The machine vision system application experiment development platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein a turning motor (8) is fixed in the middle of the rear end of the fixing frame (10), an output shaft at the front side of the turning motor (8) penetrates through the fixing frame (10) and is fixed with an electric clamping jaw (5), and the electric clamping jaw (5) is located on the upper side of the collecting plate (4).

The machine vision system application experiment development platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein a lifting motor (24) is fixed at an upper end edge of the fixed base (27), an output shaft at a lower side of the lifting motor (24) is rotatably connected with the inside of the fixed base (27) and is fixed with a second conical tooth (33), a first conical tooth (32) is fixed at a left portion of the screw rod (26), the first conical tooth (32) is meshed with the second conical tooth (33), a support base (28) is fixed in the platform main body (2) at an upper side of the fixed base (27), and the support rod (29) penetrates through the support base (28).

The machine vision system application experiment development platform of claim 1, wherein an illuminating lamp (9) is fixed on the top of the fixing frame (10), an auxiliary illuminating lamp is fixed on the front end of the fixing plate (11) in an embedded manner, an angle sensor is fixed on the left edge of the lower end of the fixing plate (11), and a distance sensor is fixed on the right edge of the lower end of the fixing plate (11).

The machine vision system application experiment development platform of claim 1, wherein a through hole is formed in the left portion of the upper end of the platform main body (2), the fixing coat (3) penetrates through the through hole, a strip-shaped groove (35) is formed in the right portion of the upper end of the platform main body (2), the display (12) penetrates through the strip-shaped groove (35), and the display (12) is movably connected with the platform main body (2) through the strip-shaped groove (35).

The machine vision system application experiment development platform of claim 1, characterized in that, left lower part is fixed with air exhauster (21) in platform main part (2), platform main part (2) internal fixation on air exhauster (21) right side has cooler bin (22), it is fixed with the cooling tube to be the S type in cooler bin (22), cooling tube one end extends to cooler bin (22) upside and threaded connection has the seal cover, the cooling tube internal storage has the coolant liquid, air exhauster (21) are connected with cooler bin (22) through the pipe, cooler bin (22) right part is fixed with the tee bend air-supply line, the tee bend air-supply line other both ends are connected with baffle (20) respectively, air exhauster (21) left side is fixed with the exhaust pipe, the exhaust pipe left part extends to platform main part (2) left side.

The machine vision system application experiment development platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein two groups of the collection cameras (7) and the camera fixing plates (6) are arranged, and the two groups of the collection cameras (7) and the camera fixing plates (6) are symmetrically and obliquely fixed on the front side of the fixing plate (11).

The machine vision system application experiment development platform of claim 1, characterized in that, an industrial personal computer (23) is fixed on the right side of the partition plate (20), a PLC controller (30) is fixed on the right portion in the platform main body (2), the industrial personal computer (23) is respectively electrically connected with the acquisition camera (7), the angle sensor, the height sensor, the display screen and the PLC controller (30) through wires, and the PLC controller (30) is respectively electrically connected with the acquisition camera (7), the illuminating lamp (9), the electric clamping jaw (5), the electric push rod (17), the rotating motor (19), the exhaust fan (21) and the lifting motor (24) through wires.
