CN207004521U discloses an additive injection device, which comprises an additive storage mechanism, an additive injection pipeline, an injection pump and a first motor. The additive storage mechanism is provided with an output pipe for outputting the additive. The output pipe is provided with a first switch valve and is connected to the input end of the additive injection pipeline in parallel. The injection pump is arranged on the additive injection pipeline. The torque output shaft of the first motor is connected to the torque input shaft of the injection pump. When one additive needs to be injected, the first switch valve on the output pipe of the additive storage mechanism for storing the required additive is opened, other first switch valves are closed, the first motor drives the injection pump to work, the required additive is injected into the additive storage mechanism through the additive injection pipeline, the additive is added, the additive is only extruded into the additive storage mechanism, the content of the additive cannot be accurately controlled, and when the content of the additive exceeds the standard and reaches a certain concentration, the food additive has certain harm.

the control assembly comprises a control console arranged at the lower part of the storage box, the first flow valve and the weighing device respectively measure the total amount of the added raw oil and return data to the control console, and the data of the addition amount of the propyl gallate measured by the second flow valve and the data of the addition amount of the variable amount of the propyl gallate of the weighing device are both returned to the control console; and the console controls the first flow valve and the second flow valve to work according to the set propyl gallate capacity and the returned multiple groups of data, so that real-time monitoring is realized.

s3: the control console controls a first flow valve to be opened through an internal control chip and an integrated circuit, propyl gallate is added into the feeding box through the discharge pipe, the first flow valve controls the adding amount and records the adding amount, the weighing device monitors the weight change, and the adding is stopped after the set amount is reached;
s4: the electric telescopic rod drives the cross rod to move downwards, the driving motor on the cross rod drives the main belt pulley to rotate, the driven belt pulley is driven to rotate through the belt, and then the stirrer is driven to rotate, so that the raw oil and the propyl gallate are fully mixed;

The bottom of the side wall of the other end of the charging box 5 is in through connection with an oil outlet pipe 7, the oil outlet pipe 7 is provided with a third flow valve 9, the upper parts of the oil inlet pipe 6 and the oil outlet pipe 7 are respectively provided with a second ball valve 13 and a third ball valve 14, the second ball valve 13 and the third ball valve 14 are respectively positioned beside the second flow valve 8 and the third flow valve 9, and the second ball valve 13 and the third ball valve 14 are arranged to avoid sudden emergency power failure in the production process to cause loss.

The adding method comprises the following steps:

s3: the control console 10 controls the opening of the first flow valve 3 through an internal control chip and an integrated circuit, propyl gallate is added into the feeding box 5 through the discharging pipe 2, the first flow valve 3 controls the adding amount and records the adding amount, the weighing device 11 monitors the weight change, and the adding is stopped after the set amount is reached;
s4: the electric telescopic rod 19 drives the cross rod 20 to move downwards, the driving motor 24 on the cross rod 20 drives the main belt pulley 21 to rotate, the driven belt pulley 22 is driven to rotate through a belt, and then the stirrer 23 is driven to rotate, so that the raw oil and the propyl gallate are fully mixed;
s5: after the mixing is finished, the fourth ball valve 16 is rotated, the product oil flows out of the detection pipe 26, the product oil is caught by a beaker, a special detection instrument is used for detecting the propyl gallate, if the detection is unqualified, the raw oil is selectively added according to the detection result, or the propyl gallate is added, if the capacity is too high, the raw oil is selectively added to reduce the capacity, if the capacity is not enough, the propyl gallate is added, the mixture is mixed again and detected again, after the detection is qualified, the console 10 controls the opening of the third flow valve 9 through an internal control chip and an integrated circuit, and the mixed product oil flows out of the oil outlet pipe 7.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: referring to fig. 1-9, firstly, the propyl gallate which is in the form of crystal powder at normal temperature and pressure is placed in the storage tank 1, and the raw oil is connected with the threaded connection pipe 17 on the oil inlet pipe 6; the content of propyl gallate in unit volume is set on a control console 10 through a digital button, then the control console 10 controls a second flow valve 8 to open through an internal control chip and an integrated circuit, raw oil begins to be added into a feeding box 5, the second flow valve 8 records the oil quantity in the adding process, the recorded data is returned to the control chip, a weighing device 11 records the weight in the adding process, a graduated scale records the volume, the second flow valve 8 is closed after the raw oil is added to a certain volume, then the control console 10 controls a first flow valve 3 to open through the internal control chip and the integrated circuit, propyl gallate is added into the feeding box 5 through a discharge pipe 2, the first flow valve 3 controls the adding quantity and records the adding quantity, the weighing device 11 monitors the weight change, the adding is stopped after the weight is set, then an electric telescopic rod 19 drives a cross rod 20 to move downwards, a driving motor 24 on the cross rod 20 drives a main belt pulley 21 to rotate, the belt is driven to rotate from the belt pulley 22 through a belt, the stirrer 23 is further driven to rotate, the raw oil and the propyl gallate are fully mixed, after the final mixing is completed, the fourth ball valve 16 is rotated, the product oil flows out of the detection pipe 26 and is caught by a beaker, the propyl gallate is detected through a special detection instrument, the detection is unqualified, the raw oil is selectively added or the propyl gallate is added according to the detection result, the raw oil is selectively added when the capacity is too high to reduce the capacity, the propyl gallate is added when the capacity is not enough, the mixing is performed again, the re-detection is performed, after the detection is qualified, the console 10 controls the third flow valve 9 to be opened through an internal control chip and an integrated circuit, and the mixed product oil flows out of the oil outlet pipe 7.
