemented independently by the terminal, and the terminal 10 stores each audio and the audio related information corresponding to each audio. The method comprises the steps that a user initiates audio recommendation on a terminal 10, the terminal 10 is triggered to generate an audio recommendation request, the audio recommendation request comprises recommendation related information, information similarity calculation is carried out on the audio related information corresponding to each audio based on the recommendation related information, the similarity between the recommendation related information and the audio related information corresponding to each audio is obtained, target audio related information meeting preset recommendation conditions is selected from the audio related information according to the similarity, and the audio corresponding to the target audio related information is determined to be target recommendation audio.
The following are detailed below. It should be noted that the following description of the embodiments is not intended to limit the preferred order of the embodiments.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described from the perspective of an audio recommendation device, which may be specifically integrated in a server or a terminal.
As shown in fig. 2, a specific flow of the audio recommendation method of the present embodiment may be as follows:
201. obtaining an audio recommendation request, wherein the audio recommendation request comprises recommendation related information.
Obtaining the audio recommendation request may include receiving the audio recommendation request or generating the audio recommendation request. For example, a special audio recommendation module may be provided in the terminal, and the audio recommendation module may receive an audio recommendation request sent by another module in the terminal, and perform audio recommendation in response to the audio recommendation request.
The recommendation related information may include information of a location where the terminal is located, weather corresponding to the location where the terminal is located, generation time of the audio recommendation request, and the like. Specifically, the recommendation related information may be in the form of a vector, or the recommendation related information may also be in the form of a set of various identifiers.
For example, the recommendation related information may include a location identifier of the terminal (e.g., longitude and latitude of the terminal), a weather identifier (e.g., cloudy day, sunny day, rainy day, snowy day, etc.), and a time identifier (e.g., a generation time or a time period of the audio recommendation request).
In some optional examples, before the step "obtaining an audio recommendation request", the music recommendation method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
displaying a content sharing page, wherein the content sharing page comprises target sharing content of a user;
and acquiring recommendation related information based on the target sharing content, and generating an audio recommendation request.
The target sharing content may be a screenshot of a user on a picture such as a video, a game, an electronic book, or a text content, a website link, or the like selected by the user to be shared.
For example, the target sharing content may be text content selected to be shared by the user when reading an electronic book, a video frame captured and shared by the user when watching a video using the terminal, a video playing link or a video file to be shared by the user, or the like.
Optionally, the recommendation related information may further include a content type of the target shared content of the user, for example, when the target shared content of the user is a game screen screenshot, the recommendation related information may include that the game screen in the screenshot is defeated or defeated by a hostile party; when the target shared content of the user is text in the electronic book, the recommendation related information may include a material type of the electronic book, such as comedy fiction or sad fiction; when the target sharing content of the user is a video screenshot of the video, the recommendation related information may include the subject matter type of the video, such as a war drama, a love comedy or a ancient love drama.
In other alternative examples, in order to further improve the relevance degree of the recommended music to the mood of the user, information required when the music recommendation is further generated according to the content input by the user in the sharing page. Therefore, the content sharing page may include a content input area, and the step of "obtaining recommendation related information based on the target shared content and generating an audio recommendation request" may include:
acquiring recommendation related information based on the target sharing content;
and generating an audio recommendation request according to the content input by the user in the content input area and the recommendation related information.
The content input by the user in the content input area may be text, picture, voice, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
For example, the content input by the user in the content input area may be "the screen is too feeble to cry", and semantic analysis may be performed according to the input content to determine that the mood of the user is feeble, hard, or emotional. When the audio recommendation request is generated, content information corresponding to the input content may be added to the audio recommendation request.
It is to be understood that the step "obtaining recommendation related information based on the target sharing content" may be triggered based on a triggering operation of a user on a screenshot button or the like on the terminal, or a content sharing control may be included in the content sharing page, and this step may be executed in response to a triggering operation of the content sharing control, and so on.
202. And performing information similarity calculation on the audio related information corresponding to each audio based on the recommendation related information to obtain the similarity between the recommendation related information and the audio related information corresponding to each audio.
In an actual application process, in order to increase the speed of audio recommendation, generally, each audio may be processed in advance to obtain audio related information corresponding to each audio. That is, before step 202, the method may further include:
acquiring audio content corresponding to each audio and interactive content of a user on each audio;
performing semantic analysis on the audio content and the interactive content to obtain content related information of each audio;
performing melody analysis on each audio to obtain melody related information of each audio;
and obtaining audio related information corresponding to each audio based on the content related information and the tune related information.
The audio content corresponding to each audio may include, but is not limited to, lyrics of the audio, an author of the audio, and the like. The interactive content of the user to each audio can be the comment content of the current user or other users to each audio, and/or historical audio recommendation behavior data of the current user or other users, and the like.
The content-related information may be information about the emotion expressed by each audio, such as a song expressing a thought of childhood, or a song expressing a love of hometown, and so on. The content-related information may also include audio consumption time, audio consumption weather, and the like.
In some examples, the content-related information may be processed through a model of natural language processing.
For example, the terminal or the server may perform semantic analysis according to the lyrics of a song and comments of the song by the user, determine that the content of the song is related to the favorite country, and the content related information may include related information of the favorite country.
The related information of the tune may be information such as a tune used by the audio, generally, a music creator may use different tunes when creating music, and the different tunes themselves may have certain emotional colors. For example, a major tune in music is generally used to make tunes or cheerful tunes, and a minor tune is generally used to lyric, minor night tune, or cradle tune. The expression features are relative, and are not fixed to certain expression, but only suitable for expressing certain thought and mood, but generally, the major tones are bright in color, and the minor tones are soft and dim.
Correspondingly, the audio-related information may be information of what tune a certain song expresses what content, and the like. For example, a song may be a content that expresses love in a country in major key, and so on. Specifically, the audio-related information may be in the form of a vector, or the audio-related information may also be in the form of a set of various identifiers.
In some examples, the audio-related information may be a manual tagging process that classifies music in a music library, such as music suitable for listening in the morning, noon, afternoon, evening; or according to weather information, suitable music in sunny days, rainy days and cloudy days.
For example, the recommendation related information may include, but is not limited to, a weather identifier (e.g., the audio is suitable for being enjoyed on cloudy days, sunny days, rainy days, snowy days, etc.), a time identifier (e.g., the time or time period that the audio is suitable for being enjoyed, etc.), a content identifier (e.g., the emotion expressed by the audio, etc.).
In some embodiments, when the recommendation related information and the audio related information are in the form of vectors, the similarity may be obtained by calculating a similarity between two vectors, for example, calculating a cosine similarity, an euclidean distance, a manhattan distance, and the like between two vectors, which is not limited in the present invention.
In other embodiments, the recommendation-related information includes a recommendation time identifier, a recommended weather identifier, and a recommended content identifier, and the audio-related information includes a time preference identifier, a weather preference identifier, and a content preference identifier;
correspondingly, when calculating the similarity, the step "performing information similarity calculation with the audio related information corresponding to each audio based on the recommendation related information to obtain the similarity between the recommendation related information and the audio related information corresponding to each audio" may include:
matching the recommended time identifier, the recommended weather identifier and the recommended content identifier in the recommendation related information with the time preference identifier, the weather preference identifier and the content preference identifier in the audio related information;
and obtaining the similarity between the recommendation related information and the audio related information corresponding to each audio based on the matching result.
The similarity may be a ratio of the number of identifiers successfully matched with the recommendation related information in the audio related information to the total number of identifiers.
It can be understood that other identifiers may be further included in the recommendation related information and the audio related information to further improve the matching degree between the audio and the user requirement.
203. And selecting target audio related information meeting preset recommendation conditions from the audio related information according to the similarity.
Specifically, the preset recommendation condition may be that the audio-related information with the highest similarity to the recommendation-related information is taken as the target audio-related information, or that the top n audio-related information with the highest similarity to the recommendation-related information is taken as the target audio-related information, and so on. Specifically, the value of n can be set by a technician according to the actual application requirement.
In some examples, the preset recommendation condition may further include some conditions set by the user, for example, the user sets songs that do not like some singers in advance, when determining the target audio related information, audio related information corresponding to songs that do not like the singers may be excluded first, and so on.
204. And determining the audio corresponding to the target audio related information as a target recommended audio.
The number of the target recommended audios may be one or more.
In the actual application process, after the target recommended audio is determined, recommended information such as lyrics of the target recommended audio can be displayed on the terminal so as to be convenient for a user to select.
That is, step 204 may be followed by:
displaying a target content sharing page, wherein the target content sharing page comprises target sharing content, recommendation information of at least one target recommendation audio and a sharing confirmation control;
and responding to the triggering operation of the sharing confirmation control, and sharing the target sharing content in the target content sharing page and the target recommended audio corresponding to the currently displayed recommended information.
It can be understood that the recommendation information corresponding to a plurality of target recommendation audios may be displayed simultaneously in the target content sharing page, or only the recommendation information of one target recommendation audio may be displayed.
Specifically, the recommendation information may be the interactive content of the current user or other users to the target recommended audio, or lyrics of the target recommended audio, author information, and the like.
In other embodiments, the step of "displaying a target content sharing page, where the target content sharing page includes target sharing content, recommendation information of at least one target recommended audio, and a sharing confirmation control", includes:
if the number of the target recommended audios is larger than the number of displayable information of the page, displaying a target content sharing page, wherein the target content sharing page comprises target sharing content, at least one piece of recommended information of the target recommended audios, an information switching control and a sharing confirmation control;
correspondingly, before the step of sharing the target shared content in the target content sharing page and the target recommended audio corresponding to the currently displayed recommendation information in response to the triggering operation of the sharing confirmation control, the audio recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
and in response to the triggering operation of the information switching control, updating the recommendation information of at least one currently displayed target recommended audio into the recommendation information of at least one other target recommended audio in the target content sharing page.
The page displayable information quantity is the quantity of the recommended information which can be displayed in the target content sharing page, and the specific numerical value can be set by a technician according to actual requirements. For example, the number of the displayable information of the page may be set to be 1, and only one piece of recommendation information corresponding to the target recommendation audio is displayed in the target content sharing page except for the target sharing content.
It can be understood that, in order to facilitate the user to select the audio required to be shared, when the recommendation information of the target recommended audio is displayed, the terminal may simultaneously play the target recommended audio.
As can be seen from the above, by adopting the scheme of the embodiment of the present invention, an audio recommendation request including recommendation related information can be obtained, information similarity calculation is performed on the audio related information corresponding to each audio based on the recommendation related information to obtain similarity between the recommendation related information and the audio related information corresponding to each audio, according to the similarity, target audio related information meeting a preset recommendation condition is selected from the audio related information, and the audio corresponding to the target audio related information is determined as a target recommended audio; because each audio corresponds to the audio related information, when a user needs to recommend music, similarity calculation is carried out on the recommendation related information and the audio related information, the target audio related information meeting the preset recommendation condition is selected, and then the target recommended audio which can be recommended to the user is determined.
In order to better implement the method, correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides an audio recommendation device.
Referring to fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
an information obtaining unit 301, configured to obtain an audio recommendation request, where the audio recommendation request may include recommendation related information;
the similarity calculation unit 302 may be configured to perform information similarity calculation on the audio related information corresponding to each audio based on the recommendation related information to obtain a similarity between the recommendation related information and the audio related information corresponding to each audio;
an information selecting unit 303, configured to select, according to the similarity, target audio-related information that meets a preset recommendation condition from the audio-related information;
the audio determining unit 304 may be configured to determine an audio corresponding to the target audio-related information as a target recommended audio.
In some optional embodiments, the audio recommendation device provided in the embodiments of the present invention may further include a first page display unit 305, which may be configured to display a content sharing page, where the content sharing page may include target sharing content of a user;
and acquiring recommendation related information based on the target sharing content, and generating an audio recommendation request.
In some optional embodiments, the content sharing page may include a content input area, and the first page display unit 305 may be configured to obtain recommendation related information based on the target sharing content;
and generating an audio recommendation request according to the content input by the user in the content input area and the recommendation related information.
In some optional embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the audio recommendation device provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include a second page display unit 306, which is configured to display a target content sharing page, where the target content sharing page may include the target sharing content, recommendation information of at least one target recommended audio, and a sharing confirmation control;
and responding to the triggering operation of the sharing confirmation control, and sharing the target sharing content in the target content sharing page and the target recommended audio corresponding to the currently displayed recommended information.
In some optional embodiments, the second page display unit 306 may be configured to display a target content sharing page if the number of the target recommended audios is greater than the number of displayable information of a page, where the target content sharing page may include target shared content, at least one piece of recommended information of the target recommended audios, an information switching control, and a sharing confirmation control;
and in response to the triggering operation of the information switching control, updating the recommendation information of at least one currently displayed target recommended audio into the recommendation information of at least one other target recommended audio in the target content sharing page.
In some optional embodiments, the audio recommendation apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention may further include an audio related information generating unit 307, which is configured to obtain audio content corresponding to each audio and interactive content of the user on each audio;
performing semantic analysis on the audio content and the interactive content to obtain content related information of each audio;
performing melody analysis on each audio to obtain melody related information of each audio;
and obtaining audio related information corresponding to each audio based on the content related information and the tune related information.
In some optional embodiments, the recommendation related information may include a recommendation time identifier, a recommendation weather identifier, and a recommendation content identifier, and the audio related information may include a time preference identifier, a weather preference identifier, and a content preference identifier;
the similarity calculation unit 302 may be configured to match a recommended time identifier, a recommended weather identifier, and a recommended content identifier in the recommendation related information with a time preference identifier, a weather preference identifier, and a content preference identifier in the audio related information;
and obtaining the similarity between the recommendation related information and the audio related information corresponding to each audio based on the matching result.
As can be seen from the above, the embodiment of the present invention may obtain an audio recommendation request, where the audio recommendation request includes recommendation related information, and based on the recommendation related information, perform information similarity calculation with audio related information corresponding to each audio to obtain a similarity between the recommendation related information and the audio related information corresponding to each audio, according to the similarity, select, from the audio related information, target audio related information that satisfies a preset recommendation condition, and determine an audio corresponding to the target audio related information as a target recommendation audio; because each audio corresponds to the audio related information, when a user needs to recommend music, similarity calculation is carried out on the recommendation related information and the audio related information, the target audio related information meeting the preset recommendation condition is selected, and then the target recommended audio which can be recommended to the user is determined.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, where the electronic device may be a terminal or a server, and as shown in fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown, specifically:
the electronic device may include Radio Frequency (RF) circuitry 501, memory 502 including one or more computer-readable storage media, input unit 503, display unit 504, sensor 505, audio circuitry 506, Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) module 507, processor 508 including one or more processing cores, and power supply 509. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the electronic device configuration shown in fig. 5 does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the RF circuit 501 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and in particular, for receiving downlink information of a base station and then sending the received downlink information to the one or more processors 508 for processing; in addition, data relating to uplink is transmitted to the base station. In general, RF circuit 501 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a tuner, one or more oscillators, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the RF circuitry 501 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communications. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to Global System for Mobile communications (GSM), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE), email, Short Message Service (SMS), and the like.
The memory 502 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 508 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 502. The memory 502 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the electronic device, and the like. Further, the memory 502 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 502 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 508 and the input unit 503 access to the memory 502.
The input unit 503 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control. In particular, in one particular embodiment, the input unit 503 may include a touch-sensitive surface as well as other input devices. The touch-sensitive surface, also referred to as a touch display screen or a touch pad, may collect touch operations by a user (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or attachment) thereon or nearby, and drive the corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. Alternatively, the touch sensitive surface may comprise two parts, a touch detection means and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 508, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 508. In addition, touch sensitive surfaces may be implemented using various types of resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic waves. The input unit 503 may include other input devices in addition to the touch-sensitive surface. In particular, other input devices may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 504 may be used to display information input by or provided to a user and various graphical user interfaces of the electronic device, which may be made up of graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The Display unit 504 may include a Display panel, and optionally, the Display panel may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like. Further, the touch-sensitive surface may overlay the display panel, and when a touch operation is detected on or near the touch-sensitive surface, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 508 to determine the type of touch event, and then the processor 508 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel according to the type of touch event. Although in FIG. 5 the touch-sensitive surface and the display panel are two separate components to implement input and output functions, in some embodiments the touch-sensitive surface may be integrated with the display panel to implement input and output functions.
The electronic device may also include at least one sensor 505, such as light sensors, motion sensors, and other sensors. In particular, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that may adjust the brightness of the display panel according to the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that may turn off the display panel and/or the backlight when the electronic device is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the gravity acceleration sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when the mobile phone is stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of the mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which may be further configured to the electronic device, detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
Audio circuitry 506, a speaker, and a microphone may provide an audio interface between the user and the electronic device. The audio circuit 506 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to a speaker, and convert the electrical signal into a sound signal for output; on the other hand, the microphone converts the collected sound signal into an electrical signal, which is received by the audio circuit 506 and converted into audio data, which is then processed by the audio data output processor 508 and then sent to, for example, another electronic device via the RF circuit 501, or the audio data is output to the memory 502 for further processing. The audio circuit 506 may also include an earbud jack to provide communication of a peripheral headset with the electronic device.
WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the electronic equipment can help a user to receive and send emails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the WiFi module 507, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 5 shows the WiFi module 507, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the electronic device, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 508 is a control center of the electronic device, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone by using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the electronic device and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 502 and calling data stored in the memory 502, thereby integrally monitoring the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 508 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 508 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 508.
The electronic device also includes a power supply 509 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which may preferably be logically coupled to the processor 508 via a power management system to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption management functions via the power management system. The power supply 509 may also include any component such as one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
Although not shown, the electronic device may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, and the like, which are not described in detail herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 508 in the electronic device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 502 according to the following instructions, and the processor 508 runs the application programs stored in the memory 502, so as to implement various functions as follows:
acquiring an audio recommendation request, wherein the audio recommendation request comprises recommendation related information;
based on the recommendation related information, performing information similarity calculation on the audio related information corresponding to each audio to obtain the similarity between the recommendation related information and the audio related information corresponding to each audio;
according to the similarity, selecting target audio related information meeting preset recommendation conditions from the audio related information;
and determining the audio corresponding to the target audio related information as a target recommended audio.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions or by associated hardware controlled by the instructions, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.

based on the recommendation related information, performing information similarity calculation on the audio related information corresponding to each audio to obtain the similarity between the recommendation related information and the audio related information corresponding to each audio;
according to the similarity, selecting target audio related information meeting preset recommendation conditions from the audio related information;
and determining the audio corresponding to the target audio related information as a target recommended audio.
