Abstract

胚胎移植套管稳定器是一种附接到阴道窥器的装置,该装置允许套管的滑动、放置和牢固固定,以执行胚胎移植。胚胎移植套管稳定器防止使用者的手的微小移动,以减少子宫颈管内水平(intracervical level)的颤动,并避免对子宫颈管的伤害、血管的破裂和碎屑的产生。
背景技术
在胚胎移植过程中,必须在需要精确度的一段时间内执行各种复杂的静态手动操纵。这些操纵由于手的阻塞及其移动到一个位置而影响了移动性,从而导致所述手保持固定。这会导致麻木、疲倦,并且在以交错移动的方式撤离该位置时,会导致该技术无法重现。
另外,由于子宫颈插入导管从其被引入到阴道窥器后就缺乏稳定性,所以外科医生的手被阻塞(如上所述)。
为了解决这些问题,已经设计了本发明的装置以便有效地解决以下问题:
a)为导管提供稳定性;
b)一旦导管被稳定,就避免使用外科医生的手;
c)使外科医生的双手保持自由,以便它们可以在需要进行的手术的其他部分中相互配合(interact),在要执行的技术中利用它们自身的人体工程学原理,此外通常还有助于外科医生的姿势。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种胚胎移植套管稳定器,其包括:具有远端和近端的主体;该主体具有纵向凹槽;该远端具有至少一个空腔;并且该近端具有支撑元件。

图1示出了胚胎移植套管稳定器10,其包括:主体11,其优选为纵长的,该主体具有纵向凹槽12,所述纵向凹槽12与主体11的纵向轴线对齐;和测量刻度19,该测量刻度19位于纵向凹槽12的一侧上。
所述主体11具有在纵向方向上彼此相反的远端13和近端14;在图2中,可以看到所述远端13具有至少一个空腔15,所述空腔15与所述纵向轴线对齐,另外,优选的空腔15的数量为三个空腔,所述三个空腔具有彼此不同的三个直径,使得具有较大直径的空腔位于远端13的最外侧部分中,而具有较小直径的空腔位于该远端的最内侧部分中。
近端14具有支撑元件16,所述支撑元件16包括朝着所述近端14纵向延伸的一对臂17、以及布置在臂17之间的弧形部(arc)18。
胚胎移植套管稳定器10由透明材料制成,该透明材料选自以下的组:晶体聚苯乙烯、固体聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯、丙烯酸、PET、PVC、玻璃、晶体、甘蔗渣、小麦渣、龙舌兰纤维以及PLA等。
在图3中可见,胚胎移植套管稳定器10被构造成通过联接器件21(优选为螺钉)与阴道窥镜20联接,该联接器件21穿过纵向凹槽12并紧固到所述阴道窥镜20。
胚胎移植套管稳定器10的使用方法如下:
1.在开始胚胎移植手术之前,应将该胚胎移植套管稳定器的纵向凹槽放置在阴道窥镜20的Y形手柄上,并用镜柄螺母(mirror handle nut)固定。
2.将患者置于截石位(lithotomy position),并进行无菌和消毒。使用者用右手以45°的角度取下阴道窥镜20,并将其斜向插入患者的阴道内。
3.通过打开阴道窥镜20的上叶片和下叶片(leaves),使用者可以看到宫颈口的存在,并用窥镜20的杠杆螺母固定所期望的位置,以对患者进行宫颈检查。
4.胚胎移植插管稳定器10的支撑元件16允许使用者用食指在两侧(左右两侧)执行旋转最多达90°,以允许通过引导窥镜20的上下叶片进行阴道清洁。
5.胚胎移植套管稳定器10的纵向狭槽12允许使用者基于渐进刻度19调节该稳定器的高度,使用引导窥镜20的手柄螺母(handle nut)设定期望的水平。
6.最后,放置胚胎移植套管并使其在胚胎移植套管稳定器10的所述至少一个空腔15上滑动,一旦位于期望的位置,就可以固定该胚胎移植套管以防止手在执行胚胎移植时的移动。

Claims (11)
1.一种胚胎移植套管稳定器,包括:
具有远端和近端的主体;
所述主体具有纵向凹槽;
所述远端具有至少一个空腔;并且
所述近端具有支撑元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胚胎移植套管稳定器,其中,所述纵向凹槽与所述主体的纵向轴线对齐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胚胎移植套管稳定器,其中,所述主体的所述远端具有三个空腔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的胚胎移植套管稳定器,其中,所述三个空腔在纵向方向上对齐。
5.根据权利要求4所述的胚胎移植套管稳定器,其中,所述三个空腔具有彼此不同的三个直径,使得具有较大直径的所述空腔位于所述远端的最外侧部分中,而具有较小直径的所述空腔位于所述远端的最内侧部分中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的胚胎移植套管稳定器,其中,移位弧形部包括朝着所述近端纵向延伸的一对臂、以及布置在所述臂之间的弧形部。
7.根据权利要求2所述的胚胎移植套管稳定器,其中,在所述纵向凹槽的一侧上设有测量刻度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的胚胎移植套管稳定器,其中,所述稳定器由透明材料制成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的胚胎移植套管稳定器,其中,所述透明材料选自以下的组:晶体聚苯乙烯、固体聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯、丙烯酸、PET、PVC、玻璃、晶体、甘蔗渣、小麦渣、龙舌兰纤维以及PLA等。
10.根据权利要求1所述的胚胎移植套管稳定器,其中,所述稳定器被构造成通过联接器件与阴道窥镜联接,所述联接器件穿过所述纵向凹槽并紧固到所述阴道窥镜。
11.根据权利要求10所述的胚胎移植套管稳定器,其中,所述联接器件包括螺钉。
