As shown in fig. 1, 10 and 11, the device further comprises a control box 5 and a start switch 6, the control box 5 is installed at the lower part of the front side of the fixed cylinder 3, a storage battery and a control module are arranged in the control box 5, the storage battery supplies power to the tiotropium bromide powder feeder, the output end of the storage battery is electrically connected with the control module, a power master switch is connected to the storage battery through a circuit, a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit are connected to the control module, the start switch 6 is arranged at the left side of the connecting piece 2, the start switch 6, the contact switch 142 and the indicator lamp 143 are electrically connected with the control module, and the brushless speed reducing motor 82 and the electric push rod 91 are connected with the control module through peripheral circuits.

Claims (7)
1. A medical tiotropium bromide powder applicator for self-administration of a reserved asthma patient is characterized by comprising:
the novel handle comprises a handle (1) and a connecting piece (2), wherein the upper end of the handle (1) is connected with the connecting piece (2);
the upper side of the connecting piece (2) is connected with the fixed cylinder (3);
the rotating wheel (4) is rotatably connected with the rotating wheel (4) in the fixed cylinder (3), and placing cavities (7) are uniformly formed in the rotating wheel (4) at intervals around the circumferential direction;
a connecting seat (81), wherein one side of the fixed cylinder (3) is connected with the connecting seat (81);
a brushless speed reduction motor (82), wherein one side of the connecting seat (81) is provided with the brushless speed reduction motor (82), and the brushless speed reduction motor (82) is fixedly connected with the rotating wheel (4);
the through hole assembly (9) is arranged on the upper side of the fixed cylinder (3);
a suction assembly (10), wherein the suction assembly (10) is arranged at the upper part of the fixed cylinder (3);
the fixing assembly (11) is arranged on the upper side of the fixing cylinder (3);
the through hole assembly (9) comprises:
an electric push rod (91), wherein the electric push rod (91) is arranged on the upper side of the fixed cylinder (3);
the telescopic rod of the electric push rod (91) is connected with the conical head rod (92);
an air inlet cover (94), wherein the upper part of one side of the connecting seat (81) is connected with the air inlet cover (94);
the guide sleeve (93), one side of the air inlet cover (94) is connected with the guide sleeve (93), and the conical head rod (92) passes through the guide sleeve (93);
the alarm device also comprises an alarm component (14), wherein the alarm component (14) comprises:
an arc-shaped plate (141), wherein the upper part of one side of the rotating wheel (4) is connected with the arc-shaped plate (141);
a contact switch (142), wherein one side of the top of the fixed cylinder (3) is provided with the contact switch (142);
the indicator lamp (143) is arranged on one side of the top of the fixed cylinder (3);
the novel electric control device is characterized by further comprising a control box (5) and a starting switch (6), wherein the control box (5) is arranged at the lower part of one side of the fixed barrel (3), the control box (5) comprises a storage battery and a control module, the storage battery supplies power to the tiotropium bromide powder feeder, the output end of the storage battery is electrically connected with the control module, a power master switch is connected to the storage battery through a circuit, a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit are connected to the control module, the starting switch (6), a contact switch (142) and an indicator lamp (143) are arranged on one side of the connecting piece (2), and the brushless speed reducing motor (82) and the electric push rod (91) are electrically connected with the control module.
2. A dispenser for self-priming tiotropium bromide powder for asthmatic patients according to claim 1, wherein the inhalation assembly (10) comprises:
the hinge seat (101), one side of the connecting piece (2) is connected with the hinge seat (101);
the hinge seat (101) is rotatably connected with the overturning ring (102);
a thrust ring (103), wherein the upper part of the overturning ring (102) is connected with the thrust ring (103);
the universal pipe (104) is connected with the upper part of one side of the overturning ring (102);
and the universal pipe (104) is sleeved with the rubber sleeve (105).
3. A self-contained pharmaceutical tiotropium bromide powder applicator for asthmatic patients according to claim 2, wherein the fixing assembly (11) comprises:
the upper side of the overturning ring (102) is connected with a clamping block (111);
the elastic hook (112), one side of the top of the fixed cylinder (3) is connected with the elastic hook (112), and the elastic hook (112) is matched with the clamping block (111).
4. A dispenser for self-priming tiotropium bromide powder for asthmatic patients according to claim 3, further comprising a limiting assembly (12), wherein the limiting assembly (12) comprises:
the guide rod (122) is arranged at the lower part of the fixed cylinder (3) in a sliding manner, and the guide rod (122) is arranged at the lower part of the fixed cylinder;
the positioning blocks (123) are uniformly spaced around the circumferential direction on one side of the rotating wheel (4), positioning grooves (121) are formed in the guide rods (122) in a connecting mode, and the positioning blocks (123) are located in the positioning grooves (121);
the pressing plate (125) is connected to the guide rod (122);
and a spring (124), wherein the spring (124) is arranged between the pressing plate (125) and the fixed cylinder (3), and the spring (124) is sleeved on the guide rod (122).
5. A self-contained pharmaceutical tiotropium bromide powder applicator for patients suffering from asthma according to claim 4, further comprising an anti-miscontact assembly (13), the anti-miscontact assembly (13) comprising:
a hinge plate (131), wherein the lower side of the connecting piece (2) is connected with the hinge plate (131);
the rotating plate (132) is hinged on the hinged plate (131), and the rotating plate (132) is contacted with the pressing plate (125);
and a spring (133) is arranged between the rotating plate (132) and the hinge plate (131).
6. A self-contained pharmaceutical tiotropium bromide powder applicator for a patient suffering from asthma according to claim 5, further comprising a seal assembly (15), the seal assembly (15) comprising:
a sealing ring (151), wherein one side of the connecting seat (81) is connected with the sealing ring (151);
and sealing columns (152) are connected to the overturning ring (102) at equal intervals around the circumferential direction, and the sealing columns (152) are connected to the overturning ring.
7. A dispenser for self-priming tiotropium bromide powder for asthmatic patients according to claim 6, further comprising an air filter assembly (16), the air filter assembly (16) comprising:
a protection pipe (161), wherein the upper part of one side of the connecting seat (81) is connected with the protection pipe (161);
and a filter cover (162), wherein one side of the protective tube (161) is connected with the filter cover (162).
