Abstract
本发明涉及一种做饭锅,尤其是一种水冷过滤式环保节能锅。众所周知,我们通常所用的做饭锅,火焰加热锅底后,大部分热量被锅底吸收利用,少部分热量散失于空气中,而燃气油烟则散发于灶房内,有条件的通过抽烟机排出室外;本发明则是采用锅体外缘加装隔热保温锅圈,减少热量通过空气外散,提高热能利用率,同时又在锅柄对面锅体导烟管上加装水冷过滤式过滤器,冷却过滤燃气油烟,从而达到既节能又环保卫生的效果;本发明技术方案科学合理,普及推广,必能造福社会。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种做饭锅,尤其是一种水冷过滤式环保节能锅。
背景技术 目前的现有技术中,做饭锅通常是燃气火焰直接加热锅体底部,除大部分热量被锅底吸收外,小部分热量散失于空气中,造成热量浪费;而燃气油烟大多直接散发于灶房,再由抽烟机排出室外,影响环保质量。众所周知,过去农村地锅做饭常以泥抹锅圈聚火保温,减少热量损失,确有实效。据此原理,若将做饭锅加装隔热保温锅圈,并安装水冷过滤式过滤器,即保温节能又卫生环保,岂不更好?
发明内容 本发明的目的是要提供一种水冷过滤式节能锅,它有既保温节能又环保卫生的效果。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:现以炒菜锅为例说明。在锅体外缘加装一套由耐高温的工程材料(如胶木、工程塑料等)做成的隔热保温锅圈,在锅柄对面锅缘导烟管上安装一套内装有洗洁精溶化液的水冷过滤式过滤器,过滤器上方设有通往室外的排烟管;锅体上加盖锅盖。
需做饭炒菜时,火焰烧烤加热锅底,加入炒料,盖好锅盖,火焰中欲通过空气外散热量在隔热保温锅圈阻挡下,绝大部分热量被锅体吸收利用,少许未吸收余热及烟气从锅柄对面导烟管向上进入内装洗洁精混合液的水冷过滤器内,经过混合液低温冷却过滤后,烟气从过滤器内高于液体水面的导烟管散出,遇上方所装冷却挡板进一步冷却过滤后,从过滤器的外排烟孔排出过滤器外,再经过上方所装排烟导管排出室外;而油烟遇到过滤器内排气管冷却后的过滤油污液则经向下排油管滴入贮污桶内。
本发明因为加装有隔热保温锅圈,减少热量浪费,同时,又有过滤器过滤油烟,环保卫生,因此具有先进性,值得普及推广,造福社会。

具体实施方式 图1所描述的水冷过滤式环保节能锅包括:锅体(4)、锅盖(1)、锅柄(2)、隔热保温锅圈(3)、贮污水桶(5)、导烟管(7)、向下排油污管(6)、水冷过滤器(8)、排烟导管(12)等组成。
需做饭炒菜时,火焰烧烤加热锅体(4)底部,加入炒料,盖好锅盖(1),火焰在隔热保温锅圈(3)阻挡下,绝大部分热量被锅体(4)吸收利用,少许未吸收余热及燃气油烟从锅柄(2)对面导烟管(7)向上进入水冷过滤器(8)内,经过洗洁精混合液低温冷却过滤后,烟气从过滤器(8)内高于液体水面的内导烟管(9)散出,遇上方所装冷却挡板(10)及混合液进一步冷却吸收过滤后,从过滤器(8)的外排烟孔(11)排出过滤器(8)外,再经过上方所装排烟导管(12)排出室外,而油烟遇到过滤器(8)内导气管(9)冷却后的过滤油污液则经向下排污管(6)滴入贮污桶(5)内;做饭烧菜完成后,关停火焰,停止加热,全过程即完成。
Claims (3)
1.一种水冷过滤式节能锅,包括:锅体(4)、锅盖(1)、锅柄(2)、隔热保温锅圈(3)、贮污水桶(5)、导烟管(7)、向下排油污管(6)、水冷过滤器(8)、排烟导管(12)等组成;其特征在于:需做饭炒菜时,火焰烧烤加热锅体(4)底部,加入炒料,盖好锅盖(1),火焰在隔热保温锅圈(3)阻挡下,绝大部分热量被锅体(4)吸收利用,少许未吸收余热及燃气油烟从锅柄(2)对面导烟管(7)向上进入水冷过滤器(8)内,经过低温液体冷却过滤后,烟气从过滤器(8)内导烟管(9)散出,遇上方所装冷却挡板(10)及混合液进一步冷却过滤后,从外排烟孔(11)排出过滤器(8)外,再经过上方所装排烟导管(12)排出室外;而油烟遇到过滤器(8)内导气管(9)冷却后的过滤油污液则经向下排污管(6)滴入贮污桶(5)内;做饭烧菜完成后,关停火焰,停止加热,全过程即完成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水冷过滤式节能锅,其特征在于:锅体(4)外缘加装有隔热保温锅圈(3)及导烟管(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水冷过滤式环保节能锅,其特征在于:锅柄(2)对面锅体(4)的导烟管(7)上装有水冷过滤器(8),其上方装有排烟导管(12)。
